We attended a birthday party here with our son who is autistic and non speaking. We were nervous but we were immediately put at ease seeing their kind staff interacting with our boy. They were so inclusive, kind, fun, interactive, over all amazing!

Lindsey is the best coach , teacher, and helper that I have ever met. She loves her job and it shows. She's a very bright and beautiful young lady that has a great future ahead of her. Your children will love her and learn a lot from her. Just look for the girl with the reddest hair. LOL

I give this place 5 stars simply because of one coach! My niece goes to the level one class 10-11 on Saturdays and the coach is absolutely AMAZING!! She seems like she really cares about the kids and knows what she is talking about. She has a class around of 8-9 kids and I can tell itβs not easy, but she does an excellent job of keeping their attention and teaching them so many things in just one hour. I would not trust anybody else to coach my niece! She definitely needs a raise after working with those kids every Saturday as I can tell itβs hard to get them to listen but she always does it. She is the sweetest and best coach Iβve ever seen there!!
**Found out her name!! itβs Coach Jiya :) We love her!!

I hope things have changed, but best move we made was switching away from gymstars. I have never had so many issues with a gymnastics gym before. The coaches verbally said they were not focused on the xl group my daughter was in.
I begged them to let us out of our contract, because they did not want to coach my daughter. I had to send so many emails because talking was doing nothing. In the end not much changed.
The reputation of this gym was based of the old owners and staff. There are some great gyms in this area. I would recommend checking those out.
I would get as far away from this gym as you can.

My little girl at the time was on Hot Shots (Pre-team) and she absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, she didn't even get to compete her season because things changed in my work schedule that wouldn't work with her practice days. So we had too call it quits and find a gym that could possibly work with the schedule we had. Still to this day though LJ says Gymstars was her favorite gymnastics experience. Thank you!

Not a family-friendly place to go. Very dangerous for kids' birthday parties. The owner is not a person that you can speak to or reason with. As we were sitting watching the kids from afar, two employees asked us to join the kids on the floor. As we walk to the area where the kids were playing, my leg went straight through a broken area of a trampoline. Underneath, pure concrete where I busted my shin and nearly passed out! Employees were not aware of a procedure for handing such a situation. I brought the dangerous situation to their attention and their response was I know exactly what you're talking about, its the broken area on the trampoline! I filed an incident report and contacted the owner only to be blamed that I should not have been on the floor. Very unprofessional! I mentioned to the owner that I am not looking for a pay day but would like for the business to pay for the repair of my camera that was broken when I fell through a trampoline at this establishment. FYI all the above statements are true I have 10 witness testimonies and pictures and they have the incident report. Take your family and kids somewhere safe!

If you want your child to learn from the best in the field this is the place for them. Coach Donna and Coach A have decades of experience with a staff to support the needs of the entire gym. My daughter has flourished under their tender and continues to grow daily. This gym teaches the girls 360 degrees to become the very best gymnast they can be.

Gymstars is a really great place to learn gymnastics! I was so happy when I started taking classes at Gymstars. The coaches there taught me so much and continue to do so every time I step foot in the gym. Gymstars has had a big influence on who I am today.

My girl had a great time here and had good coaches in the beginning. Then they were charging more and more and the quality of the our group got was not even good enough for rec. class! We always thought their friendship was real but it turned out all to be about the money. We paid for the entire year and also for her entire uniform. My girl was diagnosed with a rare neuromuscular disease and was forced to quit gymnastics, which was hard for my girl because she loved the sport so much. She wasn't able to do one practice and no competition. When picking up her uniform they gave her warm up jacket to somebody else that wanted a bigger size than what they originally ordered. We ordered an adult small size and ended up with a child large. They wanted me to leave the jacket at the gym and they would exchange it with the size we ordered. More than year later we still did not received the jacket and no respond on any questions about it. The only respond I get is that they want me to cancel my one star rating!! Also I do understand their policy that once you sign up you need to pay which I did before I knew what my girl is fighting. And I do understand that they cannot constantly refund people that want to go to different gyms or when a child decide that it doesn't like it any more. In our case is different, my child is disabled because of her neuromuscular disease and we did not received one single penny back! And still did not received our uniform! The only thing we got is disrespect and bullying. And the owner says she always respect us? Yes my Benjamin Franklins! If I knew this all at the beginning I would have chosen a different gym! When you are new there you will get the same talk we had and they promise gold but you end up with .....

Gymstars sucks. The coaches do not care about how you do there they just want to when. I went there a year ago and it was the worst experience of my life. All they did was yell at me and called me a disappointment constantly.π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘

Great Gym all I can say! It is not a playground like Sega, it works the kids like gymnasts not kids to baby sit.

Six months ago my 12 year old daughter transferred to Gymstars competitive team from out of state. The transformation we have seen has been incredible! Not only an immense improvement in skill level and confidence, but overall as young lady. She is driven and self assured, showing leadership and compassion. The coaching and administrative staff has been incredibly supportive during our move to the area. They treated us like family from the very beginning, offering support and encouraging open dialogue. That is important to me as a parent. I feel secure in the knowledge that my child is spending her days surrounded by people who care about her growth as a young woman in addition to developing a talented gymnast.

Gymstars has helped us to start our Acrobatics & Tumbling program here in Memphis. They have always fostered the growth of our business, helped us to recruit talented gymnast as well as train gymnast to transition to our sport. Our opinion...if you want an incredible team environment, if you want to be on a winning team of mid to upper level competitive gymnast, GYMSTARS is your best option.
Doesn't hurt that they have awesome parents night out for the kids (so mom and dad can have a hot date)π, fun & entertaining birthday parties as well as camps for summer, winter, fall, spring with an array of day camps and themed camp options.
Owner Donna Alexin cares about the kids inside and outside the gym. So glad we, U TUMBLE GYMNASTICS, A&T has an incredible business and personal relationahip built on trust and mutual collaboration to build one anothers business.

Our daughter is a member of the Gymstars competitive team. We are so committed to helping her achieve her goals and aspirations in competitive gymnastics that we had to find the right program with a skilled coaching staff whose values aligned with ours in raising our daughter. There is nothing more important than the people to whom we entrust the care of our child during the many hours a day that she spends developing her physical skills and her personhood. Our home is three and a half hours away from Gymstars, and every challenge we must address to allow her to train at Gymstars is repaid over and over in her joy and commitment, her coaches support, and the love of the gym families of which we are privileged to be a part. Don't hesitate a moment in your decision for your daughter to be a part of the Gymstars family.

My daughter loves Gymstars!! She has had a rough year do to having to work through some fear issues and having a foot injury so the encouragement that she has received from her coaches have been great! They are so positive and care about their gymnasts well being and they show great support through their ups and downs that comes with the sport! They have provided a positive atmosphere that has been a huge help for my daughter. We are very proud to be apart of this Team!!

My daughter loves Gymstars and is very happy with the competitive program. We chose Gymstars because we were impressed with the coaches and the skills/techniques displayed by the upper levels- WoW, really something to see! Not only has my daughter learned so much about gymnastics, but life lessons as well. She has formed friendships that I'm glad to see are positive and have gymnastics in common. This is definitely the place for your child if you're looking for growth and achievement.

The place is great for kids. My only probably is their employee "Megan". Her attitude towards the kids and the way she talks to them is completely inappropriate. We're talking about some kids that are 3 and 4 years old. Her tone and the things she says is gonna get her in trouble sometime when she says the wrong thing to someone's kid.π‘
