I love Youfit, I have been a member for about 4 years. The staff is great, the trainers are amazing, overall a great experience. It is not overly crowded, they have a variety of classes. Gym is always neat and has every machine you could think of.

Tried to cancel my membership they kept hanging up the phone. This is ridiculous I went to other gyms canceling is a easy processs. They give you a run around. Like I have stuff going on that I was not able to go anymore there. I have life circumstances that stopped me going here. These people are scammers they want to never stop billing you even if you agree to want to cancel.

I been going here for almost a year. I only have 1 complaint. At the front of the gym it smells like a dead rat, the smell is so strong makes me want to throw up. Other than that great gym, but space is small and no matter what time i come in seems like the smith machines are always taken. I hope they open another gym near by or expand soon. Over the time I’ve been here i feel like the gym getting more known. I liked when it was more private lol. But i love it here

This gym is a little farther from my house, so I I don't use it as often. It is well equipped, clean and well maintained. I can get in a good workout. It is usually less crowded than my other gym. I usually run outdoors when I am not on a strength training day, but with the recent air quality problems (smoke from Canadian wildfires), running on a treadmill in air conditioning was a better choice. I am 72, so while I am very fit, I still have to be careful when the AQI is in the orange or red zone.

I was reluctant to sign up based on reviews complaining about their billing systems. I did a one day pass and noticed the gym looks nothing like the Groupon photos!

There’s a lack of spray bottles and product in the bottles.

Don’t come when they first open! One staff member will be hiding in the bathroom on their phone and not opening the doors. When this happened I called the gym and still no one opened the doors even though they were open! No staff members seem physically fit.

I bought a 1 month membership on Groupon. It was a bearable experience as they have a glute machine I really like but I would never commit to a gym that doesn’t keep its hours or agreements.

The second time I bought the 1 month Groupon they told me I they don’t have the “code” to redeem it in their system. The girl at the desk told me to call corporate and they don’t have a corporate number. I mean it’s a joke at this point. So I emailed and I will update this review!!!!!

My car broke down & the gym is important to me. I wasted lyft fare and money on this membership. I didn’t even get a courtesy work out, they tried to charge me for a day pass. Plenty of better gyms in the Philadelphia area DON’T use this gym if you take your fitness serious. RUN!

I went wanting to try it out before possibly joining. Overall quality equipment and the members seem to be friendly. My real only complaint would be that it was VERY humid, it didn't feel like the AC was on/was working. That made it a bit uncomfortable! I still may join but still semi hesitant considering reading multiple reviews about the runaround to cancel 😬

Then when you complain about the issue they say to call corporate. This gym is DISGUSTING, and half the machines don’t work. SCAM it’s impossible to cancel your subscription IMPOSSIBLE, I’ve spoke to multiple people who work here to ask for assistance and they all didn’t want to help me. Once I figured it out you MUST have a disability or move over 15 miles away with documented proof to cancel there’s no other way unless you want to pay much over $100 just to cancel.. very much a scam. Manager is never there, equipment is always broken. Small and humid. Staff are useless. Never been around so many people who don’t know how to work at their own job before. Most things are broken. Very humid. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription but the staff has made it impossible. I asked for help and keep getting gold come in do it in person, no we don’t do it in person contact customer service, no just go to our website….. which one is it really? Manager is never there either. You are only ALLOWED to CANCEL if you have a disability or move over 15 miles away.. that’s insane. I would like to send an acknowledgement out a worker at Youfit GYM, olney location, Mary Bright. Mrs. Bright is a Genetal Cleaner at the GYM. The gym is always so clean. The ladies locker room and the bathroom stalls are always so very clean and smell so fresh. I have also noticed how she moves around the entire gym cleaning the mirrors, wiping off the machines and sweepi g this large gym., even between and under the work-out machines. I am retired and wonder how one woman can handle this job alone. Even emptying the trash bins and removing the trash. I commend you Mrs. BRIGHT and appreciate you keeping the gym sosanitized. Nice place to work out but please be smart with virus out here, please ware rubber gloves to work out with and aways put your towel on the seats you are sitting out. Never put your butt on a un protected seat, see sweat can travel through your sweets or pants that could have covid or Chicken Pop in it and away ware a mask, ok only on Public places.

One reason I stopped going (years ago) is that there were too many people at the time(s) I went, so the equipment I wanted to use was never available. Been at this gym for years now only for the convenience of it being close to home but I have had it. Air barely works, fan stopped working. Workers act like they can't even refill paper towel dispensers and when you complain they say they already told corporate. They sit at the front desk on their phones and do nothing. The front desk staff informed us that we could try out 60 days. And if we canceled the membership within 60 days. We won’t get charged for the annual fee. That’s why we signed up to try. But today which is within 60 days, I went there to cancel my membership. their other stuff informed us we will have to pay it. It is totally a scam!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! My 1st time and last, the gym location is good,ppl at the gym are fine,but being a gym rat dang wasn't what I expected. One female trainer that's it and she actually might be new to fitness. Also didn't see a Fitness Manager at all usually when they see new face they come over to try get sign up for personal training but nope.

i am really angry about the service at this store, i canceled my card on november 24th and till now i have not been to this shop but every few months they say i still owe this money One day, in January, they automatically withdrew from my account without notifying me while I canceled my visit. Today they called again to tell me what fees I still owe. Wanting to attract more customers is not such a service, I do not appreciate such a service, suggest management to have an appropriate solution.

Everything I didn't like about the big national chains such as predatory memberships policies. You don't find at YouFit. It's a clean friendly environment where there's plenty of equipment. Even when I go during peak hours It's never too crowded. The only complaint is that sometimes the managers don't enforce rules that will make everyone's visit better. They don't enforce wearing mask as much as they should and they don't tell people not to use Bluetooth speakers when they should use earphones of some type.

I been a member of youfit since its inception , I remember joining while they still had plastic over the equipment being installed , I loved it when it was 24 hours , the quality of the gym has fallen off drastically since then ( upkeep , workers , trainers ) but the atmosphere has always been A1 , it wouldn't take much to turn this back around into a top gym again ... What I would do is get more diligent with the staff on the upkeep of the gym ,evaluation of all the trainers to make certain that they are in line and providing excellent services , and the MAIN thing is transform that movie theater/ cycle room into a boxing /MMA training area , ( heavybags , speed bag platform ) and I promise you the membership will go through the roof ... Also 24 hr service again 👍🏾

Horrible location. Wish they had another to live up to the YouFit name because I moved from Florida and the locations there are beautiful. The management it terrible. The obese manager doesn’t reflect the gym in a good light and should use the machines himself. The locker rooms are always dirty and the machines are broken. Workers spend more time working out on the broken machines than actually keeping the gym in good shape.

This location often has little to no paper towels available. Today I walked to 5 different stations so I could wipe a machine before starting my workout and none of the stations had any paper towels- which means unless people brought their own towel (specifically to sanitize machines) none of the machines are being sanitized this evening. The gym was full of people. This is unacceptable and disgusting.

Really disappointed in this gym. There are several things that have been not been fixed for over 6 months. I’m curious on what the yearly fees go towards. There are bikes that have been out of commission for months, ceiling tiles missing bcuz of constant leaks, the accessible bathroom stall is constantly out of order, and they’re always running out of water. There are also a few employees that need to be trained in problem solving at the desk. I remember someone from corporate visiting our cycle class and asked why the doors were open.(it was because the a/c did not work for a short time during the hot months). I believe demographics play a huge part of this gym not being a priority on YouFit’s list. The only reason why I attend this gym is bcuz the instructors are awesome.
