I have tried on and off again to keep a consistent gym balance and this is the only place I have been able to do so! The atmosphere is so welcoming and Chris is the perfect amount of encouraging and firm with you to get you to your goals. He will not let you fall off and wants to see you succeed just as much as you want to. 10/10 highly recommend!

Where do I start? From the high energy as soon as I walk in, to my favorite mirror to take pictures in when I’m done, this gym offers everything. I love the group workouts and the push I get throughout. If you’re not goal oriented you will be. Chris challenges you to be the best version of yourself both mentally and physically while the group holds you accountable. I’ve never seen or experienced anything like it. It’s been almost 2 yrs and this is still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Welcome future Fold members!

If you want consistency, accountability, and just the best gym environment ever, come here! I had been trying for years to go to the gym and start my health journey but never really was able to feel good about it. I came to Chris almost a year ago and I will never go anywhere else. I feel so much better and stronger in my body, and I never thought I would be consistent with going but now I go at least 4-5 times a week. 10/10!

Chris provides a great and comfortable environment at 3 Fold Fitness to jumpstart fitness goals or even just hop back on the wagon! The group training sessions allow you to make connections with others and leave with a family and accountability. Great gym with a comprehensive coach that checks in on your goals 1-on-1 periodically. Highly recommend !
