Why I stayed: this gym delivers on what other gyms claim. Itβs a fun inspiring community that truly cares for your wellbeing. The staff is knowledgeable, meets you where you are at and challenges you to make and reach new goals. I highly recommend.

I believed that I can do it.
When I saw many ladies coming to Max with smile on their faces and going home with smiles on theirs face with a sense of accomplishment that they did it. And I took it up as a challenge that even I can do it How much ever challenging the exercise is I will take 1 step at a time and try to accomplish my goal of losing weight.
Initially I was not loosing weight and I was sad. But it did build muscle and toned my body. Then I started to get my confidence back that yes this thing is working. I just need to focus and work hard not focusing on current the results. And later after completing 2 Max 10 week challenges I feel much more confident that yes anything can be achieved if we believe in ourselves and try to focus on long term goals rather than shorter accomplishments. And yes people at Max are warm and welcoming.All of them they are all so good and keep encouraging me that yes u can do it. That makes me to come back here and exercise.

The Max Challenge of Fairless Hills has a welcoming atmosphere with strength training and cardio for any level. They also offer a nutrition program. By following the nutrition and attending the classes I was able to lose 40lbs and have kept it off for two years now. You're worth it! The hardest part is walking through the door.

The Max Challenge of Fairless Hills is a great place to workout. They have morning and evening classes, they tell you what to do and show you. They have a nutrition plan too. Everyone is friendly and helpful!! From the Instructors, desk staff and of course the members. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for something different, fun and challenging.

I have been a member of many gyms, but I can tell you The Max is not just a gym, it is a place where you will not only get a great workout, you will have a supportive community where everyone encourages you, pushes and celebrates the victories with you. Boy oh boy do I hope you have time to read my story about what Fairless Hills The Max Challenge did to me. Ready here I go....
I been looking around for a new place to workout wasn't sure about going to the gym or something different. I heard of Max Challenge from a business partner that see every 3 to 6 months. Oh oh boy she looked awesome so I ask her what was she doing. She said I started going to Max Challenge in Fairless Hills and explained the 10 week program.
I research it on social media a few times and it would pop up on my news feed about that was going on. So now this is where my challenging begins.
Challenge #1 Should I should I not being nervous about trying something new. Guess what I submitted my information.
Challenge #2 Shannon called me saying she got my info do you have time to talk. After almost 30mins on the phone you would of though we was two girlfriend catching up. So I said ok I will come take the 1 day trail class.
Challenge #3 Walking through the door being nervous can I do this. I walked in letting the lady at the desk I'm here for a trail class. She said hi I'm Mary this is Cindy the instructor today. Great customer service π Mary explained a few thing before class begin. Shannon came out of the office and still had the same great attitude. Mary worked with during the class. After class Mary asked did I like it and went through some business details. Still being in my head about can I do this.
Challenge #4 YES!! I did it I'm a regular now. I'm starting off my new journey with my new friends (family) striving everyday to make my life better for myself and family. Over 6 months strong with no regrets!
Challenge #5 After reading my long story about Max Challenge in Fairless Hills. I'm challenging you to come meet my family.
5am,6am, 915am, 515pm and 630pm. Now one Saturday morning class 8am. We won't let you down. Hit that submit button come meet our team and kick off to great new you!!! You won't be disappointed I love Fairless Hills Max Challenge. I'm maxing it up 5 days a week I'm winning my challenge.
I need you to come help me and my friends (family) get to Challenge 6 to 10 it's only a 10 week program that will start you to a new you.

Max Challenge is a great fit for me; I enjoy the classes, adjustable workouts and supportive atmosphere. Iβve achieved more strength and results than what your basic gym offers. Max challenge is a community and the instructors are encouraging, fun, go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and most important, they are invested in your progress. I have seen a tremendous improvement in every area of my fitness since the 7 months of attendance. I also would like to highlight the quality of equipment, cleanliness of the facility, variety of classes offered and overall value for the membership price.

The MAX Challenge is a wonderful gym/program for so many reasons. First, because itβs not just a gym but really a whole lifestyle change, as thereβs a nutrition component that coincides with daily workouts. My mom started the MAX a few years ago in Woodbridge, NJ and she couldnβt say enough great things about it and it helped her get back to a healthy weight (and now sheβs in amazing shape!), so I decided to join the MAX Challenge of Fairless Hills. I really, really like going to a structured class where weβre doing something a little different every day, where an instructor tells me what to do, encourages me, and pushes me, rather than going to any old gym with machines where itβs on me to motivate myself (which we all know can be a struggle sometimes!). The instructors and fellow members are all so kind and encouraging and supportive. Would highly recommend!!

I have been in and out of the gym for years. This is the first time I feel excited about working out and also disappointed when I miss a class. The coaches and fellow maxers create a very welcoming atmosphere! I am currently half way through my 10 week challenge and can already feel/see the results I was looking for. They take the guess work out of where to start and help you push yourself to that next level. I finally feel like I found a place that won't just be another phase but a place I can achieve my fitness/health goals long term! I honestly can't say enough about Max of Fairless Hills. The management, instructors, and clientele are all so wonderful. The motivation of everyone around me during and after classes is everything I need to keep me going. I miss the classes when I can't go and thoroughly enjoy being there when I attend them. The classes are also so diverse, it is never the same class twice!!

I canβt recommend The Max enough. They work with you to make sure you are doing exercises correctly with good form. They encourage and cheer you on while in class. If you are a beginner they show you how to modify the exercise. Once you join they have so many recipe options to look at to give you ideas on what foods to make and how you can healthier decisions.
After each class I have energy for my entire day and I love how I feel and that I made the decision to join The Max!

This is a great gym. The instructors are relatable and the classes are fun and an excellent workout. You can go at your own pace, no one will judge you. The atmosphere is very welcoming and you will find yourself really wanting to get to class. You will leave feeling empowered, not just physically, but mentally.

Not just a gym but a community of people who genuinely care about each other. Joining the Fairless Hills Max Challenge has been a life changing experience for me. It's not just about the weight I have lost... But I have gained the knowledge of better nutrition and have learned the best ways to push myself and optimize my workouts (even if I needed a modification). This is a place that makes you feel comfortable pushing yourself even if you sometimes have to do it at your own pace. The trainers are amazing, the entire staff is so very helpful and everyone (not just employees) is there to help cheer you on. Just finished week 2 of the 10 week challenge. Joel and his team couldn't be more encouraging and helpful. The members as well. All shapes, sizes, ages and abilities come through the door and it's just a really positive atmosphere. I have every back ailment in the book. If I'm having a bad day, the trainers show me how to modify an exercise so I don't injury myself.
The nutrition portion of the program was a huge change for my poor eating habits, but it's completely reasonable eating and I'm not starving a bit. Just healthy, common sense foods.
Although I'm a little tired and sore from the workouts, it's a good sore. Already my back is feeling looser and a little stronger in the mornings. I'm working out with so many legacy success stories, it's hard not to be inspired.
UPDATE:
8 weeks in the book. I feel better than I have in years. I'm 55 years old and think I've at least turned back the clock 10 years on my weight and how I feel during the day. I need to start wearing a belt again. 16 lbs lighter than my first day. I've started jogging (slowly) again in addition to my gym workout. I still have my back issues, but strengthening my core has made a huge difference. My doctor has been telling me for years to strengthen my core, diet and exercise. It's never too late. Joel, Kim and the staff are amazing and all success stories.

For me the MAX is like having a personal trainer and getting to workout with my friends. I like that everyday the workout is different and always challenging! I love everything about this program. The staff are completely amazing, so devoted to the members. You are never alone, they constantly support, encourage and motivate you. The Max is more than just a gym, it's a family all working towards a common goal, a healthier you. The trainers are great always changing up the workouts to keep it fresh and fun and challenging with lots of encouragement and support along the way. No place I'd rather be to start my day off right! The results are amazing too, I've dropped 40lbs and 5 inches in my waist since starting less than a year ago. Highly recommend!

I started the Max Challenge over a year ago after trying many other programs without success. I had never enjoyed going to a gym or working out, even with a private trainer but that has all changed after joining the Max Fairless Hills. The trainers and other class members are very supportive and make you feel welcome no matter how out of shape you may feel. I love it so much that I go almost everyday. I never thought I would look forward to working out but at the Max, I do. I feel better than I have in 10 years thanks to the Max.
