Great for cycling classes

Amazing Instructors and great rates. We were visiting from out of town and dropped in for a class. We had no experience in hot cycling. The owner happened to be instructing the class we took. She personally adjusted both our bikes and taught us some of the basic positions. We will absolutely return on all future trips to Myrtle Beach.

Instructor was great and I loved the music, but feel like As someone who works out consistently and has been to cycle classes for years, there was basically no instruction or direction when I first got there. I went after they reopened due to COVID and was unaware and never notified that I needed to bring my own towel and they were not providing shoes. I had no idea what any of my metrics were during my ride due to lack of instruction when I got there. I’m glad that was not my first time cycling because I would’ve been completely lost. Overall I’m pretty disappointed in how not challenging class was and would not recommend to my friends. The instructors attitude and her song choice are the main reason this place is getting any stars.

I love SweatCycle I enjoy the class and I enjoy the workout. They make it fun so it doesn’t seem like working out even though your pouring sweat. I drive an HOUR to take these classes and then an hour back home. The only con I have is being forced to take a photo after class and if you deny it or try to leave I have received some attitude. I do marketing for a living and I totally understand the quality that a good photo on social media has but I think sometimes it’s a little much. I want to get a good work out and be proud of that without being insecure for the photo I have to take after the class.

I have been coming here for almost a year now, and it never gets old! All the instructors are amazing, friendly and motivational! I started loving yoga because of this studio, so definitely try Yoga too, they’re wonderful as well! Highly recommend !

I have NEVER worked out until a friend recommended Sweat Cycle! I even wake up at 5:00AM because I love it so much! After having two kids, I knew I wanted to get in shape. As other moms understand, we don’t have much time to work out... but Sweat Cycle gives you a hardcore workout in 45 minutes. Since I began going to Sweat Cycle a few days a week this past May, I have lost close to 20 pounds and I have never felt better about myself. I leave there feeling refreshed and accomplished. Their staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE! Front desk staff knows your name and greets you with a smile each time you enter the building. The instructors WORK you and ENCOURAGE you... and their playlists get you pumped up! I literally recommend Sweat Cycle to all my friends and I think you’re crazy if you don’t try it! Haha! :)

I’ve been to Sweat Cycle for a little over a year. The cycling team motivates you to push hard every time. The jams keep you moving. Yoga and mobility team will teach you how to pay attention to your body. I’ve lost 21 pounds going consistently. My knees feel great because it’s low-impact cardio. Front desk has great energy and are always there to help. Awesome service all around. Stay hydrated, my friends!

Swear Cycle is definitely high energy cardio workout....with music....for any level of fitness. At my Gym I would be counting down the minutes till the workout is over. Here I am enjoying the workout soo much that I get mind and body benefits.
