Wallace Fitness Center is the gym you have been searching for. They have a dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. This is the cleanest gym around which means a lot to me personally. Wallace has all of the equipment and nutritional supplements you need to make the gains you have always wanted. To top it off they have a satellite location of The Rehab Centre Chiropractic ran by Dr. Anthony Petrarca right there on site. Everything you need for your wellness is at Wallace Fitness Center!

Amazing local gym that has everything you would need to meet your fitness goals. Not only is it a 24/7 gym they sell supplements, are partnered with a meal prep company, and have 1 on 1 personal training. If you live in the surrounding area it’s the gym you need to be going to!

I’ve been going to Wallace for almost 5 years. At the age of 51, I’m stronger than I have ever been. I love each of the trainers that I work with, they are like nephews to me. They keep it fresh, push me when I need pushed, back off when my joints have been hurting. I always have fun, and have never been injured.
Alex runs a great business. The place is clean, the staff are respectful, and there is a huge variety of equipment. I also utilize the RKlean meals, they help keep me on my low carb diet with freshly made meals.
I’ll keep going to Wallace Gym until I can’t anymore.

This is a great place to go when you want to work out. Alex and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It has top-notch personal training but if you want to work out by yourself the gym has ample space , machines and equipment to do that also. I’ve been going for a couple years now and will continue!

I have been working out here since February with Tracie. She is an excellent trainer. She's very knowledgeable and pushes you to reach your goals. Great place for personal training. Workouts are customized for your needs and goals. I have been working out with Wallace Training systems for the past year. The personal trainers are knowledgeable and professional. My primary trainer is Tracie Arcuri. The sessions are focused on improving strength, cardio and nutrition. They are extremely motivating. Highly recommend.

This is an amazing place to train and learn how to train with weights. Alex Wallace (the owner of the place) is a super nice guy and is a liscensed physical trainer, so everything that you learn is professional. And when it com!!es to classes and training days, it's not extremely expensive. It might cost a pretty penny, but it's TOTALLY worth it!! Love that place!

I've been participating in a group weight training class for a little over two months. I can't say enough about how this is helping my mental health. I've always struggled with anxiety from OCD and I would do the usual eye-rolling when people mentioned exercise as an intervention....well now I'm one of those people! Is it always fun to get up at 5am to go to the gym before work...NOPE, but I do it, because the way it makes me feel during the day and the changes it's made in my energy levels...I can't say enough.

I also love the trainers at Wallace. They're knowledgeable and respectful of any goals you have. I told Alex on our first meeting that I'm NOT focusing on weight loss, I just want to be stronger. Welp, I'm stronger AND happier. I'm very grateful for Wallace Training Systems...even if I yawn through most of class!

Inviting and comfortable workout surroundings. Not at all like your typical, sweaty gym. Alex is an intelligent, friendly and personable trainer. He sincerely cares about your progress and knows just how much to “push” you. I’ve only had Anthony for one session, but he also seems very knowledgeable and motivational. No matter what shape your body may be in, no one here will put you down but, instead, work with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. If you’re “on the fence” about working with a personal trainer, definitely come and give Alex and Company a try!

Alex, Anthony, and Zach are great! I was very weak when I started there eight weeks ago, and I had never done any strength training. They have all been very patient with this old lady and constantly remind me how far I’ve come in such a short period of time. I have lost about 7 pounds. My clothes are already fitting better so obviously I am toning up and losing inches as well! I’ve noticed that yard work and other chores seem easier to me now, and the only difference is that I have been training with Wallace training systems. I’m very encouraged with my progress!

I have been going to Alex & Anthony since October. I came in with upper back and shoulder pain. After a year of pain I asked my chiropractor what else to try, he suggested strength training. Seriously the best! The coaches are so helpful whether you’re a new comer or more advanced. It’s a very friendly, encouraging environment which made the intense workouts really fun. They’ll push you to new limits you didn’t even know you were capable of and you’ll be so much stronger because of it, and within such a short amount of time too. Highly recommend!!

WTS is more than your run-of-the-mill gym. Customized fitness goals are put in place then adjusted as you reach them. Progress is well-documented and discussed frequently. Alex and Anthony put a lot of emphasis on proper form and how to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. They publish a bunch of great, free content on their YouTube channel as well. Joining Wallace for his guidance and training has been one of the best decisions of my life, i have been training a long time through various gyms and coaches, but i discovered that i was learning from the wrong people, wallace training systems had taught me more than just about lifting but how to manage a healthy life style, i joined at 230 lbs and could not lose anything no matter how i diet, but he gave me many tips and structured work outs and now i am happy to say that i am significantly in better shape, much stronger and much leaner, they are willing to teach you the correct methods to achieve any of your personal goals wether it be a stronger part of your body or to address certaint parts of your body like if you want a nice stomach, strong core, so on so forth, i give wallace training systems a 5 star review, and im addicted to going, it has been one of the best decisions i have made for myself, i have made many friends, and learned so much, i have the best coach, and the best environment for gains! Its gains oclock some where so i recommend giving it a shot, the only thing you have to lose, is fat, so in that sense you have nothing to lose

Wallace Training Systems is a great place to work out and reach your fitness goals – highly recommended. I started working with Alex for personal training sessions just to get back on track after an extended period of not keeping up with exercise. I was supposed to use the sessions as a head start and then move on to working out on my own. That was about a year and a half ago. I keep going because I keep seeing improvements. Alex knows his stuff – he helped me sort out muscle imbalances, improve my technique, modify exercises when needed, lose weight, and get stronger. He’s knowledgeable, driven, and always optimistic and energetic; he loves what he does and it shows. He encourages me and pushes me, but never dismisses a concern or question I have. I’ve had knee issues, back issues, pulled muscles, and chronic neck and shoulder issues. He knows how to work around it – I modify and rest as need and keep going. I keep getting stronger. My energy is up, stress level is down, my range of motion and flexibility have improved, and I have muscles I never had before. I love it. I started going to the Bootcamp classes and they’re great too. The classes are programmed so you know you’re getting a balanced workout; the weight is tracked, so you know you’re always moving forward; and you’re in a group so there’s accountability, social interaction, and you can tap into your competitive side if you want. I’ve got more goals to reach, so I’ll keep going.
