Great school and Master Dressel is a great teacher for kids and adults. Has both Tang Soo Do and Braizilian Jiu Jitsu. It is a great combination to learn for overall self-defense and martial arts in general.

5/6/23 - Still highly recommend. Earned our yellow belts, lost weight, got stronger, learned great skill sets. Started Ju Jitsu as well. Great fun.
Highly recommend. Master Dressel gives you first couple classes for free to see if you like it. Great fun. No judgement and very friendly atmosphere.

We are so happy we choose Total Karate. Not only is it reasonably priced, it also teaches real world self defense. Great for kids and adults! Our son and us have joined!

I have been going here since 2013 and stopped going here in 2019 these years going to Total karate have been hands down the best years of my life! Also anyone that comes across this place should definitely give it a shot. Sadly Mass Armbar and Mash will know longer go to Total Karate. Due to moving all the way to South west Florida. I just woke up thinking all about total karate and I am in tears of how much Fun I had. I miss all my friends at Total karate and Master Dressel to he is the best and funniest Master if the sport I have ever met In my life. Mr Dressel If you could be let all the kids we used to have class with know that we all miss them and had so much fun with them and are so thankful for the above amazing experience! We miss you all 🥺😢. Farewell.

Master Dressel is not only an expert in martial arts, he's a great teacher for the kids. He is nurturing enough where kids aren't intimidated, while maintaining an expectation of respect. Couldn't recommend it more

Hands down the best place you can go for the money. Brian is a mma dictionary, he is open minded and great with kids. When I was younger I moved many times. I have studied in a lot of different places. I like total karate more than any of them. Total karate is constantly evolving, I learn something new every time I go. The people are great, humble and fun to be around. Strongly recommend for beginners or well trained .
