If you’re looking to lose weight and just don’t know how to perfect place for you to start they treat you like you’re part of the family never felt judged they will push you to your limits but not overdo it. what you put into it is what you’re going to get out of it and you’ll have a huge team and family behind you supporting you all the way.

I’ve been trying to call this location to find out when the classes are and how much it is. Maybe someone on here can just let me know please. I’m sure it’s a five star place I just put three so it can grab attention. When I call the number it’s just a busy tone

5 full months in to Crossfit and I honestly have no idea how I managed life before the box. I have had so many accomplishments in the short 5 months I have been here that I never would have been able to do on my own. All thanks to this amazing gym, and the amazing coaches who push you beyond the limits you thought you had.
Crossfit may sound scary and intimidating for someone new to fitness, or even to someone who is a fitness buff but I promise, if I can do it, so can you. I was never athletic growing up. I couldn’t even ride my bike up the hill on my road without getting off and walking up. I remember having to run a mile and being timed once in elementary school and being so embarrassed because I couldn’t do it and it took me forever. Fitness and athletics were never my thing and most people who know me could attest to that.
Finding this gym has forever changed my life. It’s no longer about losing weight, it’s about the weight I can do! (I mean come on...155# back squat?! Not too shabby. 💁🏼♀️😂) It’s no longer about how fast I can get through a workout, but how efficiently I work during the workout. I’ve made friendships, I’ve gained confidence, and most importantly I’ve found my love of fitness once again.

My fitness journey has brought me so far. I'm down over 30 pounds from my heaviest. I'm much stronger than ever before and impress myself daily with what my body is capable of. I have always been very cautious of bench pressing much weight since I usually work out alone. I threw 135 on there today and pumped out 2 reps twice. No spot. No struggle. It was like it was nothing. If you're unable to find motivation to push yourself to your limits, find someone who will. Get fit with a significant other or best friend with similar goals that you also have. If that doesn't work out or you just don't know where you should start find a personal trainer or a cross fit gym. I couldn't ask for a more friendly competitive and supportive group through bear arms crossfit in Newberry. Those options may be more expensive than you're wanting to spend, in my opinion that's all the more motivation to go and stick with it to get your money's worth. What is your health worth to you?
