A great workout. A gym with everything you need. They've programmed to make it as efficient as possible so while the workouts are "shorter", it is surely enough with their HIIT style. It would be a great fit for someone who wants an active lifestyle, structure in their workouts, and a welcoming community.
I met Bill who showed me around and made sure I knew the structure of the workouts before class started so I felt comfortable and then Seal was my coach. Her energy was amazing! I am excited to come back for more :)

I came across Tribe while looking for a personal trainer to get me off the couch post-kids. After completing 12 sessions of their foundations program, I had the skills and confidence I needed to continue the incredible work I did with Bill and his team (shout out to Ashley, Jordan, and Tyler!) back in my home gym, a place I actually enjoy being now. Whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned athlete, Tribe is the place for genuine care, commitment, and community when it comes to achieving your fitness goals, and I can't recommend them enough if you're looking for an accessible gym with thoughtful, knowledgeable trainers.

I recently joined Tribe Fitness Mainline and I couldn't be happier with my decision! As someone who had never exercised before, I was quite nervous about starting my fitness journey, however, the coaching staff is beyond incredible. Jordan, El, and Tyler are the bestest coaches β no exaggeration. They each bring their own style and energy, but all of them share the same commitment to helping you feel strong, confident, and capable. They never make you feel judged or out of place. Instead, they meet you where you are and help you grow from there. I highly recommend Tribe Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

The best! Every day is a different workout and throughout the course of a week you will exercise every muscle in your body! One day will be push workout the next day will pull the following, the next will be a cardio day and then an upper workout and next day a lower workout. The instructors are the best and so encouraging. They run challenges to motivate you to lose weight if you want to participate and improve eating habits if you need that. Every workout can be modified to accommodate your skill level. Come and join the Tribe Family!!

Tribe is a great gym. The culture and energy is fantastic as are the people. They make the most out of a small gym with very focused programs that are considerate of your time. Using a daily mix of cardio, met cons, and high strength routines, within 25 minutes youβll get the best workout youβve had in a long time. Weβve made friends here.

I've been going to Tribe for about 5 years. I like not having to think about the workouts. The coaches all have some sort of exercise science / physio / trainer background, so each week is well balanced. For example, the 5 weekday focuses will be Upper Body / Lower Body / Cardio / Upper / Lower. Or another week might be Push & Cardio / Pull & Cardio / Full Body / Pull / Push. You show up, do the work for your 35 min time block (warm up, explain, 24-25 mins of hard work, a few mins of cool down & stretch), and you're outta there! Sat is cardio, which I rarely do.
The clientele is mostly middle aged adults: a great group of people who support each other. Not the gym for you if you're trying to find a hot date. We're pretty fit & maybe hot, but mostly partnered.

Just show up every day for about 30 minutes and good things will happen, I promise. Also, the approach is great for professionals and parents who don't necessarily want to not be able to walk the day after a workout; the approach is always flexible and attentive to individual needs, strengths, etc.

I have been going to Tribe for almost 6 years. The trainers get to know you and how to support you towards your goals. It's a 25 minute workout that will push you to your limit, but what I love about it is that you determine that limit. You work alongside a wide range of ages and fitness levels...everyone is out of breath and everyone is cheering each other on. It's easy to create habit with that sense of community.

My wife and I have been members for about 10 years now and Tribe is as big a part of our daily routine as our morning Joe. The workouts are efficient (< 30 min.), but intense (but only as intense as you want them to be and completely modifiable based on your goals). The coaches are great and get to know you. Results-wise I've lost inches off my waist, yet made strength and cardiovascular gains without sacrificing my big appetite!

I've been going to Tribe for almost a year and a half, and go about 4 mornings a week. I never liked group gym workouts until now! The trainers are motivating and helpful with form and the other tribe members feel like friends. The workouts, although short to fit into busy schedules, are intense, challenging and change daily. For me, it is a great way to start off my day and the tribe classes have made me my strongest ever!

I worked out Tribe Fitness earlier today and couldnβt have been more impressed by the welcoming environment, the knowledge of the coach and the time the owner took to get to know me. The workout was intense, but very scalable based on your fitness level. I could leave my house, get a great workout in, and be back home within an hour which is very appealing. I will be back!!

I have been going to the Tribe for about 10 years, and I could not be happier. I consider the Tribe more than just a gym. It's like you have your own personal trainers each and every day. Trainers that get to know you individually (strengths and weaknesses) and cater to your needs. They have become like family to me. Like a way of life. I love coming to Tribe. The trainers are always helpful but not in your face. They give guidance and encouragement when itβs needed. The workouts are intense, cover all different types of exercise. You can work on your own or join in with the βtribeβ itβs always fun and often grueling!

I LOVE Tribe! 25 minute workouts that kick your butt and helps you get into awesome shape! The staff is super friendly and motivating, always correcting form and also offering nutrition workshops to help you reach and exceed your goals. There are lots of classes throughout the day so if you miss one you can probably make the next one! The workouts are never boring but they're over and you're done before you even know it! πͺπ

Fantastic gym! Never the same workout two days in a row. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and passionate about what they do. I have been training for 30 years and this is one of the most effective fitness programs i have ever been involved with. Bill has created an environment that you want to be part of every day. Often i will train 5 or 6 days per week and i am disappointed on days i cannot make it. I highly recommend TRIBE MAINLINE.

To preface my review, I am a certified personal trainer and an exercise physiologist.
I had the pleasure to be a fitness coach at this facility for roughly 9 months, I am no longer employed at Tribe. I am not receiving any benefit from writing this review.
This facility is by far the best group I have ever been part of, as a coach and as someone doing the work outs every day. Bill Abbot and his team have created an incredible fitness facility that is welcoming and stands out from every other facility that I have worked at or worked out in. The staff discuss and plan each work out months in advance so they can maximize gains and minimize injury. The staff takes the time to get to know everyone who walks through the door, so a friendly and inviting atmosphere is created.
You can never get bored with your workouts at this place, there is something new every day. You will also see incredible results with the workouts, which are only a half hour long! Tribe completely destroys the idea that you need be in the gym for hours to see any results. I was a serious athlete through high school and college with a focus on health and fitness but after a few months at Tribe I was in the best shape of my life in terms of strength and cardiovascular fitness.
In summary, this is an incredible place to be part of. If you are looking for a place to exercise, learn a lot about health and fitness and meet an amazing group of people, don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Take the time to stop in and see for yourself, you will not regret it.
