Love this gym! The 24hr access was my reason for starting here but after 2 months of visiting this gym every night, I really love it for a million other reasons. There are a lot of options for equipment, easy for beginners as everything has charts/instructions. Everything is always very CLEAN! Overall I love it here, the access, the cleanliness, the pricing, the welcoming environment 💯 10/10. Love my gym 🖤💪🏻

New to this gym. Seems like a nice, well cared for facility. The number of machines and free weights are only adequate for 2-3 people at a time. Only one flat adjustable bench and one upright bench. So when when certain populations do everything in groups of 5, all of the benches are occupied for hours by one of these groups. I’ve had to use machine benches to lift free weights during my last few visits. Would wait an hour for free weight area to clear of one group of individuals and because they pass one onto the other it never clears. Please do something about this by either adding more benches or asking groups to not take over areas of the gym.

Every year when we come to gatlinburg, wife and I would go to elite fitness during the week. This year we found that it is now closed so we came to 321 fit club. The gym is waaay nicer with all brand new equipment, very nice bathroom/locker rooms, and extremely clean. Signing up for a 3 day pass was simple and using the app to enter is convenient! Will definitely come back next year!

While vacationing for a week, I was looking for a place that I could get a workout in. 321 Fit Club more than met that need. Clean well maintained equipment and facility. Top of the line machines. Not large crowds like you would find in a large commercial chain gym. My only regret is that I will have to return my home gym and compare it to the high bar that was set by 321 Fit Club. I will not hesitate to return on my next Gatlinburg trip. Thanks for allowing me to use such an amazing facility!

Scott was a huge help in getting us in and making the online pass-buying experience go smoothly. Cleanest gym I have ever visited! Variety of equipment and an open space area. Dumb bells only go to 80lbs. The locker rooms were spacious and spotless with sets of lockers, showers, benches, and even a hairdryer! If you weren’t sure what you wanted to do there were laminated cards with workouts listed to match equipment numbers. Complimentary towels and smart scales, plus a fridge of drinks available for purchase.

Second year coming to Gatlinburg during my kids’ spring break and second year needing a gym and using 321.

So easy, so clean, so frictionless. This is exactly why I need. Plus with 24 hr access and very easy system to get in - it’s stress free.

I had an amazing workout experience here! Came over to Gatlinburg for vacation, and decided to get the 3 day pass here. The people are very nice and respectful. It’s a nice small gym and never gets packed. It has pretty much everything you need to get a good workout in.

It also has a strong sense of gym culture and community. It’s opened 24/7 and to get in you scan your phone at the door to unlock it. Overall, this gym was very chill. 10/10

I'll keep it simple on this one..It's ok for the gym equipment that's Legend Fitness so it's very high quality and the gym is very clean..However it's very tight in spots and can e dangerous having a squat rack next to a cable pull down machine that's really too close. Being upstairs at the shopping complex that the gym is located at in Gatlinburg it's really very hot because the heat rises from shops below. But for price,equipment, cleanness and convenience it's worth it. Although the app used to access the gym is not very reliable but give it a try if ever in Gatlinburg and you don't feel like driving to Sevierville for other options.

This gym is great. I was only in town for the week and was looking for a place to workout and found this place online and purchased a day pass. The equipment is some of the best I have ever used, it all feels very smooth and well kept. I have been to countless small gyms and big commercial gyms and haven’t had equipment feel this nice during a workout. The owner was very nice. The locker room was very spacious and clean. If I lived in the area I would 100% get a membership and if I am in town again on a trip I will be getting the multi day pass. Overall it was a 10/10 and blew me away!

Came in from out of town and purchased a 3-day pass. First, the fact that there was a gym offering daily passes at a reasonable rate right in Downtown Gatlinburg was great. While not familiar withthe downloading of an app to gain entry, once I did that was fine. Arrived at the Gym and opened the door via the app with no issues, and that was great. The Gym is very clean, and so is the equipment. I arrived early in the morning around 6 and no one was there. That was great. The equipment is well cleaned and serviced. Cables were really smooth with no snags or worn out rubber coatings. The only suggestion I would have is they invest in a preacher bench for curls. That $350 investment would go along way, rather than having to use the incline bench to do the same thing. The day I was there to do arms, I had to take up a bench that I know someone was waiting for to do Incline, and he had to wait for me to finish my arm workout. But, other than that, great experience. Nice facility. Look forward to working out again next time in town.

This gym was an absolute lifesaver while on vacation with my three non-working out friends. And thankfully this gym has three perfectly clean showers with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, and blow dryer! Will definitely be using instead of the super low pressure shower at our hotel.. Very clean gym, has every piece of equipment you need, and was bummed I couldn’t stay longer. Great prices as well! Highly recommend and will absolutely buy a week pass (very easy to use the app to access 24 hours if needed) and that’s one of the biggest issues I’ve had at gyms while on vacation - weekend and holiday access. So thank you to the owner for providing this establishment, and anyone from beginner to bodybuilder will appreciate the accommodations 321 offers. 6 Stars!

My husband & I were coming to be with friends. And I had to look for a gym since we were going to be in the area for about 4 days. I found this gym on Google. Purchased a 4 day pass for my husband & I. The gym had so many machines. Lots of space. Very clean. The main bathroom is so pretty and very hotel like with showers. You can access the gym 24/7. You need to go on their website to create an account to purchase your pass. Then download their app so you can use the scan to open the door. I loved the gym & would definitely be back when I’m the beautiful state of Tennessee.

Perfect gym for out of town visitors. Visitor passes were super convenient to buy online and the gym had everything my husband and I needed. The open area with turf was exactly what we wanted to do functional moves with kettlebells and they had a good selection of weight machines and cardio equipment. This gym looks so nice, but it’s a disappointment that I bought a $15 day pass just to be standing outside the gym at 6am with the software not working. Logged out and back in multiple times and called and left messages to the # on the door. I can’t give it 1 star tho just because of how nice of a gym it looked to be. Software needs to be fixed so people don’t lose their money like me.

This is my second year in a row visiting gatlinburg, and we've come to this gym both years. It's very traveler-friendly, and has everything you need for a great workout. There are 3-day and 1-day pass options, and both are very reasonably priced. Also, towel service! What more could you ask for when in need of a workout while on vacation? This travel gym is FANTASTIC !!!! The majority of the weight equipment is Legend Fitness brand and is great to work with. There's plenty of plate loaded equipment along with selectorized. The dumb bells are hex rubber coated up to 80 lbs and they feel great in the hand. The 24 / 7 access is really helpful for those needing to get in a workout before the family gets up. I was in there around 4:30am daily for the week I was there and got my workouts in without issue. The blue tooth entry key pad makes getting in easy and is a great way to be secure once inside. The cleanliness is really great and there's plenty of stuff to wipe down equipment after your use of it. Overall, this is by far one of the better travel gyms I've lifted at and plan to use it again the next time we're in town.

Never managed to buy a pass online. Gym was unattended and only way to get in was through their website buying a pass. Created a log in then it says my password is incorrect. I try again, it says an account already exist with this. Despite asking for password reset it never worked.

Awesome gym! Super clean, never too busy and was a great place to workout while on vacation this week. A couple squat racks, variety of machines (some unique ones you don’t see too often), typical cardio equipment, dumbbells up to 80lbs. They are on the 2nd floor so take a week off from your deadlifts.

The coolest part is the grassy room area equipped with kettlebells up to 36kg, bumper plates for Olympic lifts / CrossFit style workouts, and a bunch of bands and core workout

I use this gym for years with no problems. But then I want to cancel my membership and the man at the front desk told me that it was in fact canceled and wish me luck on my move since then I found out they charge me for two more months, and after I realized I removed all of my information but they’re still sending me invoices for monthly gym memberships for a place I don’t even live. Half the time I call no one answers the damn phone and I’ve been told three times now that it’s been canceled and they keep trying to charge me I would avoid this business at all costs. They’re obviously dishonest.

Well equipped, clean gym away from home. We were very pleased with our experience here. The gym was very clean, had everything we needed, and other gym goers were respectful. It wasn’t overcrowded especially considering the size of the gym. I had an issue with getting the week membership pre-purchased on the website, but staff reached out to me to get it resolved before we came in. My key card on the app wasn’t working, but my husband and I always came at the same time so it wasn’t an issue at all (also I didn’t bring it to the staff’s attention, I’m sure they would have fixed it if I had). This place was great! We are going to look for a cabin closer to 321 next time!!!

I am a Y member, and frequently travel. Unfortunately, Gatlinburg doesn't have a Y. I was excited to find 321 Fit Club with a reasonable 3 day pass so I could stay on track. I feel awful if I don't work out. I have worked hard on my health journey, and am committed to staying on track. 321 made that possible. The facility is nice, clean, and uncrowded. Access is available 24 hours, and sign up was easy. I signed up Monday night, and used my phone to access Tuesday morning (the place was completely empty, which I love). The locker room was one of the cleanest I have seen, with some thoughtful perks like shaving cream, etc. if you forget yours. They had nearly all of the machines and free weights I normally use, so I was able to stick with my routine. Interactions with staff were friendly, and they clearly work hard to provide a nice space without being intrusive. Signage is friendly and motivating. I will definitely use this place when we visit here in the future.

I called a number of times to talk with someone and took a chance and bought a pass and went. Door was locked. I do not recommend giving them your money. Go somewhere else. In town for the week and kept up with all my training. It's a much better facility than the place we're staying. The week pass rate is fair. It has 24 hour access which is great. The equipment gets the job done. If you're a powerlifter then this may not be the place. There are no platforms and the 45's are undersized for deadlifts. They do have enough equipment and alternatives to feel like you are getting the job done. The staff were all very friendly and the locals were very welcoming. Great place and will be back again.

I was on vacation visiting the area for the day and needed a gym with a treadmill to run a few miles. I picked this place because not only do they offer a very reasonably priced day pass, they also have a ton of positive reviews.

Tony, one of the gym owners, greeted my boyfriend and I when we arrived. He was very kind and gave us a quick tour of the gym. One thing we noticed right away was how clean this gym was! There’s also a good variety of equipment and multiple treadmills. The bathrooms and showers were very clean as well, and there were lockers available (bring your own lock). We had a very positive experience, and would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to workout!

I was all excited I found such a great 24 hour gym for my husband. Unfortunately it all went downhill. The code he was supposed to receive by email never arrived. The 1st time he went another guy was nice enough to open the door. Today my husband goes to workout and he gets treated like a criminal. In order to get back in he grabbed a key fob on the 1st day. Fast forward to today, he has been accused of stealing all kinds of stuff including money for drinks. Absolutely absurd. Imagine yourself on vacation wanting to get in a few workouts, you find a nice clean gym. Next thing you know you are fighting for your reputation and name. Keep in mind also that when signing up online the code you are supposed to receive often fails to send forcing you to need a fob to get in. Stay away if you want to be treated with respect.

This is the second year I've visited 321 Fit Club while traveling from out of town. It continues to be my favorite gym to visit when I'm in town.

The prices for daily, 3-day and weekly passes are reasonable, the gym is incredibly clean, the staff is excellent, and there is a wide variety of equipment for people, like me, who are interested in free weight training. They have multiple racks for squatting and pressing, a separate bench press station, tons of plates and a enough dumbbell weight for most people, as well as cable machines and some other machines.

I'll continue to visit the next time I'm in town. Hopefully Tony is still there when that happens, he was great!

I was here for vacation and being 4-5 weeks out from my strongman competition i wanted to stay consistent.
Opening at 7 am was perfect for me to wake up lift for two hrs and be back by time my family is awake. Tony is the man. For my strongman lifts i usually steer away from most normal lifts and go into more aggressive and complex lifts. Tony helped me with any equipment questions and do’s/dont’s full of respect and really enjoyed my perspective of lifts(pulling a bus, atlas stones, conans wheel..etc). The gym was immaculate bathrooms were cleaner than any place ive been to, everything seems brand new still. He even had belts, bands, wrist wraps, squat wedge, box, tons of stuff most places don’t have. They’re working on 24hr access and the best part is a membership from your phone and i have yet to see that. Awesome gym

I was in Gatlinburg on vacation with my family and looking for a gym to burn off my vacation calories. So happy that I found 321 Fit Club. Folks, this is probably the cleanest gym that I have ever seen. Every piece of equipment is constantly wiped clean and the locker room is immaculate. The owner and staff are so incredibly nice and welcoming. Nice variety of equipment- everything you need to get a good workout. However, I do wish they had better treadmills, such as a good commercial-grade Life Fitness treadmill. The treadmills they have are more for walking, even though people with lighter bodyweight can probably have a nice run without experiencing stress on the joints. Nonetheless, this gym is top notch and I highly recommend 321 Fit Club!!

Really nice gym. CLEAN. I’m here from out of town. This gym has absolutely everything you need to complete all the movements you would at home. I come in the early afternoon and the gym is quite so no problem supersetting or having to wait. Will definitely blow any community gym out of the water. If you are on the fence don’t be. You’ll get a good work out here!

This is the best gym in and around Gatlinburg! I was on vacation in Gatlinburg from Atlanta and I really needed a gym to keep up with my training. I’m very glad 321 Fit Club is here because it had all of the equipment I needed for heavy lifting with the free weights, racks and machines to functional training with ropes, medicine balls and plyometrics equipment in the turfed room. They also offer great one day passes and a discounted three day pass. Zee the owner was great and he made sure I had every I needed, and the gym is always kept very clean. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a gym while in Gatlinburg!

This guy takes pride in his gym. Fairly small, but squeaky clean and has anything you need to get a good lift in. You love to see it.

Does not accept Active&Fit or any health insurance based gym memberships, so buying a pass is necessary if you're just in town visiting. $10 a day, or $40 for a week pass, I believe.

As a gym owner, I love walking into a gym and looking at it through the eyes of a new customer. I haven't worked out in a gym since the '80s. The first time I went in, I was nervous and had no confidence. "Z" greeted me and made me feel right at home. Fast forward 6 months - been working out three times a week, feeling much more confident, and love the place. I go before work, get my sweat on, and really enjoy the rain showers in the well-kept, spotless locker room before heading out for the day. Everyone is friendly, and Z makes sure noone is a stranger. Day passes available for visitors to the area.

My wife and I visited for a wedding last November and we loved it!
It was so ridiculously clean that I almost didn't want to do anything on the machines! It was also calm - nothing too loud or intimidating. There's a ton of machines, a large free weight area that has turf, and plenty of mats. The bathroom was also really great: lockers, bench, shower, hair dryer, and there were even some generic toiletries (i.e. feminine products) which is so appreciated.
And a great price for a visitor-friendly "access pass". No need to sign up for a whole month or whatever and cancel after you leave! And the owner was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, generous, and flexible with the passes! My wife got a 3 day pass, then the next day, I decided to go, but would've only needed a 2 day pass - something not originally advertised, but he was more than happy to accommodate!
Since we absolutely loved our trip to Gatlinburg, I'm sure we'll come back. And when we do, we'll certainly come back here!

Like ordering a Long Island, you never quite know what you're going to get when you go to a "gym" while out of town.

Place is clean as a whistle, PLENTY of free weights, equipment, and machines, and Z was very helpful and accommodating to this out of towner.

Daily rate was reasonable, the 3-day option is great.

Gym is located UPSTAIRS, so hit the stairs at the end of the row, or grab the elevator if you're "saving yourself" for the workout.

321 fit gym is affordable. I recommend it for those coming to Gatlinburg TN. Really close to the downtown. Great atmosphere! I do not mind machines but you are limited. I like a gym that allows me to play with free weights, this gym definitely gives me that option. It does make me nervous being on the top floor as a gym, like if I were to drop the weights I would be worried about the stores underneath me having some trouble. 321 fit gym also has a turf room, which is outstanding. I have never seen a small gym with a turf room in my area. It does have a waiver you must sign and additional information about the gym or their contracts. They are transparent corporation. Over all if you are looking for a gym to get you through a vacation or looking for an affordable membership, this is the place for you. Give 321 for gym a call and they will work something out for you.
