I was initially skeptical of the twice per week, 20 minute sessions. I wasn't certain it would be beneficial. After 7 months, there is no guessing at the results. I've achieved noticeable muscle definition, increased flexibility and more strength through the entire range of motion. The Newtown staff is both friendly and professional. They keep me focused on constant improvement. I'm grateful to them.

Being part of the Exercise Coach family has been a rewarding experience, with noticeable changes in my upper body, a primary objective for joining. After 2+ years, I am so much stronger and not nearly as challenged for those outdoor activities. Owners and Coaches are committed to making a 20 min session as delightful as a workout can be - twice a week, 20 min a session - like no other workout you have ever experienced. The Exercise Coach has great trainers (coaches) and a structured program but tailored to your abilities to improve strength and endurance. Take it from this "I hate gyms" girl that this is not your typical gym environment. The studio is clean and the staff is amazing. I never knew that 20 minutes could be so exhausting. The equipment is set up to your personal strengths and you are motivated the entire way through. It's a perfect program to help me build back muscle tone and feel great!

I legitimately look forward to coming in here which has never happened with a gym before. Everyone who works here is SO NICE and accommodating. They're also flexible with the schedule which is nice with my travel schedule.
And in terms of results,I've been able to build strength really quickly - its so fun! I couldn't love this gym more. :)
