Since starting, I am stronger, happier, and healthier. The investment in your health is well worth it. Chris is such a phenomenal person!! I had an orientation/intro session with Tyler today and it was AMAZING 👏🏼👏🏼
The facility is easy to access, clean and orderly, and features impressive equipment. They also have two super cute dogs (BONUS!) and everyone’s friendly and welcoming.
Tyler was sweet, understanding, motivating, and helpful. He explains the WHY behind things, and meets you at your level while pushing you to be better. I was nervous at first because I’m a totally newbie to fitness, but Tyler’s charisma and vibes made me feel relaxed instantly, and it felt more like working out with a friend (one who knows what they’re doing!!)
Will be buying sessions with Tyler and highly suggest yall do the same!

My experience:
I went in to my consultation with very specific goals. We had a very frank discussion on an ideal plan to get me there, she used that visit to gauge my current fitness level and began putting my specific plan in place our next visit.
She follows up on me proactively, gives me homework when needed, and will even be videographer when I am feeling good about myself.
The workouts themselves, brutally aligned to me and my goals. Fit perfectly in my one hour window, and works in proper recovery windows between sets, but no sooner do I recover and it’s right back to it. A+ overall experience. Always on time. Digital reminders. Fair price. Fair cancellation/rescheduling policy.

This was my first time going to Triple P and I worked with Chris. He was very accommodating to my last minute add on session. He was motivating but didn’t push me too hard or make me feel intimidated. If a certain workout was too difficult he was able to modify it to accommodate my strength needs at the time. I also enjoyed that he would explain why it is important to do certain things in between each workout as well. I highly recommend going to Chris.

I told Tyler at Triple P Fitness I don’t do legs.
He smiled.
I should’ve known I was about to be humbled.
Within 24 hours, I was walking like a penguin who lost a bar fight. I needed the handicap stall just to survive the act of sitting down. My lower back was sending hate mail. My quads filed for divorce.
And somehow… I can’t wait to go back.
Tyler doesn’t just train you, he pushes you. Even for the consultation and workout evaluation he was giving great critique while making sure I was doing correct form. While the moves were easy the workout was brutal (in a good way) and his nutrition advice isn’t some cookie-cutter “chicken and broccoli” nonsense.
If you’re looking for a trainer who will torch your excuses, destroy your ego, and rebuild you stronger than ever, Tyler’s your guy. Just don’t mention leg day. Or do… if you’re into that sort of pain.

This gym is inclusive for all ages, fitness backgrounds, and body types. No judgement, and it's best to start into powerlifting with proper guidance. Let the professionals help you. Tyler is absolutely amazing. From someone who lost 90lbs on her own in less than a year, I was skeptical at first about getting a trainer. I gotta say I’m so glad I decided to take the plunge. Not only does he keep the workouts different from each session, he pays attention to what works for YOU. Tyler even remembers the littlest of details and makes changes for the next session! Working out is nothing new to me, but if you suffer from old injuries he is your man! I’ve torn both my meniscus, fractured my pelvis twice, and tore a rotator cuff. So sometimes lifting can cause issues with our current plan, but he still challenges me beyond belief. He’s pushes me beyond what I think I’m capable of and proves me wrong each time! He goes beyond the session and this means the world to his clients! Everyone at TripleP is very friendly and supportive. But I wouldn’t trade him for anything. Because of him I wouldn’t be where I am today with my toning goals.

There’s something in the water at Triple P. As a former couch potato, they have me hooked on their energy and enthusiasm. What’s unique about this gym, team, and service is something that I didn’t see coming when I signed up for free consultation but kept me coming back: this team is creating community amongst the clients and staff and has an exceptional hospitality approach with the clients. Tyler and the other trainers at Triple P Fitness are top notch.
Tyler stays right on top of our appointments, lest any be missed or forgotten. He is prompt and ready to get going for our sessions. Cheerful, pleasant and conversational. He is very attentive to form and detail of the particular exercises. I joined Triple P because I simply wasn't achieving results with my solo workouts. Tyler pushes me hard, having me perform reps until "failure."
The facility is smallish but adequately contains the professional line of new machines and weights. All the trainers are young and have a penchant for loud music. Their own physical condition is an inspiration for myself. I enjoy being part of this group.

I’ve been working out with Adrian going on four weeks now and I cannot believe how much my strength has increased in such a short amount of time! He pushes me but is also very aware of my capabilities and never takes it too far.
My initial FREE consult was thorough, and followed up with a FREE 30 min workout to help me determine whether Triple P was a good fit for me. Goals were set, and we work together as a team to achieve them!
I’m not a fan of big gyms with lots of people so this is a perfect, intimate fit. Everyone knows each other and that makes the process less intimidating!

Triple P Fitness is the absolute BEST! Before I ever started going here and working with this crew I had little to no motivation to get myself to get into the gym and push myself the way I do now. Every aspect of this place makes me want to return, and even more so, makes me look forward to my weekly sessions. The atmosphere and energy of this place is AMAZING, the crew are the best (and especially Deebo - the resident bulldog mascot!), and they are always updating and expanding equipment to make sure that their clients get the BEST or most beneficial experience out of their personal training sessions. Shout out to my guy Adrian who has been the absolute best to work with since he took over as my trainer a little over a year ago. Not only is Adrian just fun and energetic when working with him, but his knowledge base is outstanding. He takes careful consideration to every bit of your personal limitations and tailors your training to progress in a way that is PERFECT for you. For example, I have two limitations (an old elbow break injury and some issues related to my knees) that Adrian takes into account during each session. But instead of avoiding these problem areas, Adrian collaborated with other trainers and even did his own research, to find exercises and therapeutic stretches to not just generally help those areas but to overall strengthen them so that they don't need to be considered a problem area anymore. He has gone above and beyond what I expected when I joined into doing personal training and I am ecstatic that I did. I am considered an original Triple P client and I will continue being a Triple P client for a VERY VERY long time, because this whole crew makes every bit of it worth it and make every session exciting! Thank you all at Triple P for being another family and always pushing me and my limits!!

I have been training with Adrian for the last year and he always pushes me to accomplish new goals with a plan tailored to me. I’ve loved Triple P from the moment I stepped inside! Everyone makes you feel welcome and part of the family from day one, regardless of your skill level, body type, or experience. I’ve never experienced that in a gym. The entire staff is extremely friendly, kind, and helpful, and obviously knowledgeable about what they do. Lauren is an absolute sweetheart and makes you feel like a winner.

I found Triple P through several friends who were raving about their experiences.
I went and met with Lauren 8 weeks ago when I was definitely at my lowest as far as physical fitness goes. She handled me with care but also pushed me to places mentally and physically I never would have gone to on my own. She’s also become a genuine friend who has a light and energy about her that just makes you feel great to be in. When Lauren is away (which is seldom), I am with the other trainers and they are all super knowledgeable, motivated, experienced, and honestly just fun. They care so much and they’re so good at what they do.
I’ve gotten to know fellow clients and I really enjoy conversing with them and the light-hearted environment we are working out in together. It’s FUN. Don’t for a second be intimidated to go. There are people of all ages and fitness levels there just trying to better themselves!
I look so forward to walking in there each session week after week. I’m stronger, I’m more confident, I’m happier. This is the best investment you can make for yourself.

I am currently trained by Tyler about once a week, and it’s absolutely the highlight of my week. Tyler makes the workouts fun, yet challenging. He continues to push me outside my comfort zone which has provided me with results that I have NEVER seen before. He’s extremely knowledgeable and teaches me something new every session.
Every time I leave Triple P, I feel empowered and confident about what I’m doing and it’s helped me gain confidence when lifting on my own as well. Noah (owner) warmly welcomed me with an intro meeting to outline my fitness goals & paired me with Chris based on our consultation. Noah has created a family atmosphere with his trainers & clients.
Chris is always prepared with a workout to keep me engaged for our 60 min sessions. He is so knowledgeable & continues to motivate & challenge me to achieve my fitness goals inside & outside of the gym. Chris is also patient & is always willing to take my questions even when outside of our training time. From the moment I first arrived at this facility, I knew it would be top notch. As soon as I arrived, the owner immediately came over, already knew who I was, and introduced himself and welcomed me into the facility. Right behind him, was the trainer I was meeting with and ended up working with (Adrian). The facility is private, very clean and offers a wide variety of workout machines and free weights. I like that there’s only a few clients in the facility at a time. The sessions are personal and tailored to you. Adrian is a wonderful trainer. He designed a workout plan tailored to me and thoroughly explains each exercise, how to properly complete the exercise, and it’s impact on the muscles used to complete the exercise. He also explains how doing the exercise incorrectly affects the body. He is very encouraging and pushes you to do your best. I highly recommend this facility and their trainers to anybody looking to work with a personal trainer.
