I attended a sound bath and reiki session here on 1/31/25. It was magical. The studio provided all props… bolsters, blankets, mats. Very welcoming. I highly recommend that you check it out.

I had the pleasure of attending a sound bath at Yoga For The People and it was an absolutely transformative experience! Lindsey, the instructor, created such a calming and peaceful atmosphere, guiding us through a deeply relaxing session. The studio is beautiful, with a serene vibe that makes it the perfect space for mindfulness. I can't wait to return!
