I couldn’t be more furious with this place.

At firs I made an account for my wife and myself. After a few months my card expired and I gave them my new info and asked them to cancel my membership and leave just my wife’s. We ended up not going anymore to this location after that and build a home gym. I called and canceled. About fox months later we get a collections notice from them. I was confused since I was still being charged. They only updated the card for my account and not my wife’s even though it was the same account. I’ve been in there on two separate occasions and have told them I want nothing to do with them and to cancel all my accounts and settled any balances.

I look at my statement this month and I’m still being charged. At this point it’s fraud and I’m reporting you guys. I tried calling and their phone system isn’t even working. What a joke of a business.

I even have my copy of my cancelation. And the comment they leave on other reviews to call them is bs. No one picks up those calls. This is fraud at this point

Joining this gym was one of the WORST decisions I could've made. Do not join!
They have a ridiculous cancelation run around they put me through for over a year. My only options were to drive hours back to the original location I signed up to (even though they brag equal access at all locations) and cancel in person after moving away. I called, emailed, mailed, used their app and at every turn a different associate told me something different I have to do to cancel. Only to try that and be redirected again and again.
The app tried to charge me extra just to cancel and wouldn't even process when I tried that, calling on the phone wasn't possible, emailing was rejected, the mailed letter I sent wasn't accepted, trying to cancel at another closer location also resulted in yet another run around.
Finally after having enough of them stealing my money for a year, I was fed up enough to drive all the way up to this location and cancel. During the cancelation the associate was curt, barely said a word to me and the apparently simple process took one signature. Something very easily available not in person.
If I wanted to torture someone, I'd have them join this ridiculous, predatory gym and then try to cancel.
Unkind, unreasonable and completely unhelpful at every attempt. DO NOT JOIN. There are other gyms that won't take an arm and a leg to get out of.
These people have no humanity or care once they aren't taking money from you. Just don't do it.

I joined the gym today. Donnie was extremely helpful and very pleasant Knowledgeable and efficient made the whole process easy. The place is very clean people are very friendly I worked out a little bit. I’m going back today. It’s open 24 hours. They have an app five stars.

We recently restarted our fitness journey after many years of inactivity. We enjoy having a clean place to workout that has quality equipment and a pressure free environment. It has its peak hours like all gyms and is crowded during those hours. We found a time frame that works with our schedules and is not crowded. Highly recommend trying it out if you're interested in starting your fitness journey.

I was planning on cancel my membership for a couple of Mo the folie to work and when I try they delay cancelation when you call and when you can finally go make you have a 30 day cancelation; even thought, you have 10 more days to go in your membership. “Cancel anytime” what a joke, never coming back to this gym. I don’t recommend this place (small, not enough equipment, personal trainer think they are better than everybody else)

The equipment ( free weights, machines, treadmills, bikes, etc )is in great condition and varies depending upon what your goals are. I love the fact that I can get there at 6am and work out. If that time doesn’t work out there are plenty of other times I can go. This is important since I also have a disabled husband to care for and his needs vary day to day.

I am currently a member at the WA in Easley, SC, and while it is a nice gym and covers all my workout needs, it pales in comparison to the Boiling Springs location. The attention to detail displayed at the Boiling Springs location is off the charts. There are no torn up or worn out equipment on the floor, all of the cable machine accessories are in top shape, and there is no dust or rust spots on the machines. I'd give anything for my home gym in Easley to model itself after the BS location. Wish I could give a higher rating than 5.

I had an issues with my son's membership and he's deployed with the Navy so he can't handle it. I called and they helped me fix the problem right away with no problems or haslte. I was a bit of a basket case and upset and they were very calm and extremely nice the whole time. It's wonderful to still know that there are companies out there that care as much as this one does. I work out here almost daily. The staff is great, the equipment is plentiful and in good condition and the price is very reasonable. As the name implies it is open 24 hours per day, which is great for someone with a hectic schedule. Overall I am very happy with this gym!

Decently equipped but don’t go if you like to deadlift even moderately heavy. I’ve deadlifted 3 times and been harassed by staff 3x. Start deadlifting and they will start walking circles around you and as you get heavy they come try to make you lift on a yoga mat. Even controlling my weights and they click when they hit the floor, obviously, they will bring you a yoga mat and threaten that the owner will “yell at you” if you don’t use it. I refuse. I can’t think of a more unsafe thing to do than to stand on an unstable mat while you deadlift 500+. If they’re so concerned for their concrete floors they should invest in lifting platforms.
I can’t think of anything more unprofessional than to be threatened by staff that you will be yelled at. I’m not a child.

I love love love the owner and the facility. I am an amateur when it comes to working out however; this facility is always clean. Machines are wiped down, and social distancing is in place. If a worker claims to make an exception or a special note on the account, I’d just ask for a copy for proof or make a video of them stating it, otherwise it turns into he said she said. We got an “exception” without even asking for one with the worker trying to be nice, but we ended up paying for it in the end because we believed her. Tried resolving on the phone with corporate billing and the local location to no avail.
