Phenomenal gym with lots of machines and equipment. I will say that the stuff isn’t the newest as there is some wear and tear, but at the end of the day they get the job done and are functioning which is all that matters.

Also shoutout to the owner bob. I came here on a sunday afternoon where it wasn’t staff occupied, so I gave bob a call and he came out of his way within 10 minutes to help me setup the membership.

One thing I like about this gym is that it’s one of the very few gyms in this area that’s open 24/7. The local planet fitness / LA fitness aren’t open like this gym. So coming here is very convenient especially with a restrictive time schedule.

Best gym around. The owner Bob is one of the most honest and humble guys out there. Helps no matter time of the day and is always efficient. If you ain’t lifting here at a real gym then your gains are lacking. Come make a switch and get into real weight lifting! It’s the real deal and honest. Integrity goes a long way. This gym is the truth.

The bodybuilders gym. Heavier weights than planet fitness lol. Equipment is older but functions as it should. Tons of equipment as well. Like a lot.
