Eli is the best! I had never weight-lifted before and at age 61, I was not sure if I could do it, but Eli has given me the guidance and confidence that I needed. Eli is extremely knowledgable and truly takes the time to meet their clients where they are and help them understand the importance of weight lifting and nutrition. He is dedicated and genuinely cares for his clients' success. Eli also makes sure that work out plans are sustainable long-term. I love everything I have learned from Eli and I am so thankful. Fabulous training!! Not only does Eli know what he is doing- he knows what to do when you have stiff muscles. He knows the foods to eat and he is really big about drinking water. HYDRATE- HYDRATE- HYDRATE!!!
If I could be there every day - I would. He is able to watch what is happening in the whole gym and will rush over to correct your stance.
Great machines - fabulous training!!!
You also get a homemade sourdough bread connection - his wife, MacKenna is a fantastic bread maker!!
