Easily the best gym and trainers I’ve ever used! I signed up a couple months ago and I can’t get enough of the workouts. I’ve lost weight and I feel great!! The staff and the trainers are super helpful and nice they even have given me tips on nutrition and diet! Love this place, especially the front desk girl because she is so helpful!

My fiancé signed up for a month and she really did enjoy her experience. But based on our schedules she was unable to attend this past month. Well, we noticed the charge on her account (without realizing they kept her card on file) as if she had been a regular participant. I assured her everything would be fine and I’m sure they would refund the money back considering no services were rendered.
Let me tell you just how wrong I actually was. They basically told her it’s her own fault and they feel so bad about keeping her money, they extended her free classes, lol.. Needless to say, we are just going to dispute the charges with the bank. I am a huge advocate of local businesses, as I help operate one in the Mt. Pleasant area and would love to edit this review if they would rectify the situation.

Technology doesn't work half the time, only one person runs the whole thing, equipment smells disgusting and the whole thing is over priced. I've been so patient and understanding and still haven't received my refund. Adam can't run a business or respond to your messages

I was very skeptical of this concept and if it actually worked since I have never heard of it before. I gave it a try and I am HOOKED! I love the gym but I get bored very easily and after an hour or so I feel like I accomplished nothing. After every Body20 session, strength and cardio, I am drenched in sweat and sore the next day. I love getting on the InBody every session and seeing my progress - seeing the progress truly is addicting and only makes me want to push myself more. After two weeks of Body20, 2 sessions a week, I was down 2 pounds, my body fat percentage was down and my muscle mass was up. My boyfriend was also very skeptical being he trains the way body builders do and he was sore for about 3 days after a strength session. Adam is THE BEST and constantly pushes me to do better every session. Training at Body20 has truly been life changing in such a short amount of time. The environment is so positive, supportive, and non judgmental. The one on one training sessions are amazing and having a trainer push you to do better only helps with your progress. I promise you once you try a demo, you will be hooked for life. 15/10 recommend!

Have only been once so far. But the owner and staff are awesome. This works people. I left and said I can do this. That wasn’t that hard. Wow it really works and I mean my body said hello I’m awake! It is amazing and looking forward to being sore. Sore is different than pain. Making myself come first it has been a while. Love this place so much. Can’t wait to work with them.

Adam was awesome fun and thorough as well as the entire staff. Everyone was very polite and helpful. My busy lifestyle with my career and home leaves me getting basically 4 hrs of sleep daily and working mandatory 6 days a week often 7 I literally have a membership to a gym drafted monthly that I have to walk into much less workout. This program is the perfect fit for me to get back in shape and stay that way. Everyone should definitely give it a try. I live over an hour away and I’m so amazed with the program I’m willing to make the drive on my only off day to make lifelong changes !!

I met Adam at a near by nutrition club and came in for a demo, what appealed to me was the science behind EMS training and the efficiency. I’m really busy, like 90hrs a pay period, studying to be a personal trainer, planning a wedding, and raising a toddler busy so the fact that I can get hours worth of exercise done in 20minutes is a HUGE perk. Yes it’s on the pricier side BUT the results speak for themselves and as is with most things in life you get what you pay for.

I went in for a demo and got excited about the thought of work outs being extremely effective where you see results. Adam did an excellent job explaining the EMS technology to me and how it works. I believe in the science of it. I also loved the machine that calculates where you are at with body fat, water weight, etc. I like how you use this system on a weekly basis to track results. I am already sore and will probably be screaming Adam's name tomorrow, but as they say "No pain, no gain!" haha I can't wait to sign up and see results!

After re-injuring myself repeatedly at the gym, regardless of whether I had a pro trainer or not, I finally quit going.
