Love Alloy! I’ve been going for about 2 months, right under and have only missed 1 workout. I love the community as they make it a whole lot easier to get through the workouts. I have a long road to travel with my health but so far the coaches have been great. The workouts are challenging for sure but I feel as though I am starting to get a little stronger and more mobile, which is a win!!

I found Alloy after agonizing over what the *right* gym and exercise should be for me, after having to end my usual exercise routines of running and rowing due to injuries. When I went in for my consultation, it only took 3 minutes for me to realize I'd found the right place and, more importantly, the right people to facilitate my return to exercise. I love strength training and high intensity interval training, and Alloy has the perfect mix of both to give me the full body workout (and the amazing "high" that comes from leaving everything on the court) that I love. I can't recommend them strongly enough. It is an affirming, yet challenging, environment - the best combination for getting results and staying committed. It's also a safe space for all skill and experience levels. The trainers are very mindful of where you're starting, where you want to go, and how to get you there safely and at the pace that's right for you. You will leave feeling accomplished, proud, and ready to tackle whatever comes your way. If you're on the fence, agonize no longer. And if you're simply curious, you should definitely try out a session.

Love this place! Derek, Josh, Sarah, Wes and Cavin are just what I need each session.. to be pushed towards my goals a bit and encouraged a bit more. Love the small group training that feels more like you’re hanging out with friends and taking care of your fitness business! I’ve never really felt comfortable or knowledgeable in a gym before, but Alloy has changed the game for me. My husband and I have been training with Alloy for about 4 months now. Our body composition is changing and we are already feeling stronger and progressing to heavier weights and our endurance is improving too! The inBody scanner that we do monthly to help track our progress and see that we are actually gaining muscle and loosing fat is great! Coaches review the results with us and give us feed back and suggestions (including nutrition) to keep the momentum going. I love the small group setting, motivating, encouraging, and uplifting to each other. There’s just something about seeing the same faces showing up week after week working hard too! Every coach is wonderful. They are all super knowledgeable and even with the small group setting I still feel like I’m getting a personalized workout, because the coaches know me and my goals, strengths, and weaknesses. I would encourage anyone who needs some accountability, personal training, and community to give Alloy a try. I think you’ll find you love it too. You are worth the investment.

High Praise to all the trainers here. They are great at modifying the workout to my abilities and bad knees. They are kind while still pushing you to do more and when you do they are great cheerleaders for your progress. Highly recommended. It’s the best thing I have done for myself in a long time.

The class are super small so you receive focused attention.
The team becomes your friends quickly due to they are attentive but, at the same time push you like a friend would.

So glad I discovered Alloy. Josh and the gang are awesome! The intensity is spot on for me and the staff is SO encouraging. They’re happy to adjust exercises to accommodate my fitness level and any limitations. Josh at Alloy is absolutely amazing! I was a last-minute walk-in, and he was so welcoming and accommodating from the start. He’s tough but fair, and it was honestly one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. I’m visiting from Michigan for work, and this gym is officially on my must-visit list every time I’m in Nashville. Highly recommend!
