This community is so amazing! Everyone is upbeat and friendly and great at cheering eachother on! They make you feel welcome and root for you! Every coach is great at helping ensure form is correct and teaching little tips to help you through your workout! I started here while I was pregnant (I had been athletic before joining) and they kept me motivated and excited through pregnancy to the point that I was excited to get back post partum! So happy to be here!

Being new to Prescribed Fitness, everyone has been so welcoming and supportive. It’s a great community that is helpful, encouraging and motivational. I find it hard to motivate myself at home and I needed to find somewhere that would help. This is definitely a place that has done that. I was worried it would be difficult to learn the workouts and skills, but they are accommodating for every fitness level and are very helpful working up to the skills needed.

I have been a member of Prescribed Fitness since it opened. I encourage everyone I know to give it a shot! I know people can get intimidated when they hear the word “CrossFit”, but the coaches are knowledgeable & amazing at helping new members learn & adapt to new & challenging workouts. They take them step by step with each movement to ensure their safety & that their comfort level is achieved. There are many class times that are sure to work with most any schedule. And the member family is one of the most welcoming & encouraging workout partners you can find! Grab a friend & try out a boot camp or a regular class!! You won’t regret trying it & might just find a new love for working out!!

Prescribed Fitness is Awesome! It had been over a year since I'd worked out consistently. Allison and the other coaches were great in helping modify and coaching my form so I did not get injured. It's been 12 weeks now since I started and I've lost 20 lbs and gained lots of muscle mass. Try it....you won't regret it! Oh and the other members are super welcoming. It's like one big gym family!

Prescribed Fitness has been awesome to us! The community in the gym is welcoming and motivating. The coaches are able to support you and modify any movements that might be difficult or new to you. We were originally hesitant about "CrossFit" but the Prescribed team makes it feel empowered and confident in the movements! Highly recommend!
