I absolutely love Sculpt! I started a year ago and am never disappointed with a class. Instructors are all great and offer such a great variety of classes and movements to challenge new muscles. I went from completely out-of-shape to beautifully toned this year. I originally started because I had SI joint (lower back/hip) pain limiting my every-day movement. I could barley get out of bed or even out of my car! I knew I needed to be stronger in order to feel better. Today, I move freely, without pain and the toned part is the icing on the cake. I would totally recommend this studio!!

I had never tried Pilates before coming here, and I’m so glad I decided to give it a chance. After just a few classes, I noticed that I was becoming more toned. The instructors are wonderful; they provide clear instructions and offer variations throughout the class. The website is easy to navigate, making it easy to enroll in or change classes if needed. I am really happy that this studio has opened in our area!

Just took my first class Sat! Absolutely excellent! Great pace, cueing, flow, balanced (all parts worked nicely), fun choreography, challenging, music not too loud, layering/options to add extra spice or not. I’ve been doing Reformer based Pilates all over the country since 2015, and after recently moving to Rapid, was looking for my new Pilates home. This is it, and it’s totally worth the drive from Rapid, for this quality of a class. As I drove home yesterday, and my body was becoming sore in all the right places, lol, I knew I had to join, and signed up for a membership later that day!
And for all those afraid or intimidated to try Pilates, especially the equipment based, DO IT! We were all beginners once, and what’s so awesome about Pilates is you never plateau, your form just keeps getting better and better. And it’s FUN, never gets boring either. Such an efficient and effective workout to build strength and flexibility without bulking up. Literally everyone can do it, men, women, old, young, thin, and curvy like me. Most injuries can be accommodated by altering the exercises too, just let the instructor know before class. Sculpt is a great chill welcoming environment so please join us! 😃.

I can’t say enough good things about Scultp. My morning Pilates classes are the highlight of my week. It’s a great workout and has helped improve my balance and strength. It’s a challenging workout but in such a fun way. It’s added so much to my exercise regimen and if you haven’t tried a class yet, you’re missing out!

Great facility with fantastic owner/instructor! I was super excited to see the new studio opening, and haven’t been disappointed. Kristina pushes us to work our hardest and, “don’t cheat yourself”. I always come away from class feeling like I got a great workout!!

I SO enjoy Sculpt. I have a varying work schedule at the hospital. Some days I’m on call for 24 - 48 consecutive hours, work weekends, nights and/or holidays. Personally, the flexibility to see and sign up for classes online is HUGE. I’m able to sign up for classes in advance, which is also so convenient. Personal training (weight training specifically) in the past, it has been difficult bc most trainers desire a commitment same time and same day of week. At Sculpt I can be a “class jumper”.
For nearly 7 years I’ve avoided in person class format gyms. Worked out at home. There are SO many awesome gyms in Spearfish and SO many talented instructors. I however, never felt like I fit in or belonged. For me, I just feel comfortable at Sculpt. Everyone that attends is excellent at some aspect or skill and can improve at many others. It’s been fun discovering myself improve, get stronger and I love being challenged each class. I loved watching others improve, succeed and encourage each other. It’s what I always hoped a “gym community” would be like. Thank you ❤️

I have been a college athlete but got in an accident that made to have to step away from my sport. Last December I had to get a fusion performed in my back. I lost a lot of mobility and struggled to find a consistent form of exercise that would challenge and improve my mobility. Since starting with Sculpt I have gain so much balance and mobility back. Pilates has also helped me tone up my entire body including muscles that aren’t generally targeted by big movements. Can’t recommend enough going here. The instructors are great and the environment is so friendly!
