I'm personal trainer with 15 years of experience located in Mount Pleasant.
With my wealth of expertise I will be your functional training coach helping you move more efficiently, prevent injury, improve balance and flexibility, and build strength and confidence. We can work​ together to design a custom program to meet your specific fitness and nutrition goal. I specialize in weight and fat loss, nutrition, boxing, strength and conditioning and sport specific training. Most importantly you can workout at my location or I will bring the workout to you - at your home, gym, office or outdoors and will help you achieve your goals through a well thought custom program that's effective and fun.

I wanted to prioritize strength training & increasing functional strength, and at our first session told him “I want to be strong and I want to look great” and he has delivered in less than two months. I was invited by Oly to try a training session with him. In hopes of getting more active (besides the desk job), I accepted and it was a GREAT decision. He's easy going and pleasant to work with, but also very knowledgeable in the fitness arena. In 25 minutes, I definitely got a great workout, and the session was motivating too! The punchline: Glowing review. In March I went in search of a personal fitness trainer to help me get in better shape and prepare me for an important competition that my ultimate frisbee team qualified for, the World Championships in Ireland in June. Hard to ignore 5/5 stars for every review left for him! I could have given positive feedback immediately after my first session with him. He was prepared, had researched my sport and the movements, and came up with a program that would push me. I left that initial session knowing without a doubt that I made the right choice training with Oly. A month into training has only solidified that he is the best personal trainer that can be found. I have the utmost trust in him, I'm loving every session, and have made real measurable progress. He is professional, motivating, personable, and knowledgeable. Do I leave every session on shaky legs drenched in sweat? You bet. With a smile on my face and a lot of pride in the work. I can’t say enough great things! I’m a busy professional and totally unmotivated to go to the gym...though I love the results. Olly keeps me motivated and on target. He monitors not just my workouts, but total health including ensuring I’m eating properly, getting the right amounts of protein and vitamins, along with holding me accountable to warming up and stretching pre and post exercise to avoid injuries. And when I am particularly sore - with such vast knowledge of muscle groups, machines and creative exercises - Olly ensures I get a good solid workout each time. I couldn’t have been more happy with what Oly helped me with. My goal was to gain weight. I started from 118lb and he helped me gain up to 128 lbs within a few months. It was a lot of tough workouts and A LOT of eating however the energy put forth became 100x the reward received. He’s always punctual, available by text anytime, and let’s you know soon in advance if there is a cancellation for some reason. He does his part by coaching you though the various exercises and weights. He knows exactly when your about to fail and that’s when you know you’ve done your best and found a great trainer. There’s always great workout music in the background and the gym is clean. I’m so happy to have found a trainer like him, and i’m sure you will be just as satisfied!

I absolutely love KO Fitness boot camp classes! Started a couple months after having my third baby and 3 months late I’m way under my pre pregnancy weight and feel the best I have ever felt. Never thought I would get such good results working out only 3 days a week but with a good trainer like Oly it’s possible! Oly is fantastic! His approach is really holistic with an exercise perspective as well as dieting and healthy eating. Even with a large boot camp class, he takes the time to get to know your personal goals and strengths and pushes you harder beyond your limits. After not training for over 15 years, I have found Oly.
Oly is a personal trainer and expert in nutrition. He is tough, but he is tough because he pushes you to get to your goals and that is exactly what I need. You know that saying " no pain no gain"? Well, that applies here and stands true. I have been training with Oly once a week for about six weeks now and my body fat has come down and my initial measurements have also come down. I would ultimately love to train with him twice a week for optimal results, however financially, that does not fit my budget right now. He listens to you, is very professional and makes full use of your time together which is what you what. Oly does not disappoint! Thanks for getting me back on track!

I've been taking Oly's bootcamp class for 7 months and it is 100% the best fitness class in the stamford area (I know because I've tried most of them!)
Every class is a different kind of workout which is great because it prevents boredom. Whether you are interested in cardio , strength training , boxing, circuit training - you'll get it all at KO Fitness! Oly is dedicated to helping each person achieve their fitness goals. You have the option of getting your measurements taken and tracked every few weeks to gage progress- this kind of personalized attention is unheard of with group training classes. Since I started my strength , agility, and stamina has greatly improved. Loosing inches is a plus too!

I have been to other boot camp before but the experience with KO fitness and Oly is on a differnent level. I have found capacities in my body that i didn't even know exist before. through all the sessions, Oly put together different workout combinations that always hit different parts of your body and give me a total workout that i look for. i like the boxing session most. with fun and sweat, i am able to achieve my fitness and maintain it.

I have been searching for a trainer that can provided guidance with not only works out but with diet . I am constantly on the go and expressed to Oly my frustration and struggles and he is on top of it. In one month of working with Oly I have far surpassed my immediate goal of 5 lbs I have in fact lost 10lbs ! I couldn't believe it ! Oly has a very subtle but effective hands on approach and really listens to my many questions , concerns and adapts to all my needs . I have struggled with siactic issues and shoulder pain and he has helped relieve those areas . He answeres my questions from 7 am to 12 pm .
