Wonderful place for kids to learn self defense it's a safe environment and my son really enjoyed spending time learning new things with his temple of strikers family. Jeffrey is also an excellent teacher the kids have an amazing time learning and interacting with him.

Jeff and his family have created a super awesome environment for young kids and adults to learn kickboxing. Within the couple months of my son taking these classes i see a great improvement not only in self defense but discipline and respect. Its so nice to have something in the community that helps our youth stay out of trouble. 10/10 recommend for everyone! You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been going here for a little over 6 months and I have to say it’s a wonderful experience, the instructor is very friendly, professional and knowledgable.
