My mom lives in Hot Springs. This visit she got me a pass for a day as I drove up from Denver and I never miss a workout. I’m blown away. Outstanding gym. Great set up. Kind people working out there. I’ll be back here every visit.

I love this little (but not too little 😉) gym! I've been to Hot Springs a couple of times for extended periods visiting family & they are very accommodating with providing short-term gym access for a reasonable price. As a personal trainer myself, I can easily say the gym has everything you need for any workout. The equipment is clean & well maintained. It's never overly busy & all the other gym-goers are polite & helpful if you need anything. Plus, the 24-hour access is sooo nice! I love knowing I have an awesome place to work out when I'm in town 🙏

This is a well equipped, small town gym. The owners are very helpful & accommodating. If you would like a personal trainer, they would be happy to assist. Great people!

Awesome Gym, Love this place. Scott has made amazing transformations for me with my strenght and fitness that I did not think could be done at my age! I have gotten back to the weight I was at 19 years old and I am stronger than I was then also!
