I took a heated Vinyasa class at The Yoga Spot in Gladwyne on Monday Morning, and it was fantastic! Daria, the owner and lead instructor, brought such a calming yet energizing presence to the class. The heat helped deepen my stretches and made the flowing sequence feel even more intense. Daria's cues were clear and encouraging, allowing me to flow through the poses with focus and ease. I left feeling both energized and relaxed, and I can't wait to visit her new studio in Queen Village, Philly! Wishing Daria the best of luck as she expands her yoga journey!

I love Daria and her studio, I love the small size, the location, the HEAT and her unique style which is different each day. It's a fantastic workout! If u like to sweat and be challenged, try it and bring friends, they will thank you! 🧘♀️🤗🙌💞
