We provide private, one-on-one, resistance training. We use specialized and custom-made equipment to produce a time efficient workout that produces optimal results. We have been in business since 1997 and literally "wrote the book" on effective strength training (Body by Science-available at Amazon and all major booksellers). Our protocol is a safe and effective way to promote health span and lifespan.

I’ve been working out at this gym for over 10 years. It’s expensive, yes, but I continue to get stronger and stronger. Not many elderly people can say that. No age- related muscle loss for me ! The only thing that cost more than good health is bad health.

The combination of the UE system with the guidance of a professional trainer is the most time efficient way that I have experienced to gain and maintain strength .
I'm in my early 70s , I continue to gain and maintain strength in one session , one day a week.

I have been going to ultimate exercise in Seneca for over 15 years. Best health decision I’ve made. All areas of your muscle groups are challenged and time is minimal compared to most gyms and trainers. I suggest reading there books for a better understanding. I’m 74 years old and going strong. Come work smart not hard!

I used to spend 45 minutes twice a week lifting. Now I'm just as strong, but have more defined muscles, and, no exageration, 12 minutes once a week. I've been doing this slow lifting for 7 years, all with trainer Joe (he's the best!). BTW, I'm in my 60s.

I traveled 300 miles to do a workout with Dr. McGuff and it was
