My mother has a membership there and I accompanied her. Which you can do have a guest come with you you just have to pay five extra dollars to have that guest there each visit. They're envelopes available to put the $5 in you right what the money's for on the envelope and stick it underneath the office door. I didn't think I would enjoy going I surprised myself and I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would. I do plan on going back in the future. they closed the Elizabethton gym.

Great place to work out. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I enjoy the free weights and the machines. They also have HydroMassage beds and tanning beds. 24-hour Villa bility on all the workout equipment standard hours apply for tanning equipment. You access the building through the front door with a card that is given to you upon signing and paying for your monthly agreement which is very reasonable. Also you activate the hydro massage therapy beds with your membership card. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Beautiful gym. While on the smaller side, I very rarely have to wait on equipment. Everything is clean and well kept. The owner is always personable and in a good mood. What I love most about it though is the virtual classes. There is what I liken to a modern day jukebox of hundreds of exercise videos featuring all different kinds of workouts at different skill levels you can choose from. You then go into the class room, a giant screen rolls down and you take the class of your choosing. Love it!!!

Great gym to go work out at. Friendly people and the owner is great. Always a empty machine to use to work out on. Some times there are more people there than at other times. Depends on when you go. They have a tanning bed and massage. Love it there and the best gym around.

As one of the first members, my wife and I have been here from the beginning. This gym is the best in Elizabethton and one of the best in the entire region. It's small, as most AF locations are, however the use of space is excellent and there is something for every fitness level, age and interest. The closed door studio has a retractable screen and projector, interactive online fitness catalog and lots of Yoga and low intensity accessory equipment. For the muscle head there are plentiful free weights, ropes, heavy bag, and other cross fit (light) type equipment. Add to that a receptive and attentive staff that keeps the place clean and maintained and you can understand why members here rave about it.

They openly and loudly made fun of me in front of a crowd of people after they had lied about the price to get me to go down there. They sent me a text saying that they would give me the first month and their deposit for $20. I call to be sure and Chris confirmed and said that I would only pay a dollar a day after. I showed up there minutes later and he said no it's $70. I said well I'll just go to exalt gym they immediately remembered the $20 deal that they had promised but never remembered the $1 a day thing they told me before they had told me about. It's $45 per month but I got the membership. Then not long after the Chris (who seemed to be very forgetful when he was tricking me into a deal) was very happy to tell everyone how broke I was and said that I shouldn't even be running made fun of me while I was on the treadmill. Of course not like a man with balls. He thought that I couldn't hear though my headphones. So I didn't pay them a dime. I thought with all of the jokes that he had already made I was doing him a humorous favor. They sent messages and called every single day (literally).
