The Coaching Team is amazing for every level of fitness, from novice to advanced. The small group training classes offer a great way to get the full scope of training. The Coaches keep a watchful eye to ensure correct form to maximize the workout and minimize potential bad habits leading to injury. 💯 recommend!!!

I dropped into X Training today to try out a conditioning class and it was one of the best workouts I’ve done in a long time. Killian was the coach and she definitely brought the energy! The gym was very clean and incredibly well organized. The programming was terrific as well. The movements are challenging, bus scaleable to all fitness levels. If you’re looking for a gym, CrossFit box, or a high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in the Bryn Mawr/Main Line area, you have to check out X Training.

I’ve trained with John and Killian for years and they both are as good as it gets. They continue to educate and evolve both their exercises and programs. They also have a great care for each individual. They know each of us to understand how to coach each person. With myself, they know exactly when and how to push me to be better, stronger and more focused. They’ve now added great talent to their roster to coach us throughout the week as part of their team. If you’re looking for a community that focuses on growing your strength, conditioning, and your mind, which means the program never gets easier because you’ll keep changing and evolving with it, then get to X-Training ASAP. The best trainers and programming I have ever experienced. After moving to Philadelphia years ago, I had tried several gyms, programs, small group classes, etc. in the city and on the Main Line. Nothing compares to this gym and the amazing personal trainers. The programming and structure is in a league of its own and the community they have built is beyond impressive. If you haven’t given X Training a try, you will not be disappointed!

I started at X Training last year and quickly realized what I was missing in my workouts. John and Killian offer such a unique setting where you can feel the camaraderie and intensity of a group class while still getting that personal focus from your trainers who know your strengths and weaknesses, and continue to push you to your limits.
