Michelle Linden is a certified personal trainer and boxing coach with 20+ years of experience.
Her private ‘studio’ gym in Penn Township serves clients from Harrison City, Trafford, Greensburg, Murrysville, Irwin, North Huntingdon, Jeanette and beyond.
She offers programs for all fitness levels including beginners, athletes, teens, moms, seniors, and anyone wanting to improve their health and fitness.

Working with Michelle for the past few months has been nothing but amazing. She is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. I have been with her since the beginning of summer and I have seen nothing but results. Weight-loss, increased flexibility, and a sense of confidence is just some of what I have gained from Michelle. She tailors each session specifically to the client. She also has helped me completely change my diet and I am now down 30+ pounds. I would recommend her to anyone.

Michelle is amazing. Being a woman of a "certain" age (iykyk!) I was skeptical at first that she could help me get back in shape. I've been training with her for only 3 months, but she has already done miracles helping me with core strength, balance and my confidence. She is extremely patient with my physical limitations (joint replacements) and is great at finding safe ways for me to stretch, increase strength and regain muscle. She also makes my workouts fun while still challenging me to continue getting better and stronger. Can't recommend her enough! She's the best!

I’ve been training with Michelle for over two years. Before finding Michelle, I struggled to maintain a routine to prioritize and achieve my health and fitness goals. Together, we developed flexible dietary and sustainable fitness plans that have greatly improved my physical and mental health. Wow!! I am totally and completely blessed to have found Michelle Linden over a year ago through a workout group. I started going with my daughter and I had alot of work ahead of me. I let myself go and I was depressed and full of anxiety...since working out and the continuation of Michelle desire to have me succeed, I've lost a good amount of weight as well as toned up in places I thought at my age and the fact that I had 7 kids wasn't possible. Michelle is dedicated. She's an incredible person in the class and as a personal level. Since doing her class, I also have picked up additional classes that take place at her home gym. You get the most amazing workout and you feel good..overall my mental health has greatly improved, I feel good about myself and how far I have come because of Michelle..also don't be discouraged and think you can't afford it or you don't have time. I have kids and a job and make time to do the classes with Michelle. Trust me you want to do this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do this with her..I'm proof the program works and I feel and look great. I have been training with Michelle for about 2 years. I attend her Cardio Kick class through my municipality along with her small group class in her home gym. Michelle is motivating and patient, whether you are new to exercise or are more experienced. She explains proper form and can provide modifications when needed. She has lots of knowledge about weight loss and proper nutrition. I have lost 10 lbs so far! I am definitely stronger and in much better shape since working with Michelle.

I started training with Michelle at the beginning of 2019. I was recovering from radiation treatment and had no strength whatsoever. I didn’t think I could workout again until I met Michelle.
I had to start with a 1-2 pound weight, that’s how weak I was. Through hard work and support from Michelle, I feel better than ever! Michelle has been so patient with me throughout the years and I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without her knowledge and experience.

I have been training with Michelle for several years and love it! I started with in person classes that were offered through my municipality, and then started doing zoom workouts from home. I love the convenience of the zoom classes! If the weather is bad, you don’t have to worry about going out, and it’s nice to be in the comfort of my own home. When I first started the zoom classes, I worried that they wouldn’t be enough of a work out - boy was I wrong! They are just as challenging and fun as an in person class. When I can, I like to train at Michelle’s gym - she’s got great equipment, and really focuses on everyone working as hard as they can.
If you want a fun workout that challenges you and never gets boring, train with Michelle Linden!

Wanted to give a big shout out to Michelle and to tell anyone and everyone that if you are looking to make healthy fitness choices to add to your routine, then please don’t hesitate- join in on Michelles many classes she has available! In the 1 month or so that I have been on my journey, I feel stronger and more confident in myself physically!
I love that it’s not miles and miles of running but still get the benefits of cardio! I feel amazing after all of her classes!! She is a great teacher and so very patient in teaching everyone especially me being a “newbie”. She is encouraging and wants all of her clients to succeed on reaching their fitness goals! I've been training with Michelle for 3+ years. When I first started taking classes, I had zero upper body strength. Michelle was always right there with me adjusting movements to fit my needs! In the beginning, I was not able to keep up with her other clients, but Michelle told me to be patient, it will eventually happen. Well guess what?? ... I now train with Michelle on zoom 4 days a week and I am able to follow her every move!! I'm not going to lie, her classes are tough, Michelle pushes you ALL the time. But the feeling of accomplishment you get is AMAZING. When your sports bra is soak n wet, you know it's a good workout, that's my benchmark. Michelle is not only my trainer, but a personal friend. She is very passionate about health & exercise, kind and will always go the extra mile for you. My advice is give her class a try, all you have to lose is weight and better health to gain.

I started training with personal trainer, Michelle Linden, in 2018 and it has been two words: Life Changing. Michelle offers a complete program that not only focuses on exercise but also nutrition. With regard to nutrition, Michelle will ask you to track all of your food. I was provided with nutrient goals and ideas for meals and snacks. There is no strict diet regiment. If you eat it, you track it. With Michelle, the focus is learning to make healthy eating decisions. This will not happen overnight and it’s not always easy. When it comes time to working out with Michelle, you will never know what she has up her sleeve. She constantly varies exercises and switches up workouts. She pushes me to do my best while providing encouragement. She corrects what I am doing by teaching proper exercise form and is very motivated for me to see results. Michelle has a true passion and expertise when it comes to fitness. Working out with my Personal Trainer, Michelle is a wonderful experience! Her encouragement is genuine and she really does make you feel that you can accomplish just about any fitness goal. I recommend her highly! Oh and if you don't want to drive to Michelle, she will come to you personally or you can do your workout through Zoom at home! So awesome! The Key is to be consistent!

I have been training with Michelle for over 3 years. I started after my lumpectomy and I didn’t have any strength in my left arm from the surgery. I was only able to workout 1 day a week at that point. With patience and perseverance, I am now able to workout 3-4 days a week and my strength has increased tremendously over the years. Michelle helped me every step of the way! The best part is that I workout from home on Zoom!! I am impressed with her knowledge and passion for her work. I feel like my body has been transformed and I couldn’t be happier. She’s personable and cares about her clients and their goals.
