I’ve been coming here for a year, but just recently started personal training, and in such a short time Tim and Christian have already made a huge difference for me. Tim is always welcoming, supportive, and truly cares about creating a positive environment, and Christian has been incredibly patient, encouraging, and dedicated to helping me get stronger. I have been going here the past 3 years and love it. i love that it’s open 24/7 and have top of the line equipment. Very clean. love that the cardio equipment is not right next to the weights. it’s also very big inside. i go to plant fitness to an urge so much less crowded then plan fitness. There’s always a crowd of people at planet fitness. Irge is not like that It’s not always crowded. Plenty of weights And plenty of cardio equipment

The cancellation process was the absolute worst. They make it unbelievably difficult on purpose. Instead of simply honoring the request, they dragged it out, gave conflicting information, and tried every tactic possible to keep charging me. I had to follow up multiple times just to get confirmation that my membership was finally cancelled.

UPDATE**. I finally received a response from upper management at Urge, after way too many weeks trying to get them to respond.
They have not honored the original date that I understood to be my cancellation date, but they agreed to the date 60 days later. I had to spend a lot more money than I wanted to, but at least I'm finally not being charge $50 a week for training that I can't afford.
I really like my trainer Ashley and the gym is nice. It's just the management that needs to up their game, big time.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. Their management is horrendous. I can't get out of a personal training membership I unknowingly signed up for, continue to be charged even after canceling, and have received no actual customer service to rectify the situation. I feel totally scammed. I like the gym itself, and the trainer I worked with was wonderful. I have been trying to cancel my PT membership since June 4th, written many emails, and only last week finally was told that writing a certified letter is the right way to cancel. Really? I spoke to TWO managers in person asking to cancel and no one told me I had to do anything. They said they would take care of it, and then said it was out of their hands. Upper management has to look into it. You can't get anyone from corporate on the phone or to write a non-automated response to your complaints. I don't even feel like working out now. Totally blew my motivation. All I want is for them to acknowledge their mistake and refund me the money I have over paid!

My dad takes me there. I didn't think I would like it but I do. The trainers are really nice. I really like my dad's coach who let's me join his work out. He always makes me feel proud when i make improvement. I feel stronger and I love it.

Under no circumstances join this gym. You would have an easier time breaking a deal with the devil than ending your contract here. There are hidden fees, bad customer service, and they have a “no callback policy” so if you want to talk to someone, you have to keep calling until someone is available. They won’t take a message.

After canceling a PT add on and paying any remaining balance IN FULL I am once again being charged. The club itself points you to an outside vendor who then says it is a membership issue. I asked the club for proof of the cancelation amd they refuse to give it to me even though they openly state it shows as canceled in their system. All I want to do is cancel my full membership before it renews in 3 months and the are actually refusing to take any action until I miraculously get their billing error fixed without any assistance from them. The manager Lee physically runs to his back office and refuses to come out when Im there and when I asked if he could call me I was told it's against policy to call a customer if they request help. I now have emails out to their corporate and will be filing disputes with the bank. It's absolutely insane and is completely unethical. I've canceled everything by their rules and they are still scamming me out of money.

I have been a member for four years and Urge Fairless Hills has changed my life. The gym is welcoming, attractive, beautifully maintained and clean. The equipment is modern, and exactly what you expect in an upscale gym. The classes offer something for everyone. But the best part is the staff. Management is always there, the coaches are friendly and and well trained. My body building coach is Janelle and she has been at the top of her field for decades. But Karen is my Yoga coach and is an expert.

Can't say enough about how great my experiences with Coach Janelle have been over the past few weeks.

As an "aging" athlete that exercises consistently, fatigue and lack of flexibility have started to impact my lifting, running and other activities.

I completed personal training with Coach Lucas. Without him I would have no achieved my goals for the physical fitness assessment to apply for a federal position. I had been in the gym for four years prior and achieved many personal goals, but took it to the next level by being trained by Lucas.

Had been a longtime temperature problem (waaaay too cold) until recently. Shortly after arrival of new GM (Lee), thermostats were properly and strategically relocated throughout the workout areas providing a much more comfortable environment. In addition to correcting temperature issue, equipment repairs seem to be completed in a more reasonable time frame. Kudos to Lee for his attention to detail and overall member comfort.

Can’t stress this enough, do not join. They allow people to wear very inappropriate political clothing that advertise hurtful, ignorant, offensive and racist language. It took 1 1/2 months for the locks in the women’s bathroom to be fixed. Only one stall had a lock. I had someone open the door on me while using the restroom MULTIPLE times. The restrooms are usually a mess and aren’t cleaned majority of the time. I could keep going but that would be a waste of my time.

Update: they continue to harass me. Not a care in the world my mom died. They still wanted me her only caregiver on home hospice to leave her with out supervision or medication to be alone in pain and not fully co sinus just groaning, choking and slowly suffocating so I could find a library, type a man letter, find a post office and mail it CERTIFOED! BECAUSE APARENTLY THEY ARE ABOVE A PARENT DYING. I CONTACTED THEM NO LESS THEN 6X THEY GIVE NO SHITS. Horrible human beings just horrible I have no words to describe my pure disgust with their disregard for life, death and comfort. I was 12 hours a way no I couldn't walk something in either had to mail ot CERTIFIED multiple emails and phone calls wasnt good enough. Here's her certificate of cremation too. They can burn. Despicable horrible people who dont care about a dying mothers suffering. I again was 12 hours away out of state keeping her comfortable in her final days. They didn't give a damn.

Don't do it unless you are real confident no emergencies will ever come up causing you to need to pause you membership. Here is a letter I just sent them....

To whom it may concern,
I called the gym at the beginning of December and asked to speak with *manager*. The person who answered said he was “also a manager” and that there was nothing “*manager* could do that he couldnt”. I explained that I had just rushed down to SC and that my mom was in critical condition, not expected to make it and I was not able to leave her side. I wanted to pause my membership for about a month until I could return back to PA and could then resume it. I was told that I was expected to hand deliver a letter (even though I was over 12 hours away) or mail a certified copy if I wanted to do that. That would mean finding a library, typing and paying to print a letter, finding a post office and paying to mail it certified. The fact that my mothers life hung in the balance and we were literally hour by hour and I was expected to LEAVE HER SIDE so she could potentially die ALONE was and is absolutely disgusting, appalling and unethical. My mom went on hospice days later. I became her primary caregiver at home in SC. She required medication around the clock and she was completely unconscious the only thing she could do was moan in pain and or have her breathing rate change based on distress meaning I was watching her 24/7. I didn't sleep and I was literally peeing gym with the bathroom door open. My mother passed at home on Dec 30th in South Carolina with me by her side. The fact that I was expected to leave my mothers side where she would be left in distress, suffering and would potentially pass away ALONE is disgusting. This is not a gym I care to EVER be associated with again. Clearly there is a lack of empathy since apparently my mothers life is not as important as a gym membership. I want my account to remain frozen OR be canceled entirely based on the lack of concern and the fact that clearly no one is a decent human being there what would have been a 1 month freeze will now lead into me never returning. I don't support companies or people with a mentality that a membership and mailing something certified is above someone's life, comfort. safety and wellbeing. I am completely discussed by this company. I additionally even emailed *manager* and requested a phone call which I never received. This letter will be sent via email and additionally I will walk in and personally hand it to someone once I am back in PA and will subsequently go find a new gym. Kindly cancel my membership or keep it frozen until the 1year is up as I will not return based on how I was treated.

If you want your credit card to be robbed sign up for this gym, it is such a scam they make you sign a contract where they control how much money they get out of your account most of the times they will double charge you They charge me $500 And I couldn’t do anything about it, and they still had the audacity to try to charge more It’s a horrible scam please do not fall for it. So I signed my family up. My daughter was a member... But had to pay extra for kids classes. But could do the adult classes included with her membership. Unfair. They would take the kids out of the daycare and let them join the kids exersize classes for free. I was told if I want my daughter to do them and not pay I would have to sign her in to the daycare. I can’t recommend this facility. The locker room wasn’t the best starting with the crumbling shelf between the shower stalls. They advertise there is no crowd but in the contract it says high volume gym. I joined after being told I could cancel within 3 business days. After going once for the “complimentary stretch” by Tim, I decided this place wasn’t for me. I didn’t use the gym, just went for what was offered. I canceled within the 3 days and then was promptly charged for a $30 day pass. Funny thing is, they offer 3 day guest pass for free but felt the need to charge me. Bad practice imo. They consciously made the decision to charge me after I cancelled so I say buyer beware. I contacted corporate and received a canned response. Nothing scummier than deceptive business practices. If you are looking for a gym that isn’t the cleanest and is shady with a terrible layout, this is it. I love the review that said It was like joining Hotel California, you can check out any time you like but you can never leave lol

The gym replied saying this is spam, but if you look at my other reviews, you'll see I'm not a spam account. This gym has a predatory contract, they lied to my face multiple times about canceling or downgrading, double charged multiple times, constantly pressured me to upgrade. If you want to cancel you have to send a cancellation request via certified mail because the manager will always be busy whether you have an appointment or not. Don't go to this gym. Fusion Gym has better and more equipment, is cleaner, and has no contract. Marking negative reviews as spam just shows management at Urge is childish and has something to hide. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. I worked with Tim for several weeks, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. At first it went well but after the first month it wasn’t the same. I went to cancel my PT, which still had several sessions left & he completely ghosted me. Never reached out to schedule my remaining sessions.
Couldn’t even get a refund for the sessions that I NEVER received.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Tim, if you’re looking for a trainer who’s professional, engaged, and genuinely invested in your goals. There are much better options out there.

I'm not sure what notes you could be referring to that apparently state I chose multiple times not to send a letter in to cancel my membership. My cancellation experience looked like this: I went into the gym one evening after 5:00 pm & requested to cancel my month-to-month membership. I was informed I couldn't because it was after 5:00 pm. I said ok, left, then came back a different day before 5:00 pm to cancel. I'm still going to leave this 4 star review because the facility itself & most of the people who work in it are nice. I do not appreciate this comment you left for 2 reasons: 1, it's inaccurate in how it pertains to me, & 2, you are defending a cancellation policy that simply put is very bad & you have lots of reviews that say that. I understand that you do not see a problem with it, but many patrons do, & ultimately, if you want to have a successful business, you need to take all the reviews with repeated opinions into strong consideration. Alright, take care.

Most of the staff I've met here have been very kind. I signed up several months ago on a month-to-month plan. Recently I had to cancel & was stressing about canceling because they have a very strict cancellation policy. Even if you're month-to-month, you have to provide 60 days notice to cancel & you can only do this Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. It's hard to do when you work a lot. I went in to cancel & Tim was just very kind, understanding, & professional, & while he didn't want me to cancel & offered me some great ideas for me to stay, unfortunately I just could not. There were no issues with canceling my membership when I followed their policy to do so & went in there with a polite attitude. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the cancellation policy is extremely difficult for people to adhere to when they work Monday through Friday, like myself. You can mail a letter requesting to cancel but that doesn't seem as effective because what if it gets lost or handed to the wrong person or something like that? Overall a decent, clean, friendly place with a great sauna.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience at this gym! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive, motivating atmosphere. Everyone makes me feel more than comfortable coming here.

Adam is great! He’s professional, extremely approachable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. He truly cares about the members and keeps everything running smoothly.

Justin is the best trainer! He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to help you reach your goals. His energy and dedication make a big difference.

Tim has been so encouraging and has provided motivation for me to do things that I didn’t think I could.

Some reviews about trouble canceling, I truly believe are people who simply don’t read the contract they sign. It’s unfortunate that some people don’t take the time to understand the membership agreement. In my experience, everything was explained clearly and fairly—and if you have a question, all you need to do is ask. They have always been accommodating and explain everything in detail. This gym deserves a ton of credit for getting someone like me regularly motivated to come to the gym! I've been an ongoing member since 2019. I recently upgraded my membership to the family plan after having two children. I've had nothing but a great experience at this gym. It feels like a family. Some important things to note:
-Its a year contract when you sign up, so yeah, it'll be hard to cancel if you try to before the year is up
- If you're looking for a gym JUST for the classes, you'll be disappointed. They offer great classes and opportunities but the times and trainers are always changing. Its great for those who are able to be flexible in their training.
- The trainers are informative and helpful even if you're NOT being trained by them. I've had them help with form and other techniques.
- My kids LOVE the childcare. I have two young babies and they do so well there.

Signed up for Urge about 2 weeks ago and I already see a huge difference! To start off the gym is super clean and there's a ton of machines, classes, and equipment. When I signed up the owner, Tim, and I sat down to discuss my fitness goals. We discussed personal training which I now attend twice weekly. For someone who needs a structured plan and someone to keep me on track, this is the best case scenario. Additionally , there's scheduled check ins to be sure that your program is going well and you're on the right track. Definitely recommend Urge to anyone!

I actually really like the the gym.the manager is the the most ignorant arrogant irritating person I have ever met.they try to upsell a stretch program which no in the facility is certified or qualified to do.my shoulder was in excruciating pain for a month after 1 stretch it may have been dislocated.after not attending and paying for 18 months I still had to pay an additional 2 months.gym is fine I can't put into words how terrible the manager is.STAY AWAY.

Gym is great all around, but when comes to finances it is non existent. when you try to cancel they make it nearly impossible, you have to hand write a letter and send it to them by mail and you are responsible to pay to not use the gym however long it takes to get to them. They can also turn around and say the never received your cancellation. so they just keep charging you even though you PAID for the cancellation fees AFTER your contract is over and you go month to month still have cancellation fees. So if you plan on never switching gyms this is a perfect place for you, just don't plan on canceling and thinking you can just up and quit they will send you to collections for trying to quit and saying they never got any kind of cancellation request. (prior urge member of 2 years quit after a employee signed up someone with my credit card and not check their ID when they signed up or took a picture even though it is required for every member who signs up in order to see if they are actually them when they sign in)

Urge fitness fairless hills is hands down one of the best gyms in the area. The gym is packed with great equipment and the staff is very knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience trying to cancel my membership with Urge Fitness. Despite following the exact steps outlined in the contract, I was denied my right to cancel. When I tried to discuss the contract terms with the manager, he became hostile and aggressively told me to leave. This intimidating behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
It turns out I’m not alone—several other members have also faced similar issues with unfair billing and a complete lack of respect from staff. After reading multiple reviews, it’s clear that this gym has a history of disregarding cancellation policies and treating members poorly. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest others do the same if they’re in a similar situation.
If you’re considering Urge Fitness, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and choose a gym that actually respects its members and upholds its contracts.

There’s some serious pros and cons to this gym. The staff are amazing, many are college educated and go out of their way to teach customers. The sauna is amazing, and has improved my life ten fold. There’s many great classes and an amazing community as well. The 24 hour access and location are also perfect if you are local. The culture is great and respectful to everyone. However, a lot of the equipment is defective and needs to be replaced. There’s only one working bench press and it can take up to 1 hour to get a turn. The payment system is unjust and not consumer friendly. If your payment doesn’t go through they will charge you a ton in late fees. Once you try to cancel your subscription, they will still charge you for three months, so you won’t save. There’s no guest option and a lack of amenities for what you are paying, such as massage beds. The sound track is actually atrocious and out dated and they blast it so loud that you can’t hear the music in your earbuds, this sounds like a small complaint but when you’re trying to listen to your own music and all you can hear is “baby you’re a firework” it gets really annoying. They replaced the good punching bags with terrible ground based ones, the bike room is basically not in use. Most of the treadmills tracks are deteriorated, stiff and inflexible and need some wd-40. I will personally keep my membership because it is local, but if you have to commute, it really, really is not worth the price.

Urge in Fairless Hills has to be one of the most thoroughly cleaned gyms I’ve been to. Seriously, the level of detail on a consistent basis is impressive.

The front desk staff is super friendly. It must be the culture from the top down; staff that worked at this location years ago (some may have been promoted) return occasionally, still remember names, and greet you like a friend. To me that says a lot for any company.

Be sure to READ THE FINE PRINT of the contract you’re signing. Many details get glossed over during the initial consultation. For example, you have to give a two months notice even if you pay extra to be on a “month to month” contract and you will still have to pay for three months minimum along with the annual fee. Bogus business.

Add/Edit-contract received after the it was executed ( you confirmed in your reply) which your representative glossed over cancellation fee part while pushing to sign. Even after asking about
Cancellation policy.
Least you can do is just own up to your
Bogus Business practices.

After moving into the area half a year ago, we went shopping for a new gym and came to check out Urge first. Tim was incredibly welcoming and talked through all of our membership options and plans, and even though we saw a couple gyms after that, we came back the same day to sign up. Always very clean, comfortable atmosphere, love the 24/7 hours, and great equipment. Even if the machine you need is being used, there’s at least two near it that perform the same exercise. Amber at the desk is wonderful, the manager Tim is very open, communicative, and knows everyone by name, and while I have not done the coaching programs, I’ve heard great things about them. I also do biweekly stretch sessions with Tim, and the quality of life with my shoulder has greatly improved. Always a pleasure to come back each week.

To make this clear - there was an issue with my card and I didn’t realize payment weren’t being made for a month or so… about $98 was missing… they charged my new card $235 TWICE!!!! Then, after hell trying to understand why, I payed $622 to get myself out of the contract and they are STILL CHARGING ME $49 TWICE A MONTH!!!!! Refusing to speak to me on the phone and claiming it’s because I missed a month and now they are allowed to over charge me for missing it EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PAID DOUBLE FOR THAT MISSED MONTH!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN!!!!

It was great at first but the some of the employees won’t stop trying to get you to sign up for add on’s … I was tricked into signing up. Tim indicated that I would only get changed per session and I could cancel with two month notice. When I signed up the contract wasn’t in front of me and they send it to you to your email AFTER you sign up. After getting a horrible stomach ache after a session and some more weird interactions I decided to cancel. Of course I hit all of these obstacles. Everything he said was false and of course I can’t cancel it unless I pay in full - $700!!!!! I contacted cooperate and they gave me a copy and paste answer. AND I pay the extra $10 a month to “cancel at any time” but you still need to give two month notice and do it before 5 PM.. They claim less crowds but that’s so wrong.. it’s a small gym and is often crowded. The one in Ewing is run down and the one in Edgewater is the nicest but still not worth giving your money to a company with a culture of trickery. It would be so much better for them if they just said “hey give us money and you can workout… don’t give us money you can’t workout here anymore” not all these hoops to jump through - not the kind of cardio I signed up for. No thanks.

Urge Fitness is a great gym. I am a college student who is really only home for the summers so I didn't want to sign up anywhere and have to worry about still having to pay while I was at school. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and they were very flexible and understanding of my situation and offered me the best membership option. This is merely an observation and an account from my perspective during and after my time at this facility. I do not want or need a response from Shane, Tim or from anyone else associated with this gym.

The real issue here is the Terms and Conditions and previously the attitude, although I do see the responses have changed hence my 2 stars now. Improvement is improvement and that’s important to note. They are generic and constant though so I do fear for the members at urge that the in house antics remain the same.

The issue at Urge comes down to two things. Their sales tactics and their cancellation policy. While their words allude to flexibility and that you’re joining the urge family, where we take care of you, etc etc etc. cool, great, amazing for you. The reality is you didn’t just enter business with the person who’s been coached, and taught to sell in this manner. Therefore you believe you have a friend, and I also believe they believe you’ve built a relationship.

However the legally binding document does NOT treat you in the same regard. It’s cold, rigid and cut throat business - bring this up? They back up the document and you’ll feel the rigid, cold and cut throat business responses. Leaving you to either dispute or constantly going back and forth with their team.

The truth is - it should be MUCH easier than it is, it should be a lot more flexible than it is and it’s extremely possible and the reality is, this is 1000% possible but someone doesn’t want to sit down and put in the work to draft up new terms, fair terms.

I tried to cancel my membership twice at this gym. It didn't work out. I tried to cancel it once last year in May 2023 and it didn't work. I thought they'd cancel it after 60 days. And the deduction continues. Because I am not in the United States during this time. I also asked my family and friends to go to the gym to cancel the membership, but the result is still not successful for you to cancel. This gym is nothing short of gangsterism. In February this year, the gym inexplicably deducted money from my account four times a month, and I bought the program for $20 a month. And they charged me $99 in my bank account almost $100 a month. Please give me your opinion. Until February 20th this year, I came here to cancel the result until now, it has not canceled the success of how 60 days have passed. And they kept taking my money for a month. Love love love it at Urge! My daughter and I both go and we always feel like part of a big family when we’re there. Tim and all of the trainers seem to really care about their members. Can I give them zero stars? Tim the manager is a liar. Told me that I could use the PT as and when I needed it and could stop using it as and when I needed. That wasn't true. I cancelled my membership today and they hit my credit card for $605 ..... unacceptable!!!!! Clearly I disputed the charge. I understood fully that I signed up for the gym membership for a year at $29.99 a month and I was totally fine with that charge but charging me for an additional 12 months on PT .... If you're like me, you are skeptical about everything. Also, don't want to waste your money on gimmicks or scams. I've already been coming to URGE for years now, working out on my own. Saw results and never felt pressured from the staff to sign up for more. Recently I've been dealing with severe knee pain. While signing my son up and moving to a family plan (which saved us more money than paying for individual plans), I got into a conversation with the facility's resident stress therapist. He talked me into a free session. Was I skeptical, yes. Did I want to get out of it, yes. Am I so glad I did it, YES! I immediately signed up and just completed my second session. Knee and hip pain significantly reduced, mobility immediately I creased and I've been sleeping so much better!
If you are struggling to get back into shape while dealing with muscle or joint pain, but you're a skeptic like me... just try it once. Worth every penny. Doctor told me I had to stop hiking, Tim told me he'll have me back on the trails by June. Two sessions in and I'm a believer!

Signed up for Urge Elite Training Program twice at the Fairless Hills location. The first time I cancelled with no worries. I signed up again a few months later. I went into the gym on October 17th 22 to cancel my subscription with email confirmation from the manager, meaning the last date I should have been charged was the 15th of December since that was 60 days after I followed their instructions on how to cancel. I was charged twice more after this date and blocked Urge Fitness from my credit card that was used for the recurring billing for the Elite Program. When I went into the gym to talk with a different manager on the third of January 23, he said a mistake was made and the account was still showing active and he cancelled right away. I also cancelled my general membership to the gym and the manager billed me out the $80 left in my subscription which was through my debit card.

After paying out this amount I went to the bank and blocked Urge through my Debit card and blocked them through my credit card as well and issued chargebacks for the fees on my card (initially my math was off and I did it for three charges when it should have been two). They communicated "no communication received" and the card company put back the charges.

I spoke again with the manager who advised me to reach out to their corporate email. I attached the cancellation email I got from the first manager on 10/17 and explained my situation. I got an automated response and proceeded to wait 2 weeks for a real response that I never received.

I called the gym again and was informed that not only had they gotten my correspondence without reaching out to me, they were saying the charges were valid and that there is "nothing they can do for me."

Considering the fees for small claims court, I must say congratulations! You have successfully swindled me out of my money. The "Man Behind the Emerald Curtain" mentality this company has is outdated and this whole situation has been a nightmare.

EDIT: A reply to my review almost A YEAR later with these leeches attempting to defend the very anti-consumer clauses in their predatory contracts and not even bothering to address the lack of communication throughout this whole interaction.

The lack of transparency is absolutely sickening. As shown in my review, I had no problem paying out my membership. The workers at the gym somehow had no way of knowing what was going on with my account as far as the last day of my memberships and last bill I was supposed to get were supposed to happen, but advising me that the date I came in to cancel should have corresponded to me not getting the most recent bill. The fact that the workers either do not have access to this information or somehow are unable to interpret it is a larger piece of the issue at hand.

Regardless, even if there was a mistake in the dates, there is pettily upholding policy, and there is divorcing customers who have given you hundreds of dollars over small errors. I have worked retail for over a decade and have seen customers get well over a thousand in cash put back in their pocket in order to keep their business. As evidenced by some of the other reviews here, Urge Fitness absolutely does not have the consumer's back. You all replying to my review with negativity 11 months after I made it in the most unhelpful way possible is a sneak preview of the customer service you will see if you join this gym. Just laughable. No I don't think I will be deleting my review.

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!! They are the absolute worse! I signed up with them for personal training sessions in September’23. With the manager Tim I was told that I would pay a month in advance for all my sessions and I would have 39 sessions for 3 months. I told Tim specifically that I wouldn’t be able to start until October would that be okay he said yes, all your sessions would just roll over.
I’m currently at the gym leaving ! I’m being told my sessions expired due to the fact I did not use them within 30 days! Matthew wouldn’t give me a number for corporate when asked. He then gave me an email that he just used to email me and said it was how I would reach corporate! I’ve had many other trainers and this is by far the worse experience! I use the one in Fairless hills and the equipment is always operational and or being cleaned. I see someone mop everyday and I see staff wipe down all the children's toys and play equipment. I be been going to many gyms and this is by far my top two. the other had a bar swimming pool and was in Florida. that can't happen here but it really is a great gym. the staff are always polite and professional and my daughter loves coming to the play area they remember her name and often favorite toy. 2023 Update: I've been a member of Urge since they opened the Fairless Hills location. My opinion has not changed at all. Over the years the equipment has been updated, new machines have been added, the original barbells have been updated, and general manager, Tim, has always been willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions.

My only "gripe" is when it comes to the contracts for personal training. I label it as a "gripe", because it is the standard contract across all gyms. Make note of the cancellation date and how to do it and you are fine. I would like to see a break from the standard on the corporate side to grant a little more wiggle room with cancelling, but like mentioned above, it is the standard among most gyms. That's being said, most of the Trainers will keep you in the loop when that renewal time is coming up. Just make a note of it, and you are fine.

No change in rating, no change in my overall view/thoughts of the gym. Best in town.

No better club for the price. Equipment is clean and offers a ton of variety. The rare times anything has broken it's been fixed faster than anywhere else Ive belonged.
Training with Tim now and hes helped me put on 8 lbs of muscle in just a few months. Couldnt be happier.

The club is very clean, the staff is really friendly and helpful, and the equipment is up to date. They just got new equipment in 2023 that is very nice and is good quality. I often see multiple different cleaners in there at different times of the day keeping the equipment clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend people try out this gym.

Love this gym! It’s smaller and cleaner while still providing any and all equipment needed for a good workout. I absolutely love that they offer classes as well for those moments I want a workout but need more of a push and structure!

Urge fitness is awesome!!! It’s the cleanest gym I ever been in, and I’ve been working out in various gyms for 30 years. The equipment is top notch , maintained and is never broken. The owner is constantly bringing in new equipment. It’s not usually crowded and when it is the crowd moves quickly. Never groups hogging up the equipment.

The workers here are friendly and very interactive! I’ve been working alongside Jesse (trainer), he’s been vested in helping me work towards my personal fitness goals. Since I’ve started working out here I’ve noticed the gym isn’t ever crowded. 10/10 recommend

Was thinking about actually signing up for the group classes, but seeing the owner responding to the lower reviews in such a childish toxic manner is ridiculous. I can only imagine how he/she acts in person and don't want to find out. Idc if a handful of people give you a low score you need to act like the bigger person and treat your responses more professionally.
