Do not go here. Can get better value elsewhere and the employees are just plain rude.
I moved out of town and I called the day of getting charged for the month and the customer service was just rude and said they don’t do refunds no matter what. Never going back to this place.

Haven’t been in since Covid first started due to relocation. Back in town visiting got the app and got my day pass at 1 in the morning. Super easy and simple gym hasn’t changed ONE bit still love the atmosphere and just simply the quality of the gym!

This is an awesome gym for someone traveling through! Was extremely easy to get a day pass without having to visit during normal business hours. All on their app. The gym also had a great selection of free weights and machines. I was able to get a couple great workouts in while I was in town. I'll definitely be using Ultimate Goals Fitness when I'm in Rapid City next time!!

Great gym in Rapid City! Has everything you need, especially when visiting town for a few days. They have great rates and equipment is new and works well. Staff is helpful and you can tell by the signs around the gym, the owner has a great sense of humor.

This gym is nice and quiet compared to bigger, high volume gyms were people come in and goof around instead of exercising. I've never had to wait for equipment and the things they have are well taken care of. I go in the middle of the night usually, but the few interactions I've had with staff have been pleasant. I've been lifting for over 10 years, but I've seen people here in every part of their fitness journey from high school/college athletes to even a senior citizen with an oxygen tank. I can't say enough good things about this gym.

2 other gyms in town weren't open/weren't answering the phone during their published normal business hours, but this gym was happy to welcome me as a guest. Clean, affordable, towels & personal showers available for no extra fee. I plan to be back.

Ultimate goals in Black Hawk has a very nice, small town type of vibe with friendly atmosphere. Clean facility. They also have a very nice play area for kids which is so helpful if you need to bring your kiddo!

NOT A TYPICAL GYM.
The WHOLE place is super clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They allow me to bring my kids which helps because I cant always use a babysitter. Numerous T.V.'s with cable. They are quick to get equipment back to working order.
