Showed up for class and the yoga studio was no where near where it is posted on Google maps. Checked the website and you have to scroll all the way down to see that they have moved. They should put that at the top of the website so it's the first thing you see. Anyways, missed the class since it was another 12 minute drive to the actual location. Poor management of their online presence will certainly lead to more customers being unhappy.

We scheduled a morning private Bridal Yoga session for our friend’s bachelorette party in Narragansett. The owner had confirmed very quickly and the date was set a couple months in advance, I even confirmed the week before the event.

We all ordered “Bridal Yoga” shirts in anticipation of the class and our Bride was more than excited. 10 AM came around and our instructor was nowhere to be found. I called the studio and they were extremely apologetic and reimbursed us. However, we had a pretty disappointed group and an even more disappointed Bride To Be.

Like I said, they were very apologetic, but I wouldn't want this to happen to another group.
