I love Anytime Fitness of Jasper. Anastasia, the manager of the gym, has personally made my firness experience such a fantastic journey. She has catered to my every need without even having to ask. The staff is always attentive and their equipment is much better than any other local gym. The memberships are not only affordable, they are more than worth the price! I would Highly recommend this gym for beginners or masters alike!

Today, again, the hydromessage chair is down. I go home with sore muscles! The availability of the hydromessage chair at the gym was one of the reasons for signing up with Anytime fitness. Twice I have written to them about the repeated down times, the cold water, and it not functioning properly. Great manager and staff; please consider a new hydromessage chair with maintenance contract.

I’ve been going for a while now and love it, it’s clean and I get my workouts in without any problems, however I recently missed one payment and within the span of about 2 hrs I had 2 missed calls, 2 texts, and I was threatened with collections over 27 dollars. I work first shift and was unable to answer so I just feel like there were way better ways to handle this. Either A- charge the card again (as I moved funds to cover the charge) or B- wait for me to get out of work so I can handle it properly. No need to crush peoples phones and send it to collections in a span of a few hours, absolutely crazy.

Leanne was very accommodating. I just hope I spelled her name right. One of the nicer Anytimes that I have been too. Being from Michigan, I wish I lived closer so I could come regularly. Also for what it’s worth, Leanne and her people all came off as very friendly and flexible. I saw them doing a yoga routine as I left. Great form as well.

Jasper Tn location: Small & $$$$$$$. Locked in to 1-2 yrs. Majority of bulbs in tanning bed have been out for months. It's always too warm in the gym. A couple of the treadmills are broken.

Horrible, horrible company. They continue to deduct monies from my checking account for a trainer when I've not had a trainer for months. My bank confirmed that numerous people have complained about this. Beware!!!!

I absolutely love my local gym ! This place is my cheers where everyone knows my name ! I literally walk here because it’s so close to my house which is super convenient, I’m honestly here almost every day. I love the environment, love the atmosphere, I genuinely feel like I belong here and am accepted by the community. If anyone is looking into working out I highly recommend choosing this gym !

It's a joke there I was helping a friend workout and the trainer who knows nothing about training got upset so they said I couldn't help my friend because I was so called training her I'd recommend any other place other that here its a joke

So disappointed. Paid for the entire year when I signed up originally and actually got 15 months. Pretty good deal! Around 30-35 a month.. Now it is time to pay again. Told that the fees have went up significantly. To pay for the year I would have to pay double what I paid last year. Actually, if I signed up for a bi monthly bank draft it would be cheaper??? @ 60 a month. New management is charging double as well as an enhancements fee? Pretty good business plan I guess if it works. Kinda like McDonalds making you buy a new French fry machine to get a happy meal. Have not seen anything new added since I started. Machines need repair, only two treadmills currently working, tanning bed broken for months, cracked pads on the machines, roof has leaked from day one, black moldy patches on the ceiling, and the list goes on. Don’t think current owners ever come around, sort of an absentee ownership plan. Local lady who cleans the place is about the only positive thing currently. Surprised they haven’t ran her off. This place is so conveniently located and could be great. Down the road we go I guess..

The district manager is a useless hack that doesn’t train her people correctly. I physically went to the gym to cancel my membership and of course the only person that could cancel my membership was not there. The personal trainer took down all of my info onto a sticky note and placed it on the manager’s computer screen. No one contacted me at all after the visit. I was working out of town and couldn’t physically come in because I was 700 miles away so I called them because they are inept. I spoke to someone named Ashley and she said she would see what she could do to help me to cancel my membership remotely because I wasn’t able to physically come in at the time. She said she would contact her superior and call me back. 24hrs passed and no call from Ashley so I called back and was told my account was taken care of and I was good to go. Roughly 8 months later I receive a notice that the account has been sent to collections and I owe them six months worth of membership. I was a long time customer have sent probably 20 members their way. I will no longer do business with them ever and will tell everyone I meet to go elsewhere.

I had to call back today because they never called me back. Now they’re telling me I have to to write a letter and mail it into them saying I want to cancel, or I have to drive back down there (I moved away) and do it in person.

Or how about this, I can just cancel my card and they can get bent. Horrible gym. Minuscule equipment. Horrible policies. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My personal trainer is fantastic and well worth every penny But the only problem i have is the hoops i have had to jump through to make a payment for my membership. No One answers the phone! or returns calls the only one that actually answered the phone when i called was someone named whitney and she was very nice and friendly when i called and spoke with her... wish the other people would answer the phone tho

I started a membership with this company in late Feb. and was charged $19.99 for that month on the 02/25/2022 Then again 03/11/2022 ,
03/15/2022,
03/25/2022,
04/08/2022,
04/22/2022 at this pointe I call repeatedly and only get an answering machine in which I left a clear message to stop any further payments and cancel my member ship.
Never received a return call and bonus to that they yet have charged another $19.99 on 05/06/2022 which appears to be way early of what would have even been a normal withdraw had I not canceled this membership prior to this withdraw. So I have yet to receive a call back or any kind of refund. I intend to take further action and will gladly touch base here when there has been some sort of change.

I love Anytime! But as of recent days, it's been a little lackluster with the cleanliness, especially at the first of the week. I understand the weekend and no one is there and people aren't as respectful as others are to other people's businesses etc. Also there are some cosmetic issues with base boards peeling off and such. There seems to have been some staffing shortages?? Just from what I'm seeing on the app and not seeing in person. Overall it's an awesome place to workout and the staff is amazing, I'm not sure what's all going on but just wanted to say from a year ago when I joined, it's gone a little on the downhill slope, but hope it gets better soon.

Me and my wife got a membership at total fitness, from after getting membership both ended up with Covid, me falling and Injured my knee and hard to walk, and my wife set for surgery and will not be able to do anything for several weeks I went in this morning 03/07/2022 7:30 am to cancel our MEMBERSHIP a young black man told me unfortunately they needed a NOTE from our doctor saying telling them we can't actually come in to exercise before we ARE ALLOWED TO CANCEL. I placed both pass keys on his desk and said we CANCEL And he had the Andacity to mumble something to me under his breath. If I pay for it and we can't come don't Dictate to people that they can't cancel

Love the location and how this gym is ran. I only wish the layout of the equipment was more convenient. No digging the barbells and weights packed in the back corner. I miss those and the free weights on the more open side of the gym. However, this is a great gym with tanning available and a hydro massage chair that I've heard is great. I haven't used it yet though. I've heard that they are working more and more on making changes so I can't wait.
Maybe they will put free weights back on the more open side so we have lunging room, etc. Thank you Anytime Fitness peeps!!!

The staff is severely lacking in training and customer service. I "cancelled" my membership back in May was told everything was good. Then was charged on the 1st for gym improvement and then again on the 13th for membership. Called and was told it takes 30 days to cancel which I was not told in May. Also I was told someone would return my call for waiving the improvements fee it's been 2 days and nothing. I will be telling people to run for the hills when it comes to this gym. Side not I got an email saying I didn't have access privileges on 7/12 even though I was billed for another month. This gym is a money trap!!!

I love this gym, it's got everything I want. Never a wait on the equipment, good music, open 24 hours, free tanning, yoga, dance classes, personal trainers, just overall a great gym.
