If you're looking for something fancy,this isn't for you! This is an old warehouse and your their to workout,which is why I like it. And staff is great;good people and you have everything you could possibly need,even push sleds and tires!

I’m in town temporarily and had the chance to check out this gym after a quick google search. Since a gym only needs weights in my opinion this place hits the spot so perfectly. Simple, clean, affordable, and the owners are very cool. Anytime I’m in town I’ll be back.

These employees were really nice. I was in in town for a move and they let me workout here for a day. They were all really courteous and the gym was pretty nice on the inside. They had more equipment than I would have expected.

Worked out with their personal trainer David today. Great experience. I was alittle apprehensive about having a male trainer, but he made me feel very comfortable and wrote down my workout as we went, so I could do it on my own later on, if i wanted. The gym was very clean. Loved the big open doors, which let in alot of natural light and a nice breeze.

The gym was everything you'd hope itd be. The staff was friendly it was wide open space the other members were very decent also. A small town gym which is awesome because they take pride versus the big corporate gyms that could care less if you show up or not. If I'm back in town for any reason this will be the gym I workout at.
