I have never been a gym person so last year was the anticipated membership purchase and never use it.
Surprise, I like going (some days more than others) primarily because of the staff/coaches and selection of equipment.
As I am learning , a gym is what I make it and this is an easy workout place to be successful. Each individual piece of equipment offers a QR code to optimize your workout time. This feature is particularly important for me since I am got a gym person and technique is critical for efficiency and safety.
Now, if you need more specific and concentrated individualized training the staff is available for direction and guidance.
Overall this is a great place with both friendly staff/coaches and members.

Prices here are decent. But seems like everyone and the kitchen sink goes to the gym here. Even on a holiday at 7am the gym is packed. 🤔🥱🙄I could never find a day or time here where I don't have to sit and wait for a machine. I prefer planet fitness due to there multiple machines and equipment. I only recommend going here if you just like to touch up on your workout and don't mind waiting. Cool thing is they do have a tanning bed, sauna and a water massage table and chair. It always stinks here but they do keep it clean and organized for the most part. Staff is pretty consistent and available with multiple on standby, friendly and courteous. There is no warmup, stretching area and the spot that they do have can only fit 2 people comfortably. Honestly when there is more than 10 ppl here it's a crowd. So if you're like me and don't like crowds. Find another gym.

I truly enjoy my neighborhood gym. At first it was a little intimidating working out in a small gym but after a short while I realized that we are all there doing our own thing to get our personal goals met. The staff is always attentive and engaged. The equipment is clean and well taken care of. No one is shunned from trying equipment that may seem odd since it is not in all gyms. Instead trainers will interact with you. I like that. I have hired a personal trainer. Mike is golden and I do endorse him. Thank you, Workout Anytime, for your open attitude and healthy environment. Just started at the gym but the staff is great and the gym is up to date and clean. The gym is open for members 24/7 as the name suggests and is staffed for the majority of the day. They have body scans, saunas, cold massage machine, and others. It has everything you need in a gym.

It is important to ask someone how to use certain machines. Not everyone knows how to work these. For example, the treadmill and me as a elderly individual. Love this gym. Staff members are amazing and friendly and very helpful. The app for helping track your progress as well as the Styku Body Scanner to actually view your progress was a great addition and even better decision to upgrade my membership. The atmosphere is great and plenty of the serious lifters to those just staying in shape, no one makes you feel awkward or out of place. Another great benefit is the 24/7 access to the gym equipment, especially after those longer days at work.

The gym is ok. They dont have the stackable step up boxes. The front of the gym where the treadmills are is always hot. I think they should
Invest in a few fans at the front. It has very little circulation. It almost makes you not want to use the treadmills. The tv stations in front of the treadmills aren't very selective, its basically all the same stuff. Should be more variety for the stations. Example: news, movies channel, sports, animal channel. Lastly, I've had a personal trainor before and most gyms have a variety in pricing. Qualified trainers packages are more and the regular trainers are more affordable, but this gym just wants a lot of money for a minimal amount of time. I'd understand the higher cost for extremely certified, body builder packages, but most of the trainers there aren't overly experienced or dealing with body builders. Its only 1 trainer there who would be qualified for those prices and thats the owner, the rest are just regular people. The regular trainers only take a small amount off the price. The price just doesn't meet the amount of time ur getting or the qualifications of the trainer. So for that I'd say The personal trainer packages are over priced.

I have been a member for a couple years now. The gym is steadily improving. Lately there has been a big emphasis on squatting and lower body equipment but there is still only one run of dumbbells. A lot of members will hold onto dumbbells their whole workout and leave the rest of us waiting or using a weight we didn’t intend to use.
The staff is friendly and offer assistance when needed. I go early morning before work which is my only available time, some days it’s full and other days I’m alone. It’s hit or miss.

So far my experience has been good. I would recommend this gym to family and friends. Hopefully more dumbbells get added soon.

I just tried to cancel my membership, and they apparently say you have to continue paying for a period out .. conveniently over the annual rate time. I seriously am being forced to pay the annual rate for a year whenever I'm literally cancelling.
Two stars because the equipments ok, but that's the bare minimum for a gym.

I have been a member since January of 2017. This gym has everything that I need to get done what I need to get done. Nice atmosphere, and the never crowded, which is what I like. Even the normal crowded gym hours is not so crowded, which means no waiting on machines. The 24 hour access I'm sure helps alleviate that. I feel at home here, and yes, most staff members from past were welcoming, and the current owners are welcoming. Changes were made immediately for the better when new owners took over. I go daily, and I'm always noticing something different, which tells me that they are always looking to improve. I see staff members always engaging with their members, and that is very helpful to folks who need it. The gym is kept clean, and just feels inviting to go in there to do what you need to do.

The owners are always really friendly if you speak to them or if you’re coming in or out. They keep the place clean and updated. The other staff is nice & often seen keeping busy helping someone or cleaning. My husband and I try to come as often as we can. We only use 3 machines and sometimes they’re busy & we have to leave before we can use them & don’t know alternative options in there for the same kind of workout. I don’t ask because I figure it’s extra to be shown how to properly use different things. There used to be TV to watch but now it’s some fails type show or wellness TV type of thing. It’s not interesting to me but I’m sure others like it. I miss it though because we don’t have that kind of TV station at home. Overall I would recommend this business & have to co-workers (some who say they’ve come here). I have a membership so that I can stay on my workout regime when visiting my parents. It is super convenient, clean, and has tons of equipment and plenty of free weights.
On off business hours, I feel it would be more convenient to have a key tag swipe at the door to let you in, instead of having to try to hit the light just right with your tag through the window. The gym I use at home has the same key tag. She just has a swipe outside the door, and it unlocks to let you in. You still have to push a button to go out, but it's a bit easier, and you get right in without any issue.

A female worker here with blonde hair has been the most unhelpful individual. When attempting to cancel due to health reasons and an issue with equipment needed for exercises, the worker was on her phone the whole time and just sent me a text and took a pictures of the screen for me to do it at home. Thank you for wasting me coming 20 minutes to do that. When my wife that is an addition on my account is attempting to cancel and is having an issue the individuals over the phone assure her there is a button to cancel. I can assure you that there is not and there is no need to insult intelligence. Now I have to make another trip back to cancel the account that could have been done if the worker was actually helpful. There has been several miscommunications with the gym and this has furthered my decision along with my health concerns to end our memberships here and yo advise several others to seek elsewhere.
