I’ve been working with Kevin for a few months now and it has given a whole new lease of life to the way I was working out. I’ve never trained with a PT before so this has been a new thing for me. Coach Kev is so easy to be around, calm, supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease, motivated and determined to see real results, which is happening! Couldn’t speak highly enough of Kevin and would absolutely recommend 80/20 Fitness to anyone, whether you’re just starting out or been training for years. It’s like working out with a friend, not just a trainer!

Kevin and Jade are focused on the total person and total fitness. It's 80% mental and 20% physical, all day, every day (or at least 80% of the days)! lol!!! I've lost around 50 pounds over the last 3.5 years AND the key is keeping it off and staying consistent with the habits! Just like interest, you have to compound your health habits in order to make capital gains (or in this case, losses). 10 out of 10, 5 stars, 100% recommend!

Thanks, Coach! I’m enjoying the program. I’ve learned that I like to do my push-ups in the morning and my stretching in the evening as it helps me wind down before bed. I’m also enjoying the community engagement piece—It’s encouraging, but also a low lift. Definitely baby steps are the approach here in 80/20 and that’s exactly what I need to build the consistency I’m hoping for in my fitness journey.

Been going to 80/20 now for two months and it is the best experience I’ve had with a personal trainer ever. Kevin is wonderful, always available and hands on. He does more than just leave it at the door when you come and go. His training style is more of a lifestyle, mental and physical. His workouts are insanely hard and fun in the best way, and he puts a lot of care into how he treats his clients. Cannot recommend it enough!

I've done personal training and group classes at 80/20 and Kevin and Jade are the best! They always make the workouts interesting while still challenging enough to get results! They are very dedicated to their clients and always offer their support in any way possible. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
