Imperial Fitness is a mobile gym on Daniel Island that can set up whenever and wherever! We offer Bootcamps, Small Groups, 1 on 1 training and Nutrition Coaching in the Daniel Island and Mt Pleasant area.

Writing this review the day after a morning class, and I am SORE. Dylan has great exercises that are effective and target multiple muscle groups; you will leave feeling so accomplished! I really like this style of workout, and will definitely be coming back. Working out outside is the best!!

Fantastic workout and efficient setup! I have been to a few of Dylan’s classes so far and they are always so good. Love the variety and he has a ton of great equipment which makes it easy to modify as needed. You get hands on coaching and attention which is also super helpful and much appreciated. You have to come check out this great mobile gym. The workouts are amazing. Dylan is fun to work with as well as clearly communicating the safest and most effective ways to exercise. I look forward to the workouts as well as the camaraderie of everyone that comes together for bootcamp training.
I would also like to add that Dylan provide nutrition guidance. Since speaking with about diet, I am working toward my desired goals - his input has been a large portion of getting me in the right direction

Disclaimer-I am a relative of Dylan’s. 18 years ago I began training Dylan as a high school football player. Fast forward to today, I visited Dylan EARLY one morning this past week at his business. He is a tremendous trainer. He knows exactly how to maximize every movement his clients make. His knowledge of anatomy and the capacity of the body to make muscle is top notch. I am so proud of him. Dylan Kill and Kill’n it Fitness are the absolute BEST! The way Dylan trains is so great for any fitness level…I’m in my 50’s and a little overweight and I work out with a teenager and 20, 30 and 40 year olds. He does it in a way that I never feel like I am making anyone wait on me due to the fact that I’m a little slower than the others. We can all workout at our own pace while still grinding out the same exercises using his super cool mobile gym….It’s amazing! He makes it so fun and I feel great after going to one of his workouts! I highly recommend for any age and fitness level!

Challenging workouts with results! I've been training with Dylan/Chris for about 1 year. Over this year my body has been progressively getting stronger and leaner, just as I was hoping. Workouts are outside under the beautiful Charleston sky, the music is fun and Dylan/Chris are dedicated to their clients.
