Art of Movement is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and positivity. The instructors are not only highly knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and supportive. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have experience, they make everyone feel welcome and included.

One of the things I appreciate most is how adaptable the classes are. If you’re working with an injury or have any physical limitations, the instructors are excellent at offering modifications and making sure movements are safe and effective for your body. It’s clear they genuinely care about each client’s well-being and progress.

The overall atmosphere is fun, encouraging, and completely judgment-free—it’s the kind of place that makes you actually look forward to working out. If you're looking for a studio that blends professionalism with a genuinely inclusive and uplifting environment, I can’t recommend Art of Movement enough!

This is my favorite studio! The instructors are super knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. The atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgemental. Instructors and fellow class members are encouraging and cheer you on when accomplishing movements you couldn't previously complete. I love this space for increasing my physical and mental health. Excellent Pilates private sessions at reasonable cost. Tanya is an excellent instructor; calm, knowledgeable, and very encouraging. Lauren set the stage by meeting me in this beautifully designed and very clean studio to give me information with a welcoming and friendly demeanor. I took 3 individual pilates reformer sessions and left feeling energized without joint or muscle aches.

FANTABULOUSj class and instructor. Tanya does an incredible job. This class is perfect for anybody who is willing to get up a little earlier. I grumble when the alarm goes off, but I ALWAYS feel better when I leave The Studio. Somehow, Tanya is able to cater to the different abilities, requests and needs of each of the people who attend.

I’ve been at The Studio for 3 years now. I love the workouts that I get. It allows me to tone muscles without straining my knees and hips. As a runner, I have found this is the only workout that I enjoy besides running! The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. They accommodate the different needs you have and offer a variety of classes!

A week ago I decided to take Barre class, because my chiropractor told me that if I don't take care of my back/body, that I will be walking with a cane in my future. Due to my profession of sketching and sewing, I am always hunched over. I haven't been able to touch my toes in a few years, or even put on my shoes without sitting down. I am still young and knew I need to get moving. I was brought to tears after my 4th Barre class... during the stretch portion, in was able to bend and hold the bottom of my feet. To some this may sound silly but to me it was an accomplishment. I love the staff at the studio not to mention the ladies in the class. Everyone is so welcoming. I love Barre and am hooked!!! This place is amazing.
