MVP Training Studio is a great place for people of any age. I'm 66 and very out of shape and need hip and knee replacement, John has worked with me to get in better shape and I feel so much better with a better range of motion. I have been training with John at MVP Training for about 4 weeks now. I am truly enjoying my sessions at MVP!! I have always thought I had a great workout regime...until now. I am in my mid 50s and have lost muscle tone and balance. I have tried at home on-line workouts and did not have much luck. I ended up with more injuries rather than success. John is helping me achieve my goals safely and I have gained much strength and muscle tone. My balance has greatly improved I always look forward to our training sessions. The facility is clean and you are always greeted with a friendly face!! Mark sends you daily emails filled with helpful information, health tips, motivation, and even great recipes . I am an older woman who was unmotivated and not in good shape when I happened upon MVP. I’ve been working with Mark for three months now at least twice a week on an individual basis. My balance , stamina and muscle tone has improved significantly . The 30 minute workout is intense; but hey, it’s over in a half hour. I’m feeling stronger and healthier every day. I have been going to Mark on and off for four years now give or take and it has been the ONLY workout that has worked for me! Mark is motivational, knowledgeable and knows what is best for my body. I’ve been at MVP training now in the group fitness classes for a month now. I’m really happy with my progress, I’ve lost around 5 -8 pounds and if I was more strict with my diet then I’m sure I would be down much more.
I really like the class times. It works with my schedule great. But by far the best thing about MVP is the family feel atmosphere. Everyone is lighthearted, helpful and non judge mental. Everyone knows your name. I’m so happy I joined this gym, you’ll be happy too.

Hello all! My name is Angela and I want to share my fitness journey with you.
When I say that, it almost makes me giggle as I never thought I would have a fitness journey!
I have always been active, or at least I thought, until I took a chance on a 6 week challenge at MVP.
I signed up for the 6 week challenge at MVP in October 2015 and discovered fitness is no joke!
BUT what I did discover was that it was exactly what I needed mentally and physically for myself, no one was going to be able to do this for me, it was something I had to do for me alone.
Fast forward to 2021 and I am still on my fitness journey with the training and encouragement of Mark Vymislicky, owner of MVP. So if you do the math, this October, I will be completing my 6th year with MVP! In my world that speaks volumes!
Here’s 6 years summed up with 6 questions you may have and my honest answers based what I’ve learned at MVP!
#1 I’m out of shape. I haven’t really exercised in years. This might not be for me.
Honestly, that’s the reason you should be motivated to give it a try. If you never try anything new, you should be curious and try it. Never be embarrassed or feel less than the strong soul you are!
#2 Is the workout hard?
YES, YES & YES. It is intense, 30 solid minutes intense! You will hurt, you will be sore like you have never been sore before. BUT like anything, the more you do the better it gets. Like the saying “Hurts So Good”…you will feel accomplished and so good about yourself that YOU conquered that workout!
#3 I just can’t find the time in my schedule. What if I can’t make it 5 days a week?
MVP has multiple group classes throughout the day. You do not have to stay with the same time class, you can go to any class that works with your schedule and if you can’t attend in person, MVP has zoom classes available for you.
In the winter time I go to the 5:30pm class, but in the summer I go to the 5:30am class because there are things I like to do after work when the weather turns warm. My goal is always 5 days a week, but my average is 4 days a week.
#4 I’ve joined gyms before and I didn’t follow through. I just don’t have it in my budget right now.
In my opinion, MVP is not a gym. It is a training center with group classes of wonderful people to share your fitness journey with. For me, I find strength in numbers and positive vibes from a group class environment.
Oh and for that budget…think about just the past couple of weeks what you spent money on that you might could move over to your fitness piggy bank….

#5 What about my diet? Can MVP help me with a nutrition program?
Yes, that will be provided. It was also a part of the initial 6 week challenge that I completed and along with the nutrition/meal planning guide and the 30 minute workouts, I lost just over 9lbs and trimmed off about 9 inches overall. It was glorious and it was hard work that paid off. These days I still maintain those numbers and it’s still hard work and I am still sore most days.
#6 OK, you have me curious and I want to try MVP Training Studio.

I am just so thrilled with all the progress I have made over the years and still get excited about my training, I want everyone to experience it as well.

I really enjoy my exercise class with Mr vymislicky. He is always prepared and he always has a separate lesson just for me just for my needs. The place is pleasant and inviting and he is always encouraging and urging me to do more and to stretch farther into my limit. He's good at praising when I do a good job too. It is a friendly comfortable place welcomeing anyone who wants to come and help themselves to a better physique.

Using my wife's userid: Mark is an excellent trainer and if you want to lose a few pounds he will get you there in a hurry. I see Mark 3 times a week and lost about 5 - 6 pounds and was never bored once. Music is good and I pretty much lost my tire around the waist.
