Terrible manager, extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to upgrade my membership. He told me all he could do was delete it and I said well ok then do that and Ill start over. He did that then walked away and I talked to another staff person who was super helpful and told me that it was unnecessary to cancel my membership and that they could in fact upgrade it for me.
Other than that, the gym is clean and the other staff are very friendly.

I love the staff. They are bright, cheery, and they set the "you got this" tone when I don't feel like starting at 5:30am! Bathroom is clean, guests are respectful. I can spend hours in there and feel like it's only been an hour. That's a good sign..I love all of you.

I like this gym a lot- friendly staff really clean majority of the time and good vibes.
I do want to point out this gym should go back to being open longer or 24/7 Covid and long over and there’s no need for it to close at 10 or 9pm or 7. There’s a TON of regulars who leave as we’re being kicked out for closing.
Also there should be a policy where if you are personal training you should only be doing so if you are contracted by PF I See some regulars who believe that they are certified but the girl this man was training was clearly in pain and he was giving her too much weight. This could be a liability issue in the future. Bathrooms could use a couple more checkups throughout the day- I go with friends here and always have a good workout but there’s deff room for this location to be improve 😊

It’s fine- it’s a planet fitness. Has all the equipment I need, doesnt seem to get super super busy. However, an employee told me jumping rope isn’t allowed? Even though no one was in the room with me and I always pay attention! Others should also be aware of their surroundings. Ridiculous rule. Skipping rope is a great form of CV exercise with little stress on joints. Big name gyms like these don’t actually care about fitness of the community lol.

This Planet Fitness is our favorite! The staff is amazing always available to help and always greeting us as we come and go! The gym is always clean and only occasionally you may see something out of service and it's very temporary. There are many different types of equipment so no waiting. Everyone is very respectful of each other. It's nothing like I thought going to the gym would be.

2025 Still great Staff is helpful and keep the place safe and clean. Looking forward to getting the Matrix bikes up and running again. It's good that they look for safety issues on the equipment besides just keeping them clean.

Aside from one person who works here and doesn't greet anyone nor give any leeway to members who are regulars if the PF app isn't working, this is a good location with four smith machines. It could use some new grips as newer gyms have them for Lat work and also the bathroom needs to be better up kept but aside from those two things this is a decent location. I've used various PF sites and I'm indeed a regular and most the time they don't stress you not scanning in if they know you by face, same with other fitness clubs I frequent. Some folks take their job a bit too serious yet are often on their phone when you see them.

This planet fitness is not accessible for people who are blind or visually impaired. The equipment is older style equipment, and all touchscreen. I’m not sure if it was an employee or it may have been a customer, but I thank the customer that assisted me.

Very Nice staff, but not helpful. I've had good experiences here, but when a bad experience came up and I wanted to settle it I was told to come in to the office to speak with the manager after speaking on the phone. I came in during my work day, for the manager to tell me less information than the associate over the phone. She told me she knows nothing about fees, charges, or what she can do. She just handed me a number to call. Which is fine but, i wasted my lunch driving down for you to just send me back home. Wish my person was considered a bit more.

Horrible employees. Had always attended this gym wearing a specific shoe and last time I went I literally got kicked out the gym by an employee long black hair & beard(male) for wearing the shoes. His exact words “not when I’m here…in my gym you won’t be allowed to wear those”. Left and went to a different PF, had no issues at all by the employees from wearing the exact same shoes. I always wear Adidas yeezys shoes because of how comfortable they are. Will be finding a new PF location to attend.

I would like to share a very positive experience I had with manager Amanda. When I signed up for PF 9 mos ago I unknowingly selected the wrong gym for my home gym. It’s been a hassle to get this sorted out, the details of which are really not important now. What is important now is that Amanda really took the time to listen to my experience and made it right. This gym is DIRTY. Gross, grimy. Employees just sit by the desk just putting around. It’s gross. Trash in bathrooms isn’t cleaned up. Same hair locks are in the bathroom stall from a month ago. Machines are dusty, crusty. Some have shake residue splashed that are crusty. There are dust bunnies the size of adult guinea pigs tumbling around. Absolute dump.

the trainer is not very effective, at least he is with the ones he loves. The employees who serve the front two of them are rude and I think they are racist. Always with bad attitudes. Person at the desk was rude. Asked to check out a different tanning room because the one they put me in only had 23 bulbs working. That’s 23/45 bulbs that are working. Currently using a guest pass, but the only thing keeping me from signing up with this planet fitness is on TV 1 they constantly play the camp lejeune ad on repeat, and multiple TV’s (specifically TV 2, TV 3, TV 8, TV 12, TV 13, TV 15, TV 18, and TV 21) are blacked out and not working. Not sure if it’s just the style of this location, but sometimes I just want to go on an elliptical and forget I’m on an elliptical by watching a movie or tv show.

black card member, I've seen a good amount of PFs , this place is disgusting: there's scaling inside of the disinfectant bottles, half of the dirty bottles were empty, trashes overflowing, machines missing parts, nobody wipes anything down, people slamming weights, people watching shows on their phones with the audio playing, no soap in the men's room, paper towels on the floor.
two years ago this was my home gym, very happy that i moved when I did, this place went downhill, and now lives at the very bottom of that hill.

Would like to join but they only accept checking account routing numbers as payment. Having my identity stolen twice I'm uncomfortable with this.
