Yoga Home is a local gem. If you are considering joining a yoga studio, you really should consider doing your practice here.
First off, the studio has a core belief that βYoga Is For Everybodyβ and you will see a wide mix of ages, levels & body types practicing in this studio. There are hard classes and classes intended to chill & relax you. There are many challenging classes for the limber & athletic, as well a broad variety of classes for folks who are more physically challenged.
Besides the Vinyasa & Flow classes commonly found at other locations, there is also a wide selection of specialty classes such as Adaptive Yoga, Chair Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga (a personal favorite) Hot Yoga and even the occasional Sun night βYoga Nedra,β which is intended to relax you & take your mind somewhere else.
The instructors are all excellent at what they do. They each have their own style but it is always welcoming & supportive. Most have been teaching there for years and they really watch & get to know their students, often suggesting a pose adaptation or handing you an extra prop, before you even knew you needed it.
The physical studio has some real advantages over other locations I have experienced. First off, it is small. You are never far from the instructor and never buried 6 rows back. The room is kept comfortable with good AC in the summer & well heated in the winter. Unlike some dusty floor studios I have experienced, they keep the space clean and you can tell it is well loved.
Perhaps the most important hidden feature of this studio is, unlike most studios in strip malls or rock centers or multi-activity gyms, that have concrete floors, Yoga Home is in an old building and the finished studio floor is over 100 year old wood framing (over a basement.)
Unlike a concrete sub-floor found in most commercial locations, which is hard & unyielding, Yoga Home wood framed floor has a tiny amount of give. If you ever did yoga on vinyl tile over concrete, you will understand how important this subtle & relatively rare physical really feature actually is.
I have done yoga, off and on for over 30 years. I have done it in studios, in churches, in high school classrooms, in racket clubs & gyms, on carpeted floors and on the grass at festivals. I was also a member of Yoga Home, at its old (larger) location before the pandemic closed it.
Every time I try another studio I keep coming back to this one for the reasons listed above. It may not have the most bling or rows of exercise machines & free weights or a rock climbing wall, but, if you are looking for a well run, high quality, yoga studio, where the instructors are all committed to their teaching & care about their students, you wonβt go wrong with Yoga Home. It is a real Conshy gem.

Yoga Home was recommended to me when I moved to the area a few years ago. It is such a welcoming space. The instructors skillfully weave classes that are accessible yet challenging, and they do so in a way that makes you feel like you are part of something very special. Each class is unique and everyone, teachers and yogis, are so nice. The studio is aptly named because anyone in attendance can truly feel at home. If you are looking for a place to practice, I highly recommend Yoga Home.

I have been practicing at Yoga Home for over 15 years. Having tried other area studios first, they were never the perfect fit. I finally found it at Yoga Home, so much so that I recently completed teacher training here. All the instructors are very experienced and dedicated and come to each class with enthusiasm and creativity. I look forward to every class.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Yoga Home! Something about this place...the classes, the teachers, the environment, the other yogis... it is extremely special and every single class I've taken here has healed something in me. So very grateful for Kerri and her welcoming and deeply transformational "home" for all of our loving hearts :)

So grateful to have this studio in Conshohocken. Before I joined, I dropped in just to see how it would feel, and within five minutes of being there, I knew I'd be coming here regularly. You can tell kindness and presence is a top priority, and the teachers are truly incredible. 10/10 would recommend!

Three years ago, I moved to Montgomery County after living in Chester County for 36 years. I immediately looked for a yoga studio where I could practice with peace and joy ππΌ and most importantly, acceptance.
Yoga Home offers the classes that I need to make my body and my mind feel really good.
I love all of the current instructors at Yoga Home. They make a solid effort to make everyone feel accepted and loved.

I feel so lucky to have Yoga Home in my neighborhood! The studio is welcoming, intimate, and filled with excellent teachers. There is a nice variety of classes - I'm a big fan of the 6:15 am Tu/Th morning classes that are so hard to find in a yoga studio. I often bring family and friends when they are visiting because it is truly a studio that welcomes all levels and has yoga for every body.

I was happy to get the chance to try out Rich's vinyasa class today. Apparently, he taught at Yoga Home in the past before I started taking classes there, and he has returned. I enjoyed the mix of familiar poses and some new ones, as well as creative sequences of poses. He has a very soothing voice and supportive style, which I also enjoyed. Unfortunately, I usually work during the time his class is held, but in the future if my work schedule changes like it did today, I will definitely take his class again! I am grateful for the variety of approaches to vinyasa yoga that the different instructors at Yoga Home take and for the welcoming and warm environment there. And I love the fact that Yoga Home is involved with the community and acts in line with important community values, such as inclusivity--that's one of the reasons I keep coming back.

The YTT program at Our Yoga Home has been an enriching, creative and inspiring experience. When the opportunity for enrollment arose, I was initially unsure about how deeply I wanted to dive into the study of yoga. Although I loved being in the βYoga Homeβ community, where I practice almost daily, I did not feel called to teach yoga. It didnβt matter in the least. I learned so much, not only about the physical practice of Yoga but also about its deeply beautiful philosophy, spiritual tenets and interesting history. I was exposed to fascinating readings like the Bhagavad Gita, the language of Sanskrit, and also learned about other types of yoga besides Vinyasa, such as Adaptive and Yin. The course schedule was flexible (with more time off around holidays) and the teachers were enthusiastically willing to make adjustments and offer private mentoring for me. While I garnered so much from the YTT experience, the friendships and community connections I made with the teachers and fellow students were a highlight and will remain with me for life. I HIGHLY recommend this experience for anyone interested in growing, learning, and connecting, no matter your age or gender (Iβm a retired male high school teacher). It was totally worth the financial investment and time!!

Yoga Home is a wonderful studio offering yoga in a variety of styles to reach all clients, from beginners to the seasoned yogi. They offer a vinyasa yoga teacher training program that trains it teachers through the philosophy yoga is of EVERY body, which is evidence in every class offered in-studio. As a participant in the inaugural YTT program, I wholehearted recommend this program to those seeking to teach yoga for everyone or to those looking to deepen their personal practice.

Yoga Home is a treasure and I was so lucky to participate in the 200 Hour YTT (yoga teacher training). I went to improve my asana practice and learn how to sequence but graduated with so much more. Expect to learn history, philosophy, anatomy, physiology, pranayama, and meditation. The introspection and mindfulness that came from this program are what I found to be the greatest gift. There is no doubt in my mind this program was as amazing as it was because it was at Yoga Home. The teachers and fellow students are supportive, accessible, patient and want you to succeed.

Welcoming, genuine, and inclusive. Great variety of class types. Generous trial rate to test multiple classes/teachers. Fair class rates and packages. This is how a yoga studio should feel. Kudos to the owner that has created such a great environment with quality classes for everyone. All the teachers are kind and aim to help you get the best out of yourself each class. Thereβs no ego or judgment here. Whether youβre experienced or brand new to yoga, youβll find this studio to be a breath of fresh air.

I started at Yoga Home this month with a 3-week trial, and so far, I'm very glad to have done so! The instructors I have taken classes with so far are each knowledgeable, welcoming, and deliver exactly what I'm looking for in their respective class formats. I've been practicing since 2015 and recently completed a 200 hour certification program, so as a new and hopeful yoga teacher, I feel Yoga Home is a great place for me to observe techniques to incorporate in my own classes. Yoga Home instructors build great flows for experienced yogis, but lots of modifications and variations are offered throughout classes. I am notttt a morning person, and I've gotten my butt up for two 6am classes here with Michelle K. (who is amazing) -- so that's saying a lot. I would certainly recommend this studio for 'any body' of any level looking for a great yoga experience!

I've had a long break since my last visit to yoga class. Thanks to professionalism of Yoga Home teachers, my re-introduction was smooth and gentle (sending special love to my inspiration - Jennie and Michelle), and the opportunity to take an unlimited monthly membership for a very moderate price is much appreciated. The schedule is super comfy and allows to try different classes and choose what suits your current abilities and mood. The teachers are attentive to everybody in the class, especially to newcomers, so there's no chance you'll be left unattended (just don't forget your permission stone!:)

This is a gorgeous studio and they offer an amazing Introduction to Yoga program. I especially loved the emphasis on safe body position that this program provided. Unfortunately, it doesn't suite me. After I graduated to the regular classes I found that many instructors here had a pronounced spirituality element to their teaching style and I learned that I strongly dislike sutra instruction. (I recognize that this approach clearly works for many people, but it's not for me.) I need to find a studio that will just focus on the body moments.

Yoga Home offers a variety of classes - whether you like more high intensity or restorative/meditative style classes. And if you like both, it's a great value since many yoga studios only specialize in one type of yoga so you're stuck doing the same type of practice (ex Bikram or Power) which can be frustrating with the high cost of memberships, but at Yoga Home you have a lot of different class types to choose from depending on what your body needs that day. The staff is super friendly and nice. And the instructors are great at making you feel welcome and giving good adjustments/direction if you're open to it. Each instructor has a different style of teaching so I recommend trying different instructors for each class type to see who's class is the best fit for you.

Our first time at Yogahome last night to attend a Community Basics class, and I was pleasantly surprised. In my mind I thought maybe since it's open to anyone, it would be a watered-down version of what the normal classes are... no. Nika, our teacher for the class, did a wonderful job reaching everyone in the room regardless if they were seasoned yogis or newbies like us. Every staff member we interacted with, including one of the owners, was very nice and down to earth. We will definitely be back!
