Nick Baldwin is an NCCA-Accredited Action Certified Personal Trainer and Advanced Nutrition Expert as well as a TRX Level 1 and 2 certified training pro serving the greater Charleston area. Nick has a passion for helping others and believes that feeling, moving and looking better is achievable for everyone. For more than 10 years Nick has been training athletes, busy professionals, stay-at-home moms and dads, retirees, and everyone in between.

Iβve been working with Nick Baldwin since January 2025, and I canβt recommend him highly enough! My main goals were to lose weight and build lean muscle after falling off track with my workouts. I was feeling pretty embarrassed about the changes in my body, but Nick was incredibly supportive and really listened to my concerns. What I love most about his training style is that he keeps things fun β I actually look forward to my workouts now instead of seeing them as a burden. Nick is also super flexible with my busy work schedule but still keeps me consistent with my training. Thanks to him, Iβve steadily lost weight, gained muscle, and most importantly, regained my confidence.

I have been training with Nick for over a year now. I had been going to PT to help with knee pain but it was Nick who had me slowly working on exercises to strengthen them. Now, my knees have recovered and I have far more flexibility in them. Nick is just flat out a great trainer and very motivating.

I have been training with Nick for a few months now. He is punctual and is always prepared with a diverse plan for my workouts. I have a lot of arthritic issues and he takes those into consideration adapting accordingly. He has helped me to strengthen my core and improve balance, and I am feeling much stronger. He encourages me and is upbeat which makes work outs fun.
