Get your strength up in a peaceful, fun, informative environment. Coaches have the expertise to work with each of us as individuals. A lot goes into keeping this aging athlete playing heavy metal drums at 64 years of age. My coach Kristi at Perfect Workout is an absolutely essential part of it.

For the past four years I have been working out at the Perfect Workout in Ardmore. They have helped me build strength and as a result, I have to take less medication for my RA. I have also had my sister and husband try the workout and they too have seen great benefits. When I am at my least motivated, I can remember that its only 20 minutes and Jack will be my partner as I get through my workout--and that makes it a consistent part of my life! Great place--highly recommend.

I would recommend Kristi as a personal trainer because she is dedicated, motivated and very professional. She takes the time to answer any questions that you may have. If I am in position where I'm looking for a trainer, she would be a good to go to.

Been working with the staff at The Perfect Workout for some time now. ***Feb, 2021 UPDATE: I am approaching 5 years with The Perfect Workout and 4.5 years with Manny as my trainer. My twice a week workouts continue to keep me fit and strong and I have never felt better! During Covid-19, the company implemented guidelines to ensure a safe workout environment. The return on investment for two 20 minute sessions a week has been phenomenal. I saw every health benefit that I wanted In the first month of this program. I noticed an immediate increase in energy and stamina, deeper and more restful sleep, and a surprisingly quick drop in my blood pressure. I am considerably stronger. After seven months I am two sizes smaller and see a steady drop in weight.
The studio is calm and quiet, great for maintaining focus and concentration.You have your trainerβs undivided attention while you are using the equipment, and always feel that you are working out effectively and safely. There is excellent nutrition support and education. Early morning, evening and Saturday hours make it easy to accommodate your workouts to your work schedule.

I sustained a vertebral fracture in my upper back under the direct supervision of a personal trainer at a popular, local gym prior to starting the Perfect Workout. I have been doing the Perfect Workout for about nine months now and feel that 20 minutes of slow motion strength training twice a week has been the best decision for me. I have more energy, increased muscle tone, feel stronger and more agile. I know my trainer, Manny, is extremely knowledgeable and professional and is always concerned about proper form and safety. The Perfect Workout is the most positive workout experience I have ever encountered. This is an absolutely no pressure, no embarrassment, supportive, encouraging, motivating environment. If you are nervous about working out in public, then I would especially recommend The Perfect Workout. The trainers take genuine interest in your goals and work with you to meet them. The workouts are neither long nor multitudinous but challenging. Most importantly, the results are real. If you want to tone up, lose fat and get healthier in a supportive environment, if you are willing to work hard consistently then you can't go wrong with The Perfect Workout. I am regaining lost muscle mass and losing fat. My clothes are fitting much better and I am looking much slimmer. It does work!
