Wade is definitely the real deal. He has patience and knowledge and experience in the industry. Week one was the toughest for me but the following weeks went by pretty quick and you'll enjoy what you used to dread. Very positive environment and very encouraging members. Given that I had neglected my fitness/wellness for far too long, I was initially nervous and honestly intimidated by the prospects of going to a gym. Through some web browsing and research I found several positive references for a newer fitness club, 180 Degree Fitness, run by Wade Marsh.

The next day, I stopped by and he was generous and supportive in discussing my needs and goals so I took the leap (or better yet, the lunge) and was in β€œclass” the next morning. It has been close to three weeks since attending daily training sessions and the results are slowly but surely comingβ€”in addition to shedding some needed pounds, I just feel all-around better (physically and mentally). Wade even talked me into attending one of his Sat. morning yoga classes, and while humbling was more beneficial than I imagined.

The one day that I missed was due to my second COVID vaccine shot, and who texts to check-in to see how I am feeling? ... my man, Wade. While I still have quite a ways to go to get back to the physical condition level I was at ten years ago, it feels so good being trained and supported fully at 180 Degree Fitness and I feel increasingly motivated to maintain the focus and commitment to reach my wellness goals that now feel attainable again.

I cannot recommend or thank Wade enough for his amazing approach to working with me and I know so many others, no matter what level of health and fitness he meets them. I have felt personally and also have had the chance to see how well he treats not just me but others who work with him like champions of our own destiny.

Wade is arguably one of the best personal trainers in Myrtle Beach hands down. He is extremely knowledgeable and creative with the variety of his workouts and will push you out of your comfort zone to achieve your fitness goals. I have achieved significant strides with my physical strength and appearance since starting with him a year ago. I came to visit Wade at his shop this past weekend and I had the privilege of witnessing him workout with a group of guys and it was phenomenal.
