Paul is an excellent fitness coach. He's very knowledgeable, able to identify areas needing improvement and target them with a custom program. I've taken private and semi-private classes and he's able to focus on all students and keep them on track through an engaging and fun format. Would highly recommend and suggest giving Paul a try.

I got his name from a young girl who said that she loves what and how he teaches and told me that she has great results under his supervision.
I am into my 60s, but I feel so comfortable with Paul!
He has nice joyful disposition and I feel I can talk about anything with him
From our first session he asked me all kinds of right questions, was interested in my motives and health conditions..
He keeps an eye on my moves every second of a session. He explains every move to me.
I already feel so much better about myself!
He was able to motivate me to practice at home!!

I have been working with Pasha for about 6 months now and have been extremely impressed. He was able to quickly identify my weak muscle groups, and has designed an exercise program to work on those areas, in addition to many others. The program Pasha designs varies every time so that it is fresh and not repetitive, yet allows me to continue to work on the areas we identified. If a new issue arises, Pasha is able to adjust the program on the spot to address the issue. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience!!!

In all of my years of working out, I have never met a personal trainer that pays attention to detail like Pasha does. Whether we are working on my shoulders, legs, back, or a combination of everything, he has taught me that technique far surpasses lifting heavy weight. He shows you how to master multiple techniques in one movement so that when you do lift weights, you will strengthen your muscles/core without injuring yourself. Iโve been working with Pasha for a month now and I am absolutely amazed and what I have learned. I am almost certain had I known about these different methods of working the different body parts, I could have avoided 2 injuries and surgeries. Thank you for putting me on a path to getting my flexibility and agility back, as well as strengthening my core. I am so looking forward to being able to using my shoulders again in the gym. I have already seen a big difference and cannot wait to see my bodyโs transformation come next year. Forget 5 stars, you deserve 10 stars! Highly recommend Pasha!
