We were here for the open gym. My kids had fun at first, but got bored quickly. I don't like the fact that the seating is all upstairs. You can hang around downstairs and watch your kids, but there isn't really anywhere to sit. I am disabled and unable to stand for long periods, so lack of seating on the main floor was definitely a negative for me. There are no vending machines, so be sure to bring drinks. Restrooms were clean. Parking was easy. Friendly staff.

The Ninja Nook completely entertained my girl at a birthday party. She loves climbing and obstacle courses. We would be here regularly if we lived in the area.

It's small they make you make a wavor and they say when you can skate when they play games when you pay 10 like it's a big one and it's 10 dollars for even a 4 year old

Sharing this here in case it helps others decide whether to book here or not. I originally shared this with Ninja Nook via email and never received a response.
"We've been to parties here before and had a great time, so we were very disappointed when our party was handled so poorly.

When I initially booked the party, I was told I could arrive 15 minutes early to bring in supplies/set up the room. I arrived at 12:50pm and the party before us was in still in full swing. The staff had not even begun to clean up the room. The front lobby was a mess of kids and parents trying to pack up or just hanging around and chatting. After looking for staff, I found three sitting behind the front desk on their cell phones. When they finally acknowledged me, I asked if there was an additional party room I could set up (thinking maybe there was more than one). By this point there are now guests for my daughters party arriving as well and we're all just standing in the lobby awkwardly.

The staff said the other party was still in the party room. I explained that I had booked for 1-3 and wanted to be able to get in and set up. The staff said they don't even start cleaning the party room until 1pm so we wouldn't be able to get in until after that. She told me to tell the guests to get socks for their kids and leave their belongings in the lobby. The same lobby that countless other families were currently occupying. The staff wasn't done cleaning the party room until 1:15.

During the party, several parents came to me and complained about the lack of engagement by the staff. Aside from the one staff that was actively helping with the rock wall, the others couldn't be bothered/were on their cell phones. I didn't expect them to babysit the kids, but at other parties at your facility the staff showed the kids how to use the equipment or came up with games.

You made $450 for 2 hours. Plus you had 2 other parties that day as well. For that kind of money, I expected much better quality and to at least have access to the facilities I was paying for during the times I was paying for them.

I was embarrassed and frustrated with your service. "

Me & my girlfriend love taking the children here as much as we can between our work hours. I love the smiles and the experience the children get from this Sport Activity.

My kids (9 and 11) love it here. They've attended special day camps and birthday parties. We also had my son's party here last year and it was a hit. As another reviewer mentioned, there is no/little time between parties which can make things hectic. If they added a 30 min buffer that would go a long way to easing the stress of set-up and take down. Staff are mostly young people but very helpful in my experience. True rating would be 4.5 stars.

People are great. It could use a drink machine or something for a drink option.

Absolutely would not recommend. We recently had our daughter's birthday party here. Our time slot was supposed to be 1-3 pm, and we were called earlier in the week and were told we could arrive at 12:45 to set up for the party. We arrived at 12:40, however, there is only one party room which was still in use. They did not leave until after 1 at which point our guests arriving had to wait on the ramp just inside the entrance while staff cleaned up and brought our things in for our party. This was not a cheap space to rent by any means. I expected more. The staff on that day were all teenagers. There was no adult supervision whatsoever. It was very unorganized and not managed well at all.

Sent my child for an over priced day camp meant for younger kids (ages 5+). "Instructors" were a few teenagers. We were called just a few hours later and informed our child had an open head wound. Staff let him play hide and seek under a moving platform where another child caused it to move and slam him in the head. We had to pick him up early. Skin was torn and bleeding. No refund. My son was crying and had a headache all afternoon and we had to make sure he didn't have a concussion. He still has a scar and lump.

My advice would be it's OK if you have older kids, but I would not leave your younger ones there as part of a camp with inexperienced staff.

My grandson is enrolled in the Ninja classes at the Ninja Nook in Mayfield. The gym is a state of the art facility. The instructors are outstanding making sure that all of the safety equipment worn by child is properly and securely put on. The gym is spotless and the music played is age appropriate. There is a large beautiful viewing area for parents and guardians to watch the child. The child exercises his entire body developing strength while having fun. My grandson can’t wait to go class. I highly recommend this beautiful facility.
