Artemis Fitness is just what I needed to get back into working out. The environment is not overwhelming and very personal where I can go at my own pace and with any mods I may need. Highly recommend Artemis Fitness!

I used to work out years ago in my 20's. I have never worked with a trainers or coaches. Working with Alysha at Artemis Fitness, I realized how important is to have correct form to truly hit those target muscles and not get injured.Alysha is very patient and makes sure that I am doing the exercises the right way. I always look forwards to going to the gym and I am confident that I am doing my best avoid any setbacks with injuries.

Great place. Very knowledgeable to work with knee injuries. Since having a knee injury myself it’s great to be back working out again with someone who really has the knowledge and passion that Alysha has.. I feel confident and secure about my own injury to push hard in my training again to perform to the best of my ability.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Alysha. She is a "form expert" and walks you through exactly how she wants the movements to look--offering suggestions for both safety and maximizing lifts. She is very approachable, upbeat, encouraging and truly loves helping people reach their goals. I have enjoyed her leadership, guidance and the ability to continue to reach new limits while working together. She listens and takes action. Highly recommend her!

Artemis Fitness has been the best experience ever! I scoured the internet to find a gym that offered small group strength training classes. I was not looking for boot camps or interval training mixing strength and cardio. I wanted to learn to lift with proper technique. I am so grateful that I found Artemis. The trainers are all first rate and I love that they focus on making sure that my form is correct as a beginner. Everybody is friendly and supportive. They offer classes in the AM that work for my schedule. I love that I don’t have to try to figure out what exercises to do and how to do it. I just get to show up and work hard. This gym is awesome!

The best gym I’ve ever been to in my entire fitness journey! The friendly atmosphere, brand new equipment, and overall professionalism everything just adds up perfectly.
For the first time in my life, I’m actually excited to go to the gym instead of finding excuses to avoid it. One month in, and I already feel the difference. This is a totally different ballgame!

Finding this gym and training with Alysha has been exactly what I needed. After years of only having access to packed commercial gyms, I finally found a space that feels private, well-equipped, and welcoming. The equipment is top-notch, and the environment makes training enjoyable again.

It keeps me accountable, especially in the mornings when motivation is low. Alysha is an incredible coach—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind.
