I have been training at KFit Gym in Greenville, SC with Kylie for a few months now and it has been exactly what I was looking for and more. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very clean. I was looking for a place that offered accountability and expert guidance and I found it at KFit Gym. It’s a fully equipped facility with top-notch equipment. Kylie is able to customize workouts in a small group setting and with her guidance and coaching, I was able to hit new PR’s in squat and bench press! If you’re looking for accountability, motivation, and RESULTS, KFit gym is the place to be!

Best boutique gym and personal trainers in Greenville, SC!
The KFit team are professional, but also warm and friendly. The moment I walked in the door, both Kylie and Rachael were welcoming and eager to help. I felt zero pressure to sign up, and they were upfront and honest about the contract details: a rarity in the fitness industry!
I can't comment much on the personal training, as I just signed up for the gym pass. However, I can comment on the culture of KFit: KFit is people-focused, and not money-driven. How do I know?
(1) They didn't try to upsell me on services that would not have suited my particular needs at the time
(2) Even after discontinuing the gym pass package, KFit allowed me to continue training right up until I left the USA. Most other gyms would've forced me to upgrade or leave.
(3) In an industry where "time is money," Kylie and Rachael are very generous with their time. Not only are they happy to chat and get to know you as a person, but they also share their fitness knowledge freely.
Also, this is the cleanest gym I've ever been in by a long shot (and I clean gyms for a living).
I do wish the pullup bars were a little higher, but I can live with that :)
11/10. I would recommend highly to anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness through personal training in Greenville, SC.

Having never worked with a trainer, it has been a delightful experience to train with Kylie at KFit in Greenville, SC. She is extremely knowledgeable in fitness training and knows when and how to motivate each and every client. The facility is always clean and equipment is well maintained. I just stumbled upon KFit as a new personal workout gym in the area. I initially met with Kylie and shared with her my ultimate goal was to be in the best shape of my life. I started training 3 days a week and after 2 months she had me working out 5 days per week. Kylie’s knowledge of how to properly achieve each exercise is unparalleled. I finally bought into the correct way to complete the exercise to achieve the ultimate goal. I am 8 months in and my body has changed completely thanks to KFit! I have been apart of many gyms and have been trained by many personal trainers but let me tell you, KFit is the best! From the encouraging text to keep pushing and food suggestions to to fuel your body correctly, you absolutely can’t ask for a better trainer or place to achieve it!

Joining KFit has been life changing for me! Before starting, I was overweight and had no muscle strength or endurance. At 55, I thought it might be too late for me to become strong but I knew I had to try. I’ve tagged along with Kylie for years and love her enthusiasm when it comes to being trained by her. When she opened up this gym here in Greenville, SC, I went in as a “membership” vs being trained by her this time around and it’s still a great experience. I’ve really enjoyed working with Kylie at KFit Performance! The workouts are customized to my goals, and she’s helped me learn how to track macros and eat in a way that actually supports my body through mid-life changes. The gym has a great boutique feel — always super clean and well-kept.

The gym is very clean and kept sanitary consistently. All the equipment is organized well and ranges from training machines to free weights. The trainers are very serious about seeing progress with each client. Your always greeted with a cheerful hello and made to feel you are part of the KFIT family.Ive only been going for about six months but have already seen substantial changes in my strength and health and i am 66 years old. KFit Performance in Greenville SC is by far the best for personal training, learning how to do work outs correctly, and learning the importance of protein and nutrition. Kylie was recommended to me by a friend because I wanted someone to give me that 1:1 attention and actually teach me correct form. I have learned from her that having the correct form is sooo important! Kylie goes out of her way to make sure I am doing each exercise correctly with good form. Excellent training and trainers. Very clean and well equipped gym. Trainer also focused on my pace/form and didn’t just provide a to do list during the session. Feels like real individualized training. The owner also provides access to and runs workshops for members on health related topics like gut and hormone health, pelvic floor strength, etc. Owner has a text newsletter providing recipes and encouragement. Definitely a supportive and engaged group. I’ve had 3 personal trainers over the years(different cities) and K-Fit is the best.

I wanted to share my strong recommendation for training with Kylie Pace. I've been consistently working out and lifting weights for nearly 30 years, and the progress I've experienced since joining Kylie's 5 a.m. crew about a year ago has been truly remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and supportive coach.
What truly sets Kylie apart is her exceptional combination of fitness expertise and genuine care for her clients. Our training group includes individuals with a wide range of fitness goals, strengths, and physical abilities. Despite this diversity, Kylie expertly customizes each workout to ensure that every one of us maximizes our potential.
In just the first six months of training with Kylie, I saw significant weight loss. However, last October, I faced a setback when I tore my tricep during a warm-up. Following my surgery, Kylie immediately adapted my training, and for the next 45 days, it was "leg day, every day!" During that period of focused leg work, my PR's on squats increased to nearly 400lbs and to 500lbs on deadlift. As I recovered and my doctor gradually lifted restrictions, we began incorporating upper body exercises back into my routine. Amazingly, just six months post-surgery, Kylie had me successfully performing weighted dips, floor pressing 100-pound dumbbells, and doing explosive push-ups without any issues.
When you train with Kylie, you're not just getting someone telling you what exercises to do and how many repetitions. She takes the time to educate you on proper form, fundamental principles, functional movements, nutrition, technique, and so many other crucial aspects to truly help you with your fitness journey.
So, if you are serious about achieving your fitness goals and are willing to put in the necessary work, you owe it to yourself to train with the best, and in my opinion, that is Kylie Pace!

Cannot recommend Kylie enough as a personal trainer in the Greenville area. I’ve been working out with Kylie for about a year and a half now and she’s helped me learn so much about the gym and proper form. I tried working out on my own but was never really consistent or pushing myself to get stronger. Now I go five days a week and can squat over 250lbs and bench 125lbs which is insane to me. I also made it a goal of mine to be able to do normal push ups. When I started I could never do a push up not on my knees and she’s helped me be able to do 10+ normal reps in a row. She always making me want to creat new fitness goals!
Kylie is impeccable at being able to find the right balance you need to meet your goals and pushes you to do what you’re capable of which honestly really helps boost your confidence. There are usually multiple people at different levels at my session and she is able to accommodate everyone whether it be for injury, various strength levels, pregnancy, MS, etc. I’ve been so impressed with how she is able to do that so effortlessly on the spot. I feel like a big part of that is due to the fact that she’s extremely present during the sessions. She’s never on her phone and is always right there motivating you to get that extra rep. Kylie is also great for nutrition advice. She’s always willing to work with you on figuring out and sticking to your macros whether that be to lose weight or gain muscle mass.
Her first training session is free so would highly recommend giving her a try - you won’t regret it!

I was looking for a personal trainer in Greenville, SC to help me reach my fitness and nutrition goals after having children. I have had several different personal trainers in the past, but KFit exceeded my expectations with visible results in my appearance and health in the 3 months of training with KFit 4-5 days a week.
She is knowledgable with strength training, nutrition, and mobility movements. In my experience, Kylie will go above and beyond for each client. She does an excellent job at demonstrating technique and ensuring that you have all the fundamentals, eliminating the unnecessary risk of injury. Kylie provides differentiated workouts to guarantee personal results, and pays attention to YOU during your training sessions.
I was able to build up my strength safely with knowledge, confidence, and support. I have been able to learn so much more about my body and making mind-muscle connections, in addition to how to fuel my body properly. These were elements that I was missing with previous trainers. She guides you through nutrition in a way that is obtainable and manageable, but not overwhelming.
Kylie introduces and includes you into her fitness community, and most importantly, leads by example. She truly cares about you as a person, adding an extra element of support in your fitness journey.
The only way you won’t succeed with KFit Performance is if you don't follow the personalized steps that Kylie clearly provides.

I’ve been training with Kylie since October 2021 and it is now June 2022 so a total of 8 months. In these 8 months my body has changed soooo much. I’ve gain muscle in ways I didn’t think was possible for my frame. She’s a trainer that will hold you accountable and continue to push you to go up in weight. I highly recommend her for people that are serious about improving their strength and physique as you will see results. I started seeing results as early as 3 months as building muscle is not the same as losing weight. It definitely takes time. Have patience and mentally power through and I promise you’ll see a difference with her workouts. I also enjoy that it is not the same thing every session. I told Kylie what my goals were with my body and she exceeded them! My goals were to achieve weight loss and build muscle. Being a travel nurse i had a limited amount of time in Greenville. Working with her 3x a week she pushed me to go harder every day in order to see the results i wanted to see. In less than 3 months Kylie got me to a place i never thought i would be in the gym. What i enjoyed about her, is she is very patient, has great communication, and will work with you until you get it! I started going to Kylie close to a year ago now and it has been one of the best investments of my life. I came in on ground zero. I didn’t work out and I never had. The experience that I’ve had with Kylie has changed my view on working out forever. We put in hard work, but we also have fun. Kylie cares deeply about her clients’ well being both in and outside of the gym. That’s one of the big things that sets her apart from many others. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen Kylie take time outside of a session to help people become the best version of themselves - whether that be with their diet, lifestyle, or even just encouraging people to believe in themselves when they face obstacles or discouragement. If you are in search of a personal trainer that is knowledgeable about the industry and personable Kylie is an excellent choice.
