Tim is an awesome trainer. He listens to your concerns and has a positive outlook. Tim trains efficiently in a time frame without unnecessary down time, which I was looking for in a personal trainer. Tim incorporates core strengthening into the sessions which greatly helped me with some pain issues I was experiencing. I also met some awesome woman while training at TM Nutrition & Training. It’s a fun place to workout!!!

My teenage son has been training with Tim for almost 2 years. Our initial goal was for him to gain some confidence and we definitely got those results. Kaleb is getting stronger each month and is making progress in all aspects of life, mentally and physically. He is even trying out for the volleyball team this spring and that is something he would have never done prior to working with Tim. He is an all around great person that my son looks up to. We look forward to many more years of working together! Oh, and his price is very affordable compared to others in the area! 🙂

Tim is an amazing trainer. He always had upbeat energy which kept it fun and motivating. The environment is great, hard working, but full of laughs and making connections in the gym! Tim was always available outside of the gym as well for check-ins, healthy recipes, and any questions I had. He works with your personal goals- beginner or not! Highly recommend

Tim is a wonderful trainer. He made me feel very comfortable, he listened to my needs and always encouraging. Very fun environment ,makes u feel very comfortable and really cares about you achieving ur goals. Perfect trainer for my teenage son. Tim worked with him for 9 months helping him not only become comfortable with weight lifting but also getting his nutrition on track. The change I saw in my son, both physically and in terms of his confidence in such a short amount of time was amazing! The goal was to get him to a place where he’d feel comfortable working out on his own in college and that goal was definitely met. Highly recommend working with Tim to any teen headed to college - a consistent workout routine and solid nutrition is in my opinion what every teen needs to learn before heading off on their own. Now that he’s off to college, I can’t wait to take my son’s spot for my own workouts!

Tim has been a great trainer for me and my wife for a few years. His dedication to us as individuals is has been amazing and aided in me getting into the best shape of my life. Tim was my first experience with a trainer. It was fun to attend our training sessions. Tim keeps track of all the reps, exercises and weight etc. making it easy to just show up and workout! I am stronger now thanks to Tim. He is definitely a good fit for first timers, like myself.

From my personal experience, I found that TM Nutrition & Training exceeded my expectations in many ways. Firstly, the communication with Tim was outstanding. Tim was always available to answer any questions I had, and he was very responsive to my concerns.

Our son attends a college that is in the area where Tim is located. We gave our son an opportunity to train with Tim for a Christmas gift. Working with Tim was a very inspiring and positive experience!! First of all in terms of the knowledge that he shared with our son: He was able to focus right away on the areas of nutrition and exercise where our son most needed some support. He was able to provide feedback and a follow up session to address these areas and to give him needed tools to improve in those areas. He was also very encouraging of the areas where he felt our son was already doing well. Finally, it is commendable that, while he could have made up a complex program that would have involved multiple sessions, he was very honest about what our son did not need, and so with much integrity he only encouraged the number of sessions for training that he felt would actually benefit our son. In addition, he had super communication with us as parents. When I had questions he took the time to send very thorough and detailed responses to help me understand elements of nutrition and exercise and even the field of personal training. Our son spoke very highly of the experience that he had. We are so thankful for the great experience that our son had as well! Thank you Tim!!!

I worked out under Tim's guidance at a different gym. Of the 3 trainers I've had a chance to work with over the years, he remains my favorite due to his level of commitment and serious results I was able to obtain, despite being a vegetarian. Great to see that Tim has his own place with much better equipment now!

tim was an amazing trainer! going into it, i hadn’t worked out in a long time and had a really bad relationship with food. coming out of it, i had a much better relationship with food and i actually knew how to work out and keep myself healthy. he’s also super friendly and makes the workouts fun, doesn’t even feel like a half hour!

Tim is AWESOME!! I had never been to a gym or worked out and had no idea where to begin and felt totally intimidated by the thought of going to a gym alone and attempting to workout. Well Tim took care of all of that for me in a great private gym with personalized workouts and he was so easy going, personable, and just all around pleasant to work with! I really cannot recommend him enough and if you are reading this and considering it, GO FOR IT, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

Tim is a dedicated trainer. He is organized and thought out. I have seen results in more than 1 area seeing him once a week for less than a year. I wanted results for personal goals as well as training on how to utilize equipment, I got both results.

My experience at TM Nutrition & Training was excellent. With limited capabilities from previous injuries my range of motion is not 100% without pain. Tim adjusted my workouts to fit my needs. I was able to get great workouts with a wide variety exercises. I highly recommend this facility.

Tim is absolutely fantastic! I'm not one of those people that wants to be yelled at to work harder and he was very understanding of that. He put together workouts that helped me build my strength exponentially and was incredibly supportive. With his encouragement, I always wanted to push myself. I do have a hard time with motivation sometimes, so knowing that I had a dedicated trainer to design and set out a workout just for me has been so helpful. If you're looking to learn new exercises or just need to have the routine of meeting a trainer to keep you motivated, Tim is an excellent trainer!

Tim was an absolute professional when it came to his training sessions. He was constantly trying to better, while encouraging me continue with each additional repetition. Tim assisted me in transitioning my diet to include more protein and less carbohydrates. Within one month of working out with Tim, I lost ten pounds and noticed a difference within my waist size. The gym is extremely private, but has all of the equipment necessary for a successful workout. I would recommend Tim to any person looking to shed a couple of pounds and make a change in their life.

At sixty-eight years old, and fifty years since I could consider myself an athlete, I got my first personal trainer in Tim. Working around the damage and breakage accumulated in a long working history he was able to construct an exercise program for me that hit all the high points without impacting any of the weak spots.
He guided me through my first real experience in the gym, teaching me safety, technique and strategy as well as advising on nutrition for health and good exercise results. And it worked. He has been a blessing in my old age and one of the reasons people think I am younger than I am. He's my trainer and my friend.

Before Tim became my trainer, I was suffering with not one, but two frozen shoulders. I had tried a few other forms of treatment such as physical therapy and chiropractic care and while these are good options, I was not seeing enough improvement and wanted to try a more aggressive approach.
After a few short months of working with Tim, I got my range of motion back and as silly as it may sound, I’m so excited to be able to scratch my own back again!
You couldn’t ask for a more professional, attentive and dedicated trainer. He even sent me case specific email videos of extra exercises and stretches to do in between sessions and was always available to answer any questions.
In addition, he has taught me how to utilize the gym equipment for a full body workout and taught me about diet and nutrition. It is a great feeling to be able to come to the gym knowing how to exercise correctly and effectively to achieve my goals.

My husband, Jay, and I really enjoyed our training experience with Tim McBride. We had both recently retired from our jobs and were looking for tips on staying healthy enough to travel and enjoy our "Golden Years". We also wanted to be able to visit and play with our five grandchildren who live in three different states. Tim provided us with a program that met all of these goals. We have a routine of weight training exercises that we use several days a week. We are also more conscious of our diet. Tim is a big proponent of getting enough protein into our daily regimen.
We also enjoyed getting to know Tim on a personal level. He is a very genuine person who obviously practices what he preaches. He was always on time and made good use of the time allotted in each session.
It was also very clear that his family was very important in his life.

Tim is the best! His training experience is evident from your first visit. My training was very personalized, and was developed after a discussion regarding the results I wanted, and structured based on my age, and abilities.
