So grateful to have found such a community based gym in my area.
Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging!
The coaches are very educated and can adjust any exercise. They want you to meet your goals and that’s very apparent.
They are always checking in on you and make sure you’re doing every exercise correctly to avoid injury.

I love how this gym combines group training with opportunities for individual workouts. The group sessions are run with an incredible amount of personal attention, and the coaches are truly outstanding. I had avoided gyms for years because I worried I wouldn’t fit in or keep up, but Andrew and Garrett create such a welcoming environment. They make everyone feel comfortable, and each person works at their own level while still enjoying the energy of the group. It’s motivating, inclusive, and fun—I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

An amazing experience with people that care… after a hiatus from taking care of my health and fitness, I needed some help. This team of professionals understands how to meet you where you are, while also challenging you to make progress. As a recovering rugby player, I came in pretty “banged up”. In a short amount of time, I’m more motivated than I’ve been in a long time, to reach new fitness goals and surpass them. I credit the coaches 100%! There’s also a great crew of fitness class members, to cheer you along the journey. Would highly recommend you come give it a shot!

I have been attending Radcliffe's Strength House for about a year. The coaches are supportive, encouraging, and so knowledgeable. I feel amazing after working out, Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The gym is fully stocked with different weights and machines to enhance every workout. The gym offers one on one meetings to go over nutrition and personal goals. Radcliffe Strength House is a great place to workout!

Highly recommend the strength house. All the trainers bring a unique perspective to the workouts. They will push when you need it and also work with any modifications you need. They take the time to get to know their members and any injuries or limitations they have. I have a shoulder injury and every time an exercise may impact my shoulder they are aware, check in, and offer a modification if needed. They do this for everyone!!! It takes a great team of trainers to know everyone at that level.
The workouts are structured for each day of the week and over the next 4-5 weeks so you can build upon what you learned, increase reps or weights and see results week over week. There were so many instances where I saw week over week improvement on an excercises.
The members are outstanding. Everyone is welcoming and makes for a strong community who pushes and supports one another.

I have been a member of The Strength House for three years, and it has been a fantastic experience! For me, a gym needs to offer the motivation to keep me coming back day after day. This gym (with its owners, trainers and members) offers that motivation! Their trainer led classes are engaging and challenging.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I have. They are always willing to consider any physical limitations you may have and offer alternative exercises to keep you active. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility; it's well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere.
If you're looking for a place to achieve your fitness goals, I highly recommend The Strength House. It has everything you need to stay motivated and healthy!

The Strength House is nothing short of amazing! After my old gym suddenly closed, I found myself searching for a new fitness home where I could feel comfortable and motivated. To my delight, I discovered that my favorite trainer from the old gym, Andrew, had started his own venture with this fantastic facility!
From the moment I walked in back in July, I immediately felt at home. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the sense of community is palpable. Andrew, along with his colleagues Garrett and Arthur, provide personalized advice that has been crucial for me as I navigate my fitness journey and make necessary modifications for various reasons. Their attention to individual needs makes all the difference!
In just five months, I have noticed tremendous improvements in my strength and overall fitness. I actually look forward to those early 6 AM workouts! The best part? This is a fun environment where you can genuinely enjoy working out. And as a bonus, they promise no burpees on the menu – which I can happily confirm has been true so far!
If you’re looking for a supportive community where you can get stronger, make new friends, and perhaps even exchange some delicious recipes or travel tips, give The Strength House a try. You won’t regret it!

The Strength house is definitely the place to go if you want a friendly atmosphere to get the best work outs. I've been to many gyms, and this is the only gym that I have actually looked forward to going to three times a week
So many memories and friendships made over the past almost 3years! It means so much that the trainers are knowledgeable and care so much about the well being of each and every one of us!
I will never forget when I had a pinched nerve in my back and Andrew Radcliffe actually reached out to my physical therapist to see what exercises I could do and which to avoid. All of the coaches are flexible with giving substitutions when necessary to avoid injury!

Best workout experience - a great community of people, coaches who are very knowledgeable, will ensure your form is on point, have a ton of alternative moves (not just making a move ‘easier’) to assist with injuries, and most of all they care about the people. It’s always a good sweaty time - with lots of laughs. Never want to leave.

I just started my fitness journey at Radcliffe’s Strenghth House. My experience has been nothing but positive. Andrew and his team are very friendly, accommodating, emcouraging and knowledgeable! The members are not only welcoming but helpful too.
With the help of everyone at Strength House I feel extremely motivated and much better about my physical and mental well being. I have noticed changes in my energy levels that I haven’t felt in a few years. I was skeptical at first that I could stick with my routine here due to a slightly longer ride to the facility than I’m used to. However, the ride and everything about Strength House has been well worth my journey!

Such a great gym and community. Andrew and the trainers are really knowledgeable and genuinely want to see you succeed. The workout structures are efficient and allow you to really focus on the movements rather than a bootcamp style strength training class like many in the area are. I was really interested in finding a gym that I could learn more about strength training and focus on building muscle, and TSH provides just that!

I have known Andrew for years from his time before opening The Strength House. He is as good a trainer as you will find in the industry. I learned within the first 2 classes that all of the trainers at The Strength House Andrew, Garret, Arthur and Alex are all of the same quality. I have absolutely loved my experience here. Every staff member encouraging. I need some modifications due to a health issue and I always feel supported and it's never a big deal. Coach Andrew applies his in-depth knowledge of exercise and physiology to create a workout program that promotes functional strength, fitness, and mobility for people of all ages. I love Radcliffe’s Strength House. Group training at it’s best but the coaches also take the time to modify to the individual when needed. Whether it a nagging injury, a running competition, they will help you become a better version of yourself. For years, I’ve started and stopped strength training programs and it never stuck as missing it, like if I skipped a run or bike day. Well for the first time ever, I started at the strength house and have been going strong for 15 months straight. A first ever. I highly recommend checking them out for your own needs! I joined RSH over a year ago when some health issues forced me to focus on fitness goals. Being fairly new to the gym atmosphere, I did not know what to expect. I cannot say enough good things about this gym! I never saw myself wanting to focus primarily on strength but I’m still loving it a year and a half later. I feel stronger and find myself wanting to keep hitting personal records. All the coaches are wonderful, encouraging, and really want to see you reach your goals. Not having to worry about creating a workout routine is the biggest thing that keeps me motivated as all I have to do is show up and trust the experts. The group class dynamic and energy everyone brings to each workout helps make it that much more enjoyable. I can’t say enough nice words about this gym! I’m always excited to go to class and don’t have to peel myself off the couch to go like I’ve experienced with other gym classes. All the classes are phenomenal and fun! Coaches Andrew, Arthur, and Garrett are amazing and each entail their own strengths. Andrew goes out of his way to get to know and connect with his clients on a personal level. Arthur will make it his mission to make sure your technique is correct and push you to your PR each class. Garrett brings the hype and party, but will never let you feel left out. You might even persuade him into completing the finisher with you!😉 I always look forward to working with each coach. I’ve seen the best results in just 6 months of working out at RSH compared to working out at other gyms for years on end. I highly recommend this gym if you’re in the market for one. By far my favorite gym ever. The trainers and classmates become your friends. Everyone feels celebrated for their accomplishments and there is no feeling that you are less than anyone else. Trainers keep injuries in mind while pushing you with positivity.
Plus, it’s at an ice rink so you can always cool off. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
