Joining The Strong Mom Project is the best thing I’ve done for myself since having my 2 kids. My only regret is not finding it and joining while pregnant. I was admittedly skeptical when starting with Diapers to Dumbells as I’ve never been a fan of group fitness but now I truly look forward to each workout. Having a lunch hour class in addition to the morning workouts makes it super accessible for me as someone who works remotely. Krista and the other coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging in the gym and beyond. Plus you won’t find a more welcoming group of women supporting each other at workouts and in the highs and lows of motherhood.

I love The Strong Mom Project! I signed up for the Diaper to Dumbbells series on the recommendation of my neighbors who had previously done it. I started strength training (which I have never done before) and met other moms (which I really needed). Without The Strong Mom Project, I wouldn’t feel as healthy, emotionally or physically, as I do now. Krista and her team are kind and knowledgeable. She has created an amazing place and community.

I joined the May Diapers to Dumbbells program 4 months postpartum to improve my posture, get stronger, and finally learn proper weightlifting form—something I'd never been taught despite prior gym experience. Krista and the other coaches were incredibly informative and supportive, especially with breath and core techniques that are truly foundational for daily life. I loved the program so much I signed up for a monthly membership! One of the best parts? I get to bring my baby with me—she gets to witness what strong moms look like and how we show up. Highly recommend The Strong Mom Project to any mom wanting to feel confident, strong, and supported.

I can’t say enough great things about the Strong Mom Project in Yardley, PA! When I first started group training and the Diapers To Dumbbells program, I was nervous but excited. I had tried other fitness programs before, but this experience felt completely different. The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the supportive trainers and community made it easy to stay motivated. I started out struggling with simple exercises, and now I’m able to do things I never thought possible. I’ve gained not just strength, but also confidence in what my body can do.
Beyond the workouts, being part of the Strong Mom community has been an amazing bonus. I’ve made real connections with other moms who are supportive and encouraging, both inside and outside the gym. It’s more than just fitness—it's about building strength in every part of life. I highly recommend Strong Mom to any mom looking for a fun, welcoming, and empowering place to grow stronger, feel better, and connect with others on a similar journey.
Krista is an amazing wealth of knowledge, and her expertise in prenatal, and postpartum training has helped me so much through my recovery. She loves what she does and she truly puts her heart and soul into the strong mom project. Her team of coaches are amazing and truly love helping all women, especially moms!

Strong mom project is truly exactly what every mom needs. The sessions are energizing, the coaches are all incredibly supportive, and the whole atmosphere is so positive. The workouts are challenging yet adaptable for all fitness levels. It’s not just about exercise—it’s about feeling strong, confident, and connected with other moms who understand the journey. I always leave feeling refreshed and motivated. Highly recommend for any mom looking to prioritize self-care while connecting with other amazing women! So grateful to have something like this in my community. Thank you Krista <3

10 stars! I began working with Krista when I was 13 weeks pregnant, with the goal of establishing a routine that would make postpartum workouts easier. Now, 11 weeks postpartum, I’m proud to say I’ve achieved that goal and more. Thanks to Krista’s guidance, I was back at her gym at just 6 weeks postpartum, and now feeling like a rockstar.
Krista’s expertise has taught me so much about proper breathwork and posture, allowing me to maximize my workouts and get stronger. She offers an incredible wealth of resources for both prenatal and postnatal care—covering anything and everything you can imagine. I’ve gained not only valuable knowledge, but also confidence in myself as a mom. Krista’s approach empowers me to do what’s best for my body, mind, and overall well-being, so I can be the best mom I can be.
On top of that, the community of Strong Moms Krista has cultivated is absolutely unmatched. It’s been an incredibly supportive and motivating environment. I can’t recommend her enough!

Every mom needs the strong mom project! Has helped me gain so much strength and confidence since becoming a mom while building community and making friends in a new town. The coaches really care about your form AND how you are doing. So glad to be a part of this and keep getting stronger!

I’ve always prioritized movement in a big way. So when I became a mom this year, I had to reeeeally slow down to not only rebuild my base, but to restore my core after a surprise c-section and avoid injury. Oy. So when I learned about Strong Mom, I quickly joined (so quick that Krista emailed me and asked WHERE and HOW did I find her because most normal humans take a freebie class first lol). It was apparent that Krista, the owner, created a space for mamas to move their bodies freely and safely; her community (read: Wolfpack) was fierce, raw, supportive, and hilariously unapologetic. As a new mom, I desperately needed all of those things. And if you desperately need those things too, go here.

I am so grateful for The Strong Mom Project! As a first-time mom-to-be, I was initially hesitant about working out during my pregnancy, but this program has completely changed my perspective. The support and guidance I’ve received have made me feel so confident and empowered to stay active and healthy while pregnant. The workouts are tailored to my needs and are safe for both me and my baby, which has given me peace of mind. I feel stronger and more energized, and I know that I’m setting a great foundation for postpartum fitness.
I’m also looking forward to continuing my fitness journey postpartum with The Strong Mom Project. The community is amazing, and the trainers truly understand the challenges that come with motherhood, making the entire experience feel personalized and supportive. I feel more connected to my body, and I can’t wait to keep progressing and building strength, both physically and mentally, in this next chapter. Highly recommend to any mom-to-be or new mom looking for a workout program that focuses on strength, health, and confidence!

Krista has created an invaluable community with The Strong Mom Project. Signing up for the Diapers to Dumbbells class was the best postpartum self care and I am so happy to have continued training with her beyond that program. If you're facing challenges in motherhood, chances are Krista already has another mom in mind with similar experience to introduce you to.

SMP REALLY opened my eyes to so many factors when returning to working out. It was explained to us what is actually going on with our bodies(things that not even the OB docs mention) and why things we were able to do pre pregnancy may not feel the same post, no matter how much time has gone by. We were taught how to make the basics of working out most efficient just by simply having proper technique and breathing correctly. I have so much more confidence now getting back into working out, and felt so comfortable during the entire process because everyone was so open and honest about their journey. Krista even rocked my baby to sleep one class just so I could continue the workout, I was so grateful to finally be able to do something for me.

Strongly suggest postpartum moms join either program that is offered. I did diapers to dumbbells and it truly was like night and day how I could feel my body getting stronger two months postpartum. Krista is so helpful and really guides and meets you where you are at. Excited to continue these group classes

I have been working with Krista since 2017. I have seen her before pregnancy, after and during. I am so thankful for this program. Women are not always given all of the tools to help us be our strongest selves especially during pregnancy and after. I am so thankful for the strong mom trainers and their knowledge to keep me the healthy and strong mom I want to be.

I started working out with Strong Moms about two months ago and have loved it already. I did not really exercise before , but I’ve realized moms need to keep up their strength! Krista makes you comfortable even if you’re new to everything like I was. There are always modifications if something doesn’t work for you ,whether it’s too difficult right now or you have an injury etc. The classes also are challenging so you can work on getting stronger for mom life.

Krista and Bridget are incredible! I was looking for guidance getting back into fitness as a mom of 3 (it’s been a LONG time since I’ve worked out) and I found that and even more with this group. The confidence, technique and support are unmatched. Highly recommend Diapers 2 Dumbbells for any new mom! Looking forward to starting the other mom sessions in June with them!

I am so grateful I found The Strong Mom Project early on in my pregnancy. I was looking for some guidance for workouts as well as a community of moms and moms-to-be, and found both through this organization. I credit my workouts with Krista and her team for helping me feel strong and empowered through this pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and able to offer modifications as needed. All of the other women who attend are very friendly and welcoming, which makes for an easygoing and fun environment. It is a judgement free zone where everyone works at their own pace.
I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with Krista postpartum.

Joining Strong Moms, as a first time mom, was the single most impactful intervention I did during my pregnancy and beyond! I started working with Krista at 10 weeks pregnant up until my due date and delivery! I am so lucky that I never had to experience a poor postpartum recovery, as I had prepared my body for months ahead of time with Strong Moms. I am also stronger and more confident exercising now than I was before becoming pregnant!
Please note that the group fitness classes are really only one element of what Krista offers. You will be connected to an entire village of strong moms, providers, and resources. Having Krista in your corner as a mom is an absolute blessing - she will competently, confidently, and compassionately work with you to problem solve any mom issues - whether they are physical fitness related or not!

The best decision I made for my postpartum journey. Not only did I learn the fundamental building blocks to exercising (and doing daily life with kiddos) effectively and without discomfort, but I made friends and got out of the house with my newborn. Krista is such a great coach - she’s like the big sister we all wish we had! Highly highly recommend the Diapers to Dumbells program if you are postpartum in any capacity!

Joining The Strong Mom Project and working with Krista and Bridget was hands down the best decision I made during pregnancy! Just two weeks after starting as a Strong Mom, I was advised by my doctor to not lift weights due to placenta previa… an impossible task with toddlers already at home. Krista helped me feel comfortable continuing to work out in a safe yet effective way that reduced any pressure and kept me strong throughout my pregnancy! I was able to confidently take care of (and lift!) my toddlers knowing I had learned the proper techniques without adding any risk to my pregnancy. My recovery following the birth of my third child was so much faster and easier than previous births and I know it’s completely attributable to working with Krista.
I also HIGHLY recommend the Diapers to Dumbbells program for postpartum moms! It’s truly unbelievable how much I learned during the 4 week program and I wish I had the option to join D2D available in previous pregnancies. At 2 months postpartum I’ve been able to successfully complete pull ups, barbell squats, planks, and pull the sled…. things I could not even do before pregnancy!
Finally, I have to mention just some of the amazing perks of joining The Strong Mom Project including the friendships formed, the resources/connections/recommendations from other local moms, and the way Krista ALWAYS encourages us to prioritize ourselves with workouts and mom meet-ups. The ability to show up to class without scheduling in advance (with or without kids!) makes it so much easier to workout despite busy schedules.
If you’re a local Mom, please do yourself a favor and consider joining The Strong Mom Project!

I participated in Diapers to Dumbbells after having my third baby to help prevent injury to my pelvic floor. (I learned I had an injury while pregnant and probably from jumping back too quickly/soon into exercise in previous pregnancies.) Krista has a solid plan to help moms slowly and mindfully build back weak muscles, and by the end of the program I definitely feel confident in getting back to the weights. I highly recommend this program to all moms who live an active lifestyle and want to get back to any work out routine, or are concerned about their pelvic floor.

After the birth of my second child, I had severe urinary incontinence + prolapse and I was frozen in fear of how to proceed. Every day tasks were a struggle and I was too embarrassed to go to my regular gym classes. I waited 16 weeks before attempting exercising, hoping that the leaking would stop on its own, but it didn’t. I saw an MD who told me surgery was my only option but I saw Krista posting about D2D and I decided to try it out. We started off learning how to engage the correct muscles and by the end of the program I was lifting weights confidently, felt stronger, and was NOT LEAKING ANYMORE! It’s really amazing to see what my body could do if I just gave myself the chance and had the correct interventions. Krista seriously knows what she’s doing and she knows the female form backwards and forwards. I love how I get 1:1 attention during sessions because little tweaks make the big changes. I even cancelled my previous gym membership and joined Strong Moms. It’s really such a nice thing to work out within reach of your child and alongside other moms. Fellow prolapse and incontinence mamas, 1. You’re not alone and 2. Do yourself a favor and do D2D!

Strong Moms is such a blessing to me. My kids are in school full and I initially thought at this stage of mom life this group wasn’t for me. Buttt ooof was I wrong. Plenty of moms show up with babies and kids and plenty of moms shows up without. The common denominator is that we’re all moms. Mom life it hard at all stages and my goodness we need this community. I also am loving how much stronger I am than I ever was doing “classes” at other gyms! Plus there social events to events with and without kids! Winning!!!!

She is the best trainer, hands down, for postpartum moms. I'm feeling stronger than ever! It's the gentle accountability and non judge-mental critiques for me that keep me coming back for more.

I started the Diapers & Dumbbells program at 7 weeks postpartum (c-section) and it helped me build my confidence back up to return to working out. Now 8 sessions later, I feel so much better about working out with better form. I also took group classes during my pregnancy and loved them.

Krista and the Strong Moms group have completely changed my life. I had been lost for quite a while, without a strong community, having moved here from NY a few years ago. After my dad passed away last winter, I just let myself fall apart emotionally and physically. I had heard of Krista’s group through a few different people and finally decided it was time to join in this past June of 2022. Not only am I the strongest I have been since I was 18, but I am also in such a better headspace emotionally. I wake up every Wed, Fri and Sunday and look forward to my morning workout with Krista and our crew (and quite often a bunch of littles as well!). The workouts have become an integrated part of my life, so even on days when I wake up sad or tired, I automatically jump out of bed and get my butt to my workout.
Krista constantly challenges all of her clients to be stronger and push harder. Her workouts are always challenging but she also always ensures all fitness levels are considered.
Not only do i feel like myself again, but I have become a better version of that person. I am stronger inside and out; I’ve become a better mom, partner, friend and person overall just because I made the decision to take care of myself and join a community of women who have also decided to put their health first.

I am so thankful I found Krista and The Strong Mom Project. She is truly the best…so knowledgeable, supportive, real, and fun! The in person workouts have been great for me to work on proper form, and the virtual workouts are convenient to fit into my new mom life schedule and to keep me accountable. I wouldn’t have made the progress postpartum that I have without Krista. She made me realize I am much stronger than I think and I’m now much more confident. Krista goes above and beyond and has truly created a community where moms can find all the help and advice we need to be happy, healthy, and thriving in all aspects of our lives, not just fitness.

After hurting myself with workouts postpartum, I was lost with my exercise routine. I was always an avid runner, weight trainer, and hiker, it was heartbreaking for me to not have a consistent routine I felt safe doing. Krista has taught me how to push myself again but also maintain good mechanics so I’m not in pain. It feels good to be back in action and have time for myself again. Not mention making new friends!

Krista is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with and is so knowledgeable about pre/post natal fitness. I had difficult recoveries with my first two babies and after my third I started the Core and Restore immediately and it was the best decision ever. I started training with Krista years ago, before I became pregnant. I've always appreciated her guidance and encouragement, which became even more apparent when I was exercising during my pregnancy. She taught me so much about breathing and alignment, and I know my C-section recovery went smoothly because of everything we worked on leading up to labor and delivery. Admittedly, I struggled with finding time for myself as a new mom, and got away from my fitness routine in the postpartum period. I was stuck in an all or nothing mentality and couldn't figure out how to make it work. I reconnected with Krista through one of her free challenges, and I am so happy to be learning new ways to feel energized. Krista not only helps with the physical aspect, but the community of moms and support network she's created through The Strong Mom Project has worked wonders for my mental health as well.

I started working out with Krista in 2019, when I was about 1 year PP with my first baby. I had had a complicated pregnancy, was left with a major diastasis, and was hesitant to exercise but Krista's expertise in managing my core allowed me to become the strongest I had ever been in my whole life! I trained with her regularly and was lucky enough that The Strong Mom Project launched just before I became pregnant with my 2nd. Having Krista as a trainer, with her resources to everything mom and pregnancy-related, throughout my second pregnancy made a world of difference compared to my first. I was SO much more active and worked out regularly into the third trimester. Krista gave me modifications along the way as my bump grew and I was confident I could be active safely until the end of my pregnancy. I was able to start back up slowly with core and breathing exercises within the first 2 months PP this time with her guidance and was back to more regular strength training by about 3 months PP. Working out with other local moms in this group is something I look forward to every week - nowhere else will you find someone as focused on the things mom's need for their physical and mental well being!
